Dear Doctors/ Dieticians, I am 46 years old and due to very dry and chapped skin, I have started taking Evion 400 mg, a vitamin-E capsule for the past 15 days on my own without consulting any doctor. The texture of my skin has improved considerably. The crow's feet and brow lines have diminished a lot. My question is How much of vitamin-E is enough? Or When do I stop taking these capsules?

Wake up early go for morning walk in greenery daily with relaxed mind Do pranayam and yoga daily Take salads, vegetable juices, soups regularly Take carrots and beet root juice daily Avoid oily spicy and fast food, non veg food, processed food Can take vit e for 3 mths Take Flax seeds 5 gms perday regularly to improve overall health.

Donot as ...The American Heart Association recommends obtaining antioxidants, including vitamin E, by eating a well-balanced diet high in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains rather than from supplements until more is known about the risks and benefits of taking supplements.......ask for more advice as there thousand home made remedies for such a small problem !
