Hello, you can take garcinia gambogia, 2 tabs thrice daily with warm water. It is a effective herbal medicine for weight loss. Follow the below tips also to loose weight. * do surya namaskar, yoga asans like bhujangasana (cobra pose), sarvangasana (shoulder stand pose, vajrasana (diamond pose), pavanamuktasana (wind-relieving pose), matsyasana (fish pose). * avoid sweets, oily, spicy, junk food, chocolates. * drink plenty of water daily. *eat good quantity of green vegetables, salad and fruits.

Hi I am 32 years old am suffering with ulcerative colitis form past 8 years, I was treated at Asian Institute of gastroenterology Hyderabad by senior Dr. They given me the steroid wysolone and I was seriously affected by it I used steroid for 2 years 30mg, My face became Puffy face and my weight increased 20 kgs, and loss immunity power and I went for cataract surgery and got vitamin D deficiency lot more changes, Dr. in AIG they are not caring about all this after that I changed the Dr. now am get treated in yashoda hospital hyderabad hear they are taking care for both on UC and side effects of steroid. Now also am using steroid defcort 6 mg Dr. said I have to use the steroid for life long for UC am using mesacol od 2 tables and azaron 50 mg 1 tablet, pantocid dsr 1 tband for blood pressure am using a tablet and vitamin d, c, e so many tablet using all this tablet now am suffering with frequently giddiness I want to now if I stop steroid am getting giddy and I can not able to perform any work am not able to go out in daytime so many complications any one can help me please reply with brief answers.

Hi vitamin d is important for all mostly women, pregnancy, lactation, old age etc more required. For you take normally by foods like dairy products, organic protien based foods, egg, milk, fish, stem based vegetables, fibre rich all cereals, banana, curd etc.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Sugar. Milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. I am dibetic, slight high blood pressure and slight higher collestrol. Dibeic 112/99 pre and post meal, after dibeta sr 500 once in a day, cholestrol 140 after one pill avas 10 daily, bp 120/80 after telma 40 once in a day. I also suffer rehumotide arthrites (ra)) hcqs400 once in a day. All these deases since last one year. My wt. Was 83 kg ht 178 cm wt reduced to 74 kg in one yr with running and excercise for one hr daily. Shall I reduce the medicine or continue ?

Hello good to hear you are on physical activity and happy to hear you have reduced weight. Keep up the exercise going. It looks like all are in control when you take medicine. This condition has to be maintained when you stop using medicine. So, I suggest, consult your personal doctor and then based on his recommendation you follow the same. This medicine is a diet supplement Not Approved by FDI of USA, it reacts with lots of medicines used by heart patients like High BP medicines beta blockers & statins to bring down bad fats in blood. Side effects are not known , reason it is not approved but why do people take it as a diet supplement , even I have no idea. My suggestion is take a healthy diet Minus any supplements except routine vitamins in low doses.

