These days I am feeling lot of nervousness without any reasons and my body begin to sweat during nervousness. I am suffering from this symptoms last 8 months. Please help me.

It allows you to easily reduce your nervousness because it increases production of relaxing neurotransmitters while simultaneously burning hormones caused by stress and tiring the muscles so that anxiety symptoms are less severe. If you do nothing else for your nervousness, you still need to start exercising.
