Some women do have congestion and some drops of water during few days before cycle due to congestion and tension. Get a slide test of drop done. If worried about inside picture, get ultrasound of breast done to rule out underlying swellings. It costs less than 1000/- one thousand only and test is as sensitive as a mammography test which carries radiation risk.

Hye, Thanks for the query. The moment you think of weight gain, whatever is your workout or diet intake, does not justify taking a supplement. You cannot gain weight by just adding a supplement to your diet. Weight gain needs additional calories through a balance of carbohydrates, proteins, healthy fats and exercise. Just adding protein supplement can't help weight gain. Supplementation totally depends on your present food intake & activity levels. So, for weight gain you need a balanced, calorie dense diet and a good exercise routine. Even if you do gain weight it will reduce once you discontinue the supplement. So, before enough decide to start the supplement first work on a healthy diet and exercise routine.

You take high calorie n high protein diet. Don't skip breakfast. With breakfast you drink 1 glass of milk n 2 anjeer n 2 almonds. Take 4-5 meals in a day in frequent intervals.

you can start with any physical activity during the day either in the morning or evening. start taking High protein meal in your diet. take frequent meal at every 2 hourly. summer is. good time to gain. include more of beverages in your diet like shakes, protein powder with milk etc. take proper sleep of 7-8 hours. check your weight on a regular note. do check your body constitution as well that will also give you best results, as that will be completely up-to your desired requirement.

Diabetes is a non communicable disease. There are hereditary predispositions and certain environmental precursors but eating large amounts of sweets does not cause diabetes.

Dear, just by taking very high caloric foods will, not increase your weight and even if you do so, it may not be in the right way. Actually to increase weight you need to be careful not to increase too much fat mass, but lean body mass. Foods high in calories are fats and oils, whole milk and milk products, dry fruits, meat, sweets, ice creams, all fried foods etc. But All these foods may not be healthy for you. So, you need to take a balanced ratio of these and protein foods. In case you want detailed diet plan you may consult me with other details like daily routine, eating timings, sleep, and waking hours etc and food preferences. I can then help, you further.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash daily use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

It is because of dehydration due to excessive sweating, inadequate water intake, physical and mental exertion, taking oily/spicy/froed and junk food. Take precaution accordingly. Drink plenty of water 98-10 glass daily. Take adequate rest. Have bland diet, avoid oily/spicy/fried junk food.

Daily requirement of protein in a teenage boy is around 52 gms. This amount you can easily get from your daily serving of food like: 1) eggs, 2) legumes-peas, beans and pulses 3) soyabean (nutrella) 4) fish, chicken, meat 5) nuts-peanuts, almonds 6) low fat milk and curd we've all heard the myth that extra protein builds more muscle. In fact, the only way to build muscle is through exercise. Bodies need a modest amount of protein to function well. Let me explain. For active, working-out individuals one has to consume around 2 grams protein per kilogram of body weight. Ie. If your weight is 70 kg, then you require 140 gms protein daily if you are into gymming. But if you are a sedentary persons, your daily requirement is just 0.8 gms per kg body weight ie. 56 gms which we easily get from our daily food. I hope this answers your query.
