I feel a moderate chest pain when turning neck to sides and whenever sternocleidomastoid has to work. The pain also appears when I take a deep breath. I'm a smoker since 4 years.

From the short history provided it is more likely to be Musculo skeletal pain, But since you are a smoker it is always better to get an ECG done as well as a Chest xray. Please stop smoking and eat a plant based whole food diet to be healthy drink adequate amount of fluids Have a minimum 8 hrs sleep .Blood tests are also required to pin point the cause. A detailed dietary as well as medical history is needed before giving correct advice. If you want the proper advice take a consult and I will be able to assist you further
