According to your height your ideal weight should be 64.2. Take high protein foods like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer, chicken, fish etc. To gain muscle mass. I can plan a diet for you Ask me privately for detailed diet plan.

Change food habites to gain weight. Add in your daily food carbohydrates, vitamines, minirales, proteins, milk end milk products, green vegitabales. Do arobic excersices, yoga, walking will help. Take 6 to 8 hours sleep

I am traveling a lot due to my job profile and usually stay at hotels and take outdoor dinners. I take pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, mutton, chicken etc as foods from clean joints and prefer Pizza Hut, dominos, KFC, McDonald's etc or some good restaurant as prices are no issues. So my question is if my food choices are ok as it comes in my lifestyle and will continue as it is for the coming 20 years.

Subway is better option for you instead of other fast food. You can choose salads, fruit chat, sprouts, vegetable sandwich and fish and chicken (roasted or grilled instead of fried).

Mr. lybrate-user, Following are the criteria to decide if some one has normal blood glucose or not: 1) Normal: Fasting 70 to 110 mg, PP <140 mg & HbA1c% <5.9. 2) Pre-diabetes: FBS:108 to 125 mg, PP 141 to 199 mg /100 ml & HbA1c% 5.9 to 6.4.3) Diabetes: FBS: 126 mg and above, PP 200 mg and above, HbA1c% 6.5 and above. If some one is in pre-diabetes stage, then adapting a modified lifestyle will help in keeping blood glucose under control. What it means is to exercise regularly for over 1 hour a day, maintain normal weight and BMI (<23 kgs/M2) and avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries, bakery items and those foods made from maida. Consume good deal of green leafy vegetables, salads and fruits. Use whole grain products. Refrain from alcohol and smoking. By following this one can prevent progression to diabetes or postpone it. Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. For fluctuation of blood glucose main reason is either inadequate dose of insulin or improper intake of food. If patient does not follow the specified restrictions in relation to food intake, then there will be variation in glucose. Treatment of diabetes needs a combination of appropriate dosage of drugs, diet restriction and regular exercise with weight control. Thanks.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. Don't go for protein supplementation. It is of no use. Instead of that use following tips 1. Avoid alternate day sugar. 2. Avoid alternate day salt 3. Avoid cold drinks and ice creams 4 do proper gym 5 have antioxidant to reduce inflammation.

One can not lose fat without exercising. Nutrition and exercise go hand in hand. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Hi, You mean constipation? Try these steps for your constipation problem: Drink two to four extra glasses of water a day (unless your doctor told you to limit fluids for another health reason). Try warm liquids, especially in the morning. Add fruits and vegetables to your diet. Eat prunes and bran cereal. Isabgol, also known as "psyllium husk, is a common health supplement used to treat constipation, other digestive problems, and a few non-digestive problems. It contains 70 percent soluble fiber and, as a result, acts as a bulk-forming laxative. The effectiveness of isabgol largely depends on your individual health needs and the manner in which you take it. Usually, you will need to take 1 to 2 tsp (5 to 10 ml) of isabgol with 1 cup of water (240 ml) or fluid daily at night until your constipation passes. The exact dosage may vary depending on age, medical condition, and response to treatment, however. Eat a well-balanced diet with plenty of fiber. Good sources of fiber are fruits, vegetables, legumes, and whole-grain bread and cereal (especially bran). Drink 1 1/2 to 2 quarts of water and other fluids a day (unless your doctor has you on a fluid-restricted diet). Fiber and water work together to keep you regular. Avoid caffeine. It can be dehydrating. Check on milk. Some people may need to avoid it because dairy products may be constipating for them. Exercise regularly. Go to the bathroom when you feel the urge. Hi lybrate-user - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. You can start having early and light dinner i. E. Your dinner should be before 8 pm. Have more fibre that means more fruits, vegetables, soup and salad. Try to cut down on cereals for dinner. Increase your water intake 8-10 glasses per day. Eat 5-6 small meals rather than 2-3 big meals. Have low fat milk. Avoid fat, sugar and alcohol.

Dear lybrate user, sperm cells are being continuously produced inside human testis. A single sperm cell needs about 4 months to mature before being ejaculated. Masturbating ejaculates many mature as well as immature sperm & results in the temporary deficit of sperm count. This loss of sperm results in the increased production of sperm.
