My mother is a teacher and she had a pain below elbow. What can I do? She had a pain only when anyone touches her elbow. I never see her in a pain. Please suggest me.

Hello sir, Pain may be due to tennis elbow, follow this methods pain will be reduced if not reduce consult physiotherapist. Apply ice or hot water fermentation 3-4 times daily. Avoid weight lifting. Learn and do forearm muscles stretch.