Diabetes affects all organs in the body – Eyes, kidneys, nerves, reproductive system all are affected, In fact, from toe to hair. For diabetic control, patient and doctor should be in constant touch for regular follow up and advice. The common symptoms are:-Both types of diabetes have some of the same tell-tale warning signs. Hunger and fatigue. Your body converts the food you eat into glucose that your cells use for energy. But your cells need insulin to bring the glucose in. If your body doesn't make enough or any insulin, or if your cells resist the insulin your body makes, the glucose can't get into them and you have no energy. This can make you more hungry and tired than usual. Urinating more often and being thirstier. The average person usually has to pee between four and seven times in 24 hours, but people with diabetes may go a lot more. Dry mouth and itchy skin. Because your body is using fluids to make pee, there's less moisture for other things. You could get dehydrated, and your mouth may feel dry. Dry skin can make you itchy. Blurred vision. Changing fluid levels in your body could make the lenses in your eyes swell up. They change shape and lose their ability to focus. Diabetes, often referred to by doctors as diabetes mellitus, describes a group of metabolic diseases in which the person has high blood glucose (blood sugar), either because insulin production is inadequate, or because the body's cells do not respond properly to insulin, or both. It is a difficult task to control blood sugar in the desired normal range. Whatever we eat is metabolised to sugar in the body to provide energy for our daily activities. For the absolute control, one has to monitor his / her blood sugar at regular intervals (Self-Monitoring of Blood glucose – SMBG). Though difficult, this can be done by a glucometer and keep a record. Get an idea of Fasting sugar (FBS) and 2 hours after food (PPBS), & HbA1C (inform me) and check before dinner and after every major food. The basic idea is to reduce the food intake to 1/3 of what you take now. The dictum of sugar control is diet, exercise, diet + medicine and at later stage medicine+ Insulin will be needed. There are different diet plans of varying calories for each person depending on his activity & life style. For diabetes, hypertension (high BP) and many long-term illness control there is the need for regular advice and follow up. Just one time consultation or advice is not enough to guide a diabetic in scientifically & medically correct manner. Hi, I am both a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in losing your weight as well as solve your other health problems through a dietary therapy. Let me know your food intake details. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I being a registered dietitian strongly accommodate the patients own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets availiable online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. Instead, you might lose water weight or even lean muscle tissue, since it's hard to burn that many fat calories in a short period. I will need to carry out detailed assessment in your case, after assessing your personal challenges to weight loss, I will recommend a strategy to gradually change habits and attitudes that have sabotaged your past efforts. Also the overall objective should not be to drastically reduce weight but doing it gradually and help rebuild body tissues and to maintain ideal body weight. To gain weight you have to take a diet with right mix of protein, vitamin, minerals & fat. Regular weight lifting exercise will complement your weight gain target. To gain weight avoid oil & unhealthy processed & packed food. Cheese, egg white, fat in right quantity, fruits will help you in gaining weight.

Hello, hope you are doing good, it must be a vitamin d deficiency, please do a vitamin deficiency test. Mean time, I would suggest take calcium supplements along with megnicium and vitamin d formula. Let me know if I can help you for that. 2. If you are a non-veg, pls drink paya soup. Which keeps your bones strong. 3. Pls dont live in ac environment for long hours, if your job is like that, I suggest, take out 5 mins time for every 2hours come our and drink some water. 4. If possible add protein, vitamins supplements to your diet. Have a healthy life.

Hello.... For lossing weight eat healthy diet.. Prefer whole grain food like oats, barley, ragi, brown rice, whole wheat bread...... Drink lots of water......... Prefer skimmed milk and milk products because its less in fat....... If you are non veg then prefer lean meat and also avoid yellow part of egg........ Stop regular tea.. Prefer green tea.. Take it after every meal to reduce weight. Take atleast 5 cups of it daily......... Start morning walk or yoga or you can join gym.. you can do running, jogging, brisk walk, skipping at home...... Avoid carbohydrate in diet.... Prefer protein..... Avoid junk food and cold drinks.... Avoid sweets and bakery products..... Eat 2 apples daily.. It burns fat very fast..... Hi Lybrate User, Its good that you are doing workouts. .. As I see from your measurements, you are currently about 20 Kgs more than the desired weight levels. .. Time of eating has no impact on whether you put on weight or not. .. Eating more than what your body needs will directly add to your kgs whether you eat before or after workout.. it does not matter. .. Whether you fill up petrol in car before the journey or after journey it does not matter. .. Eat a Banana before workout. After workout have lots of water, nimu pani. After that take some fruit / veg salad .. Spend at least 3/4 of your work out time on Cardio exercises. Cardio means Treadmill at speeds of 7-9 Kms or equally intense exercises. .. Consult a dietician to get a proper diet plan for yourself. That will help you in weight reduction. .. Eat Light - Stay Bright

Yes dear crunches will work do it empty stomach 10 min twice a day. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4.Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7.
