Hello I want to tell you that I am fat I have done lack of exercises, gym but nothing change I was feeling so baad One day a friend told me and I consult a doctor who gave me diet chart which changes every week and she gave me a ayurvedic medicine I am having result but in between weight gets ups and downs and I don't have control on myself for eating fast food that is a main thing so. Hello, I can plan your daily diets according to your food habits, lifestyle, blood group & medical history, if any. However you need to follow them to see good results. For weight loss, include more of fruits, milk & milk products, high- protein foods, less of carbohydrates & fried foods and sweets. Drink 3-4 lts. Of water daily. Eat early & light dinners. Hi to gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. Yes irregular periods can certainly cause increased weight. But it is a vicious cycle. If weight is more, periods can become irregular. To lose weight 1. Start exercising, sorry there is no short cut to weight loss. Exercising is the best and the safest option. Exercise for 40 minutes daily. Walking or cycling or yoga or gym - pick what suits you. But practice it regularly 2. Diet - you need not starve. Eat a healthy diet. Include one bowl each of boiled vegetables, fresh fruits and steamed sprouts/pulses in your daily diet. Completely avoid white sugar (go for jaggery or honey instead) avoid junk food, deep fried food, artificial colors and flavors and maida 3. Warm water - this is a magic remedy for weight loss - have about 4 cups of warm water everyday 4. Green tea/herbal tea - they help you burn the fat. They also give you the much needed energy boost. Take two cups daily. 1 cup 40 minutes before breakfast and the other one 40 minutes before dinner.

Hye, Wajan kam hona poshtikta ki kami ka asar hota hai.  Aap theek see waqt waqt pe khaye.  Ek waqt pe poshtik khana khaye. Thoda Thoda samay samay pe khana le. Din mein 6 se 7 baar acche se pet bhar khaye.  Bahar ki khane ki cheze kam le. Inse sirf charbi badhegi maas nahi.  Khane mein fal sabji ghee dal dahi roti chawal doodh shengdaana khajoor lassi batata le. Chai coffee soda kam le, isse poshtikta nahi milti balke pet jaldi bhar jaata hai.  Sahi samay pe Sahi matra mein khaoge tho wajan acche se  badhega. Wyayam hafte mein 3 din zaroor kare. Wyaayam se maas aur wajan badhega aur bhook bhi lagegi. Sirf 2 ya 3 baar khane se kamjori hogi.  Meetha khaana ho tho ghar pe banaaya kheer sheera lassi basundi le. Sirf dawa ya protein powder ya tonic lene se wajan nahi badhega. Uske liye acche se khaana aur Wyaayam bahut zaroori hai. Nahi tho powder ka bhi asar nahi hota. Apne aap ko waqt de, wajan badhne mein waqt lag sakta hai.

The big question so what do we do to have glamour on face. Eat a balanced diet, keep yourself well hydrated and include these in your diet 1. Protein: lean meats, chicken, seafood, legumes, eggs and dairy products 2. Omega fatty acids: tuna, salmon and sardines and for vegetarians please supplement yourselves with omega fatty acids 3. Iron & vitamin c: legume, red meat, citrus fruits, capsicum 4. Nuts: for essential fatty acids 5. Beta carotene: carrot, watermelon, tomatoes. 6. Vitamin d: cheese, beef, mushrooms and plenty of sunlight. Beauty is surely from within. Don't look for quick fixes look for long term solutions. Eat healthy! stay healthy!

Hi, take 5 small meals rather than having 3 big meals, include 2 fruits and 3 serving of veg in a day in your diet, include milk and milk products like curd, paneer etc, have sufficient water, avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, avoid fried and junk food, restrict to 2-3 spoons of sugar in a day, salt intake must be moderate, avoid heavy meals at night, for further details feel free to contact me.

Dear user. I can understand. You have to recheck. If you hip bone size is large it can only be corrected with the help of reconstructive surgery. Apply castor oil to the stretch marks and gently massage the area in circular motion for 10-15 min, wrap the area with thin cotton cloth and keep hot water bottle or hot pad for 20 min. Repeat the process for minimum a month to notice positive result

Whey protein has no side effect. If you exercise well and do good weight training then utilization is better. Whey is the fastest absorbed protein, if taken after a weight training session or an intense cardio it will help in muscle recovery and will finally get a good body composition.
