Take diet rich in protein. Do regular exercise of the region you want to boost your muscle. Avoid to eat fast food or junk food. Eat fibrous diet and drink plenty of water.

Reducing 8 kgs in a month is not healthy way of loosing weight. One can loose 3-4 kgs in a month ideally. Otherwise you will loose muscles also. I can plan a diet for you you will loose 8 kgs in 2 months safely without any adverse effect on health.

I will suggest you to Get your blood checked for CBC and follow up with reports and Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

My son is 22 yrs old. He is suffering from oral ulcer (bayi hunnu / hugulu). Recently when we got his blood checked, we came to know that his hemoglobin value is 17.3 gm/di. He does not smoke / no bad habits. No much stress or strain. My question are: 1) what is the reason for higher hemoglobin value? 2) what is the effect of higher hemoglobin value on body? 3) whether higher hemoglobin lead to oral ulcer? 4) how to bring hemoglobin to normal value? 5) what is the remedy for oral ulcer?

Hi sir. The disorder or other factor that may cause high hb copd dehydration. Emphysema living in high altitude other type of lung and heart disease also polycythemia vera your doctor has to carry specific test to find the resone for high hb. High hb may lead to oral ulcer in some people. You should consult a hematologist only give him orasore for local application on mouth ulcer and bcomplex tab once daily

Dear Lybrate user, As per Ayurveda Science its known as Mrudukostha. You can Drink Desi cow milk added 2 pinch of sunthi powder and less in quantity. Never eat Yogurt (Curd) in night time. Lot of Another sweets youn can try viz Suji Shira, Sweet dalia, Halwa made up from Pumpkin etc if you are non diabetic.

You should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water with lemon. Drink more water in a day. Take sprouts and fruits. Take salad before meals. Do not take rice at night. Avoid junk food and oily food. Take small and frequent meals.

Hi, do regular exercise. Stop eating junk and processed food. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Body fuel is good gainer. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet. No drink before and with meals. If you are non vegetarian include eggs, chicken and fish in your diet. Take small and frequent meals. Get your hb level checked as also cholesterol / lipids to ascertain any cv disease in the offing. In case of chest heaviness, though you haven't mentioned, get ecg done at cardiologist. You haven't mentioned bp also. Till then take ashwagandha cap 1, arjun capsule 1 both twice a day, of pure herbs series of himalaya co.

Mr. Lybrate-user, if you have diabetes t2, then appropriate drugs are required to control sugar. The drug mentioned by you is not a specific anti diabetic one. It has not been tried in human beings. Only laboratory mice it was tried on with just 67% results which is worse than a placebo. I suggest you shift to proper modern medicines for treatment.

Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: * take a diet rich with proteins carbs, vitamins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with fruits. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. * in morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. * for proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. * avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. * do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. * avoid smoking & alcohol drinking completly. * for fastly increase in stamina, take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder daily once a day. I assure you that you definitely get fitness by applying these tips and lifestyle. Be healthy.

Hello- Here are 6 Dietary and Lifestyle Tips To Lower Bad Cholestrol Levels. 1. Limit your intake of foods full of saturated fats, trans fats, and dietary cholesterol. Best Choice: Omega-3-rich fish, such as salmon, sardines, herring, mackerel, and trout. Choose at least 2 times weekly. If you’re using canned fish, such as canned sardines, select very-low-sodium or no-salt-added varieties. Good Choice: Most other fish, plus shelled mollusks (clams, oysters, mussels, scallops). Satisfactory Choices: Crustaceans (shrimp, crab, lobster, crawfish), Poultry (white meat, skinless) Game Meat (bison, venison, elk, ostrich), optimally free-range and grass-fed Poor Choice: Red meat (beef, pork, lamb, veal, goat). Boost your calorie intake at every homemade meal. Increase portion sizes, but if you have a light appetite, add calories to the food you do eat. Sprinkle nuts over your morning cereal; toss avocado in salads and spread into sandwiches; stir pasta with olive oil before adding sauce; and choose starchy, rather than leafy, vegetables, as side dishes. An ounce of nuts adds 167 calories, a tablespoon of olive oil, 124 calories, and a cup of avocado cubes, 240 calories.

Eat fatty fish, like tuna, mackerel, and salmon foods fortified with vitamin d, like some dairy products, orange juice, soy foods that provide vitamin d= milk, and cereals cheese egg yolks to get vitamin d from food, fish is a good option. Six ounces of cooked salmon has more than 600 international units (iu). Eggs are a great source of vitamin d, with two large eggs providing about one-tenth of a daily dose of vitamin d. Soymilk is also an excellent option, with up to 300 ius per cup. Mushroom is the only vegetable which is a natural source of vitamin d. Follow this diet take care.
