Dear User: Chronic inflammation of the large intestine is usually the result of the acute form, though in rare cases it is subacute from the beginning. A good stomachic is desirable very early in the treatment. Here are few Ayurvedic tips for you: 1. Take a handful of coriander leaves Crush them to make a paste- Add 1 glass of water- Heat the mixture for 2-3 min- Strain the mixture- Drink when lukewarm 2. Crush 2 tsp of fenugreek seeds Add them to 1 bowl of curd- Mix well- Eat 2-3 times everyday Revert back for complete Ayurvedic Consultation.

Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

You should consult an endocrinologist in person. Typically consultation is between 700-1200 rs. The testing will be anywhere between 2000 to 5000 rs. If cost is the issue, you can request the physician to begin testing one by one after seeing the results of first test. All the best.

To gain weight in healthy way, consume balanced diet with more protein rich foods to build muscles. Since your weight is less, the amount of protein you have to take is 1 to 2 gm protein / kg of ideal weight. You can include sprouts, milk & milk products also in your diet. Erectile dysfunction refers to the situation when a man has difficulty in getting a firm erection or an erection, which is required to achieve sexual penetration. Several cases of erectile dysfunction can cause impotency in a man.

Causes:

  1. A problem in the blood flow, proper hormone secretion and nervous supply in the body may cause erectile dysfunction.
  2. Erectile dysfunction also happens due to vascular causes along with neurological causes.
  3. Arthrosclerosis is a disease which often leads to erectile dysfunction. This disease is commonly caused because of smoking and diabetes. The arteries to the penis become narrow and clogged and erectile dysfunction occurs.
  4. Neuropathy caused due to diabetes, known as diabetic neuropathy, is a primary neurological cause of erectile dysfunction. Nerve damage on account of surgery around the pelvis area may also lead to erectile dysfunction.
  5. High blood pressure or hypertension damages arteries all over the vascular system. Blood flow is impaired and proper erection is prohibited, which signifies erectile dysfunction.

Erectile dysfunction also happens due to physical causes such as:

  1. High cholesterol and obesity
  2. Parkinson's disease and multiple cases of sclerosis
  3. Smoking, excessive alcohol consumption and substance abuse
  4. Disorder in anatomy or structure of the penis
  5. Surgical complications
  6. Several prescribed medicines may also lead to erectile dysfunction because of reactions and side effects.

Erectile dysfunction may also result due to several psychological causes:

  1. Depression makes a person uninterested in sex due to lower libido and may cause erectile dysfunction.
  2. A large amount of stress, fear, tension or anxiety may also lead to erectile dysfunction.
  3. Many men suffer from performance anxiety and feelings of sexual failure. This may result in erectile dysfunction.
  4. Poor communication with a partner or pressure from partner regarding sex may also cause erectile dysfunction.

Homeopathic Remedies For Impotency (erectile dysfunction):

Avoid spicy food in your diet and also avoid peanuts and potatoes in your diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi for few days and drink only boiled water.

Dear , both of them are different. It would depend on what you want to do. Swimming is kind of aerobic exercise which help in your stamina. Whereas weight lifting is a type of resistance training that will add bulk and strength to your muscles. For a balance result one should mix the two. And again the choice is yours depending upon what your goals are.

Do some exercise. 1st of all walk out daily 2 hours early in the morning and 2 hours after dinner. It is better for high blood pressure and obesity both. Totally avoid any spicy junk foods, oilly foods. Do not take any salty food and raw salt. Most urgent for your counselling for your constitutional drug. You eat ots. Thank you.

Hello Nadeem, its only a mindset. you should work on why you want to do the medicine, then write down reasons why you are doing medicine. Do regular exercise and do Yoga. Associate with successful doctors and ask them questions why they are in the profession. Keep ready positive mental attitude books.

I do cycling every day to improve my fitness and I am worried about my physique and feel to get 6 abs and get good health does cycling give me that shape and fitness I am doing cycling every day for 1 hour does it work out.

Lybrate-user. Cycling is good exercise for weight loss. It will surely give good shape to your thighs and hip. But I am afraid it may not be able to give you 6 abs. For 6 abs you have to do lot more tgen cycling. You have to control your diet. Restric fat consumption and increase proteins. Exercise should be very very specific for abs. All thing should be done under proper guidance. Exercise and diet without planning will not take you anywhere.

I am a mother of 3 old baby. Now a days my body is aching a lot especially during waking up in the morning. I am also taking calcium and iron tablets. What is the problem. Is this happen to everyone post delivery?

Kindly mention the age of your baby. If the baby is very young and gets up during night, maybe you are not getting adequate sleep. Do get your vitamin D level checked. One important factor causing weakness after delivery is Postpartum blues or depression. Is your mood irritable nowadays? Try to get rest and do things that you like.

What should I eat to improve my muscles and what should I do to maintain my good health?

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy.

Since you are very young so it will not be very difficult for you to burn your belly fat from your stomach you have to do sit ups at home you can also walk 90 minutes a day apart from that make sure you are not drinking water right after your meals give a gap of 90 minutes. Kapal bhati if done regularly will alone help you in losing your belly fat in just 45 to 60 days but for better health you can continue kapal bhati regularly.

IN HYPOTHYROIDISM:--- where there is deficiency of thyroxine hormone leading to sluggishness, tired feeling, weight increase, slow heart beats, intolerance to cold, swelling of legs, feet and face, difficulty in concentrating and at times in speech. Treatment for hypothyroidism is giving thyroxine tablets. And dose are according to level of thyroid for life time. Avoid bad habits . Avoid stress. Some Relax during work. Go for walk, Take plenty of water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. after every meal eat gurh ( jaggery) regularly. In morning drink shyam tulsi kadha, put 12 shyam tulsi leaves in water boil it and drink do not put sugar or milk only water and tulsi leaves, for quick result add 2 or 3 grams ginger, drink this twice a day for 3 month whereas gurh can b eaten regularly, at night before sleeping do hot water gargles with rock salt in it. avoid extra spicy and also avoid refined oil , eat Sarai oilnor cow ghee, you can also eat Pan ka patta with saunf , elachi, gulkand and laung as a substitute of gurh. but no tobacco in it, in tulsi kadha you can put half tea spoon haldi also for best results, no ice cream at all!!
