Hello, along with your daily routine of diet and exercising you should follow the below to loose the weight. 1. Take phytolacca berry tablets (wsi), 2 tablets with warm water, three times a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Take 2 tabs of vriksh amla thrice daily with warm water. Thanks.

Mr. Lybrate-user, diabetes mellitus can only be controlled by appropriate medicines, proper diet (restricted diet) and regular exercise. If blood sugar is not kept in control (fasting closer to 100 mg, pp 150 to 160 mg and hba1c% <6.8.), then there is a definite possibility of serious long term complications in relation to eyes (retina), kidney, lower limbs, peripheral nerves and heart. Yes there is an increased risk of heart attacks in uncontrolled diabetes patients. Another important thing our blood ph is in the range of 7.33 to 7.45 which is slightly alkaline. Our blood always remains in this range. There no blood acidity.

For abdominal fat, important is to start doing exercises either walk for 40-45 mins daily, or some abdominal exercises. Aslo avoid oily and fatty foods, start taking one cup of green tea daily which will help as an antioxidant also. Do not take any fat burning pills if you are breast feeding yor new born child.

When a person is dehydrated he is advised to drink a solution of sugar and salt in water but actually in case of dehydration only water n salt is lost from the body. Then why so?

In dehydration there is loss of body fluids, mostly water compared to what we take in through drinking. Normally water is lost from human body in the form of breathe that we take, sweat, urine, and stool. Along with water, salt (sweat) is also lost. Sometimes we do excessive exercise in hot weather that time we lose too much water, our bodies may become out of balance or dehydrated. In case of fever, diarrhoea, vomiting also we generally get dehydrated. Due to which you will start feeling weak, unhealthy, drowsie, stomachache and body pain. To overcome dehydration please care: Rest is required. This will feel you relax and mentally comfortable. 1. Intake of oral rehydration powders like punarjal, ORS, enerex, electrolyte etc by dissolving in water. These solutions contain water and salts in specific proportions which replenish your body fluids and electrolytes. Can have at frequent intervals, every one hour. This will remove all your dehydration. 2. Sometimes fresh fruit juices, coffee, coldrinks, etc may exaggerate the diarrhoea. Does not overcome dehydration. 3. You can have vegetable soups made by fresh green vegetables at home. In your case I would recommend you to have rehydrating solution every 30 to 60 min. Take some fresh juices or soup if it hamper your health then do not take because intake of fresh juice vary person to person. Good Luck. Stay Healthy.

Hi, take avena sativa q, 15 drops with water twice daily. Take nux vomica 200, 5 drops twice daily. Take schwabe's damiaplant, 20 drops twice daily with water. Revert after 2 weeks.

Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc..

You need to check your vitamin d3 and b12 status. Also check for thyroid. You need to exercise 5 days a week with 2 days of cardio vascular and 3 days of weight training. Eat all fruits and vegetables. You need a diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, white rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Hye, Thanks for the query. For a diabetic it is best advised to have a diet planned as per the sugar levels, lifestyle and history. Though you can follow some guidelines - Have small frequent meals. Do not fast for long hours. This will help gradual weight gain. Avoid a very heavy meal at one time. Avoid fruit juices, aerated drinks or sugarcane juice, honey, jaggery or sugar. Avoid junk foods. They will just add unwanted fats to your body. Exercise and stay active. Do not attempt to try out too many remedies as you could go into hypoglycaemia. Sleep well.            It's all a matter of discipline.

1. Your BMI is 20.3, means, your weight is OK as per your height and age. 2. It is a misconception that eating supplements will give you muscles. 3. All such misconceptions are created just like- skin whitening creams for men or women 4. The reality is that muscles are built after years and years of body building and exercise. 5. Eating supplements does not build any muscles. 6. Aim for strength and fitness 7. Don't aim for instant bulk, it can't happen 8. Be confident of yourself as you are. 9. Eat natural foods 10. Eat well and be fit.

Tip 1: Get more physical activity There are many benefits to regular physical activity. Exercise can help you: •Lose weight •Lower your blood sugar •Boost your sensitivity to insulin — which helps keep your blood sugar within a normal range •Tip 2: Get plenty of fiber Foods high in fiber include fruits, vegetables, beans, whole grains, nuts and seeds. Tip 3: Go for whole grains Although it's not clear why, whole grains may reduce your risk of diabetes and help maintain blood sugar levels. Try to make at least half your grains whole grains. Tip 4: Lose extra weight If you're overweight, diabetes prevention may hinge on weight loss. Tip 5: Skip fad diets and just make healthier choices Low-carb diets, the glycemic index diet or other fad diets may help you lose weight at first, but their effectiveness at preventing diabetes isn't known nor are their long-term effects. And by excluding or strictly limiting a particular food group, you may be giving up essential nutrients.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.
