Stop oily, packed & backed, preserve food. Take green vegetables and fruits daily. Regular exercise/ Regular morning walk & walk after dinner. Don't sleep immediately after dinner.

Hye. Thanks for the query. Like any too good to be true fat burner, it is just a tall claim made. Most fat burners have majorly not worked. Most people take it as a “trial and error” product meaning that they only find out that most often it's not really effective after trying it. Most people claim to have experience little or no difference at all after using a fat burner. Like any fat burner there are chances of side effects due to either poor nutrition intake. The anabolic steroids abused by many are synthetic versions of testosterone, a male hormone. Both men and women naturally produce testosterone. But like all hormones -- which regulate the body's most basic functions -- throwing one's testosterone out of balance can have wide-ranging consequences. Anabolic steroids have many side effects because testosterone, which they mimic, has many effects in the body. The long list if side effects from anabolic steroids include: Shrinking of testicles, breast enlargement (gynecomastia), low sperm count, increased hair growth, deeper voice and reduced breast size in women, high blood pressure, heart attack, stroke, high cholesterol, rage, violence and aggression. You are young. Give your body a chance to lose weight by natural and healthy ways.

I read one article on "Calcium Deficiency - 3 Signs You are Suffering from it" written by Dr. After reading the article, I am sure that I am deficient with calcium. Can you suggest the medicine for me as I am in trouble with the same symptoms for last 1 one year. One more thing is that when I go to doctor, he always says there is no deficient of calcium. I am confused. Please suggest.

Why You Should Avoid Processed Food

Not eating that bag of chips or drinking that bottle of soda is a difficult temptation to resist, especially if you eat them more than a few times a week. But these are not good for you; they are a storehouse of chemicals, which can wreak havoc on your health.

Here are seven reasons why you should avoid processed food:

  1. They are very addictive: When your body digests processed food, it overstimulates the proliferation of a neurotransmitter called dopamine. Dopamine makes you feel pleasure, which increases your cravings. And, cravings lead to more consumption, thus you get addicted to processed food.
  2. Cause damage to your bones and organs: Processed food contains phosphates that not only add taste, shelf-life and texture, but also end up damaging your bones and organs. Phosphates have been linked to premature aging, weak bones and kidney damage.
  3. Lead to digestion problems: Processed foods are usually rid of their natural enzymes, fibres and vitamins. This creates severe problems in your digestive system. Consuming such foods harms the good bacteria in your gut, which makes you vulnerable to infections.
  4. Can lead to mental degradation: If you find your memory slackening or you're finding it hard to concentrate, then you can blame your diet. Junk food, it has been found, gives you mood swings, makes your energy levels unstable and leaves you feeling angry and agitated.
  5. GMOs: Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs) are what replace the 'real' ingredients in processed food. GMOs have been associated with infertility, gastrointestinal disorders, cancer and organ damage.
  6. Pesticides: For the GMOs to grow, farmers use herbicides and pesticides, which end up in your food. For example, certain cereals have been found to contain more than 70 types of pesticides.
  7. Processed food is artificial: When you compare real food with processed food, the obvious difference would be the way real food deteriorates over time, just like they should, while processed food remains the same. Processed food does not change with time, and proves how synthetic they are essentially. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a doctor and ask a free question.

Focus on your diet: you really need to focus on your diet. When losing weight, many people feel that it is okay to eat what you want and then workout a lot. This is completely incorrect. The secret behind getting fit lies 80 percent in your diet, while the rest 20 percent lies in working out. This is an integral part in losing weight at home and being able to sustain it. Some of the famous weight loss foods. Green tea soya cinnamon multi grains wheat bran wheat grass lemon grass flaxseed pumpkin seeds sunflower seeds leeks lettuce broccoli olive oil quinoa aloe vera. Combine your diet with good physical activity. As you exercise, calories are burned and your body fat percentage decreases. So, exercising not only helps you lose belly fat, it also sheds fat from other areas. Running and walking are two of the best fat-burning exercises. U need to change your medication and start with medicines for diabetic nephropathy start tab. Nephrosave forte twice a day and please consult regarding further medication which can be added after thorough examination.

I would suggest to go for following remedy Natural home remedy using black pepper powder, lemon juice and honey: 1. Take 1 glass lukewarm water 2. Add 1 tsp black pepper powder 3. Add 4 tbsp lemon juice 4. Add 1 tsp honey 5. Mix well 6. Drink every day Surely you will get results.

Take meals in gap of 2 hours but in limited quantity. Food is the best munching option .if you feel hungry then take fruits. Drink at least 12 glass of water daily.

Hi dont stop or discontinue the medicine, reduce salt intake in food drink plenty of water if possible use black salt in food, you can try shirodhara treatment in ayurveda

Your weight is just a bit high. You can aim to reduce about 3-4 Kgs. Increase duration of your run. Also you can do High Intensity Interval Training. or Tabata exercises. You will find these videos on the net. As your fitness level goes up, your weight will come down. Also your body will acquire good shape. Always keep fit and keep aiming for higher levels. That will create a challenge and keep your interest alive. All the best.
