Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take sprouts, fruits and vegetables in your diet. Drink more water in a, don't take rice at night. Eat salad before meals. Include protein rich food in your diet. Avoid junk food. Take small and frequent meals.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Avoid to eat spicy food, besan, bekary food, overeating, junk food. 6. Every 3 day in month eat mung dal and rice for whole day.

Hello Doctor, I need your advice, health issue is related to my mother (age 52). She is going through Menstrual Cycle Problems and I don’t know adjectly how to deal with this health issue. She is living in muzaffar Nagar (UP) because of this natural phenomena of nature she lost lots of blood and feeling very weakness. If severe loss of blood then the level of iron in body will be reduced. Test you require ultrasonogram of lower abdomen. Medicine: german / reckeweg sabina 200 daily 3 doses (4-5 drops in mouth. Sbl calcarea phos b12 x / 6 tabs 3 times a day will help you every way. Report me after doing ultrasonogram. Or after 5 days of taking medicine food: bannas 4 pcs dailym 2 boiled eggs. Mixed fruit juice 2 times.

I am 29 years age man and I am foodie and try every food I like in taste and since childhood I have been eating spicy food and eat a lot of non veg than veg. I am overweight now. Currently my weight is 85 mgs and my height is 5 feet 6 inches approx. I have gained weight around 20 kgs in last three years and from last three years I am suffering from improper latrine problems. I take lactifiber every night to clear my potty next morning and if I don't take for few days then I suffer from unclear potty with blood in it. I do farting around 15 times adash and I am suffer from fatty liver also. Please suggest what to do?

Respected hi first of all you have to be determined in your mind that you want to reduce weight & have proper digestion without medicines. Unless you r not firm & you don't loss your temptation to eat junk you can't gain anything understand very well even though best of the doctors will give you best advise. Avoid all oily spicy stuffs nonveg at all. Drink more liquids have more green leafy veg fiber content fruits curd for better digestion mor walk for 30 min yoga for 20 min early mor light exercises for 30 min. Avoid smoking if doing keep weight chart for every 15 days. Consult after 1 month if still firm in doing all things & not getting results dear thanks regards.

hello dear. according to your given hight & weight, your BMI Body mass index is 22. means you have perfact proportional body. congratulations. according to me you don't need to reduce weight. than also I m giving some tips STOP drinking too much cold water, eat too much sweets, day sleep, water after meal, lack of exercise, curd, menda etc. I will need your detail history. Till you can follow this * start drinking hot water * stop day sleep * start any exercise in morning, like suryanamaskar, walking, joging, sports * drink juice of turmeric n ginger with honey * take jau barley, instead of ghenhu wheat. * use cow ghee n milk only * boild rise in open pot, don't use cocker. Withdraw water if rice once again no need to reduce weight if your weight is 55 kg

Hello, I am a 20 years boy. Actually I have not have a sex with anyone and also have not done hand practice but when I watch porn for some time then semen is automatically discharged from my penis. Mr. Lybrate-user you are not suffering with any disease. It is only psychological that you feal weaknesses. In fact porn practice is not good, if it come in your habit, try to avoid it. Discharge of penis is normal phenomena, a fluid albumin comes out which lubricate genital canal before siemens comes. Don't worry for it.

Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1. Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2. Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3. Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4. Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B. At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c. Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D. Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E. Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F. Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G. Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H. Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

first and foremost is to control hypothyroidism. If that is not done then, weight reduction is not possible. If that achieved, then you can work on weight reduction. There is no easy way for reducing the weight. You have to following things: 1) take a restricted diet, that gives exact calories based on your ideal body weight (height in cms - 100 = kgs) and your daily exercise quantity. 2) spend at least 1 hour every day on exercise, brisk walk covering 5 to 6 kms in 1 hour, should be undertaken, 3) avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods and pastries, 4) consume more of green leafy vegetables, salads and fruits, 5) avoid high fat cheese, butter, margarine and other saturated fats 6) if possible join a gym where you can do workouts under instruction. But most important is following a strict dietary regimen.

6 Tested Ways to Lose Tummy Fat
Losing belly fat can be challenging. It tends to stick on. However, there are certain food habits that can help you achieve the goal.

Here are 6 effective diet changes you need to make to be on track with tummy trimming:

1) Skip Alcohol: Alcohol causes dehydration, which will slow metabolism of your body. Miss alcohol for next few days. And whenever you have too much of alcohol, start the next day with 2 glasses of water (preferably lukewarm).

2) Avoid Salt Intake: Even a little more salt makes your body to temporarily hold water and fluids in the body, which can lead to bloating. Avoid processed foods, salty foods. Consume plenty of vegetables and fruits rich in water.

3) Curtail Milk Intake: If you remain fatigued and bloated or by gases in stomach particularly after having milk or dairy products, your body may be intolerant to lactose. This happens to people who have a problem digesting the milk's sugar, which can result in gas occurrence, cramps and diarrhoea. Avoid milk in any form from your diet.

4) Cut Carbs and fat intake: Avoid carbohydrates, such as pasta and white breads. Also avoid oily and junk foods, sugar, juices, cold drinks, and sweet items. When you reduce carbs intake, your body will start spending carbohydrate stock and also getting rid of accumulated fluids. Replace your carbs with fibre rich salads.

5) No Starch: Food stuffs rich in starch, such as potato, pasta and corn, cause gases. The only ingredient rich in starch that does not cause gases is rice.

6) Stay Active: Regular exercise is a great regulator, especially abdomen exercise. They relieve bloating by increasing heart beats. Whenever you can, take a walk after meals.

There are many reasons for abortion. One of the reason is apla syndrome for which acl test is done. It is blood test better get it done. So that if positive medicine for same can be started.
