A) Take 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30 ml of triphala juice and 30 ml of lukewarm water, at night before sleep. B) take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and 10 gm of jaggary before meals. C) eat 5 gms of black cumin seeds along with 30 ml of lukewarm water after meals. D) take 2-2 tablets of sutshekhar rasa and aarogyawardhini vati after meals ……do all these things for 30 days…it gives you good result. Consult to me for further suggestions…. THANKS…

Dear lybrate-user, a weight of 135 kg at a height of 180 cm is way too much of weight -- at least 50 kg more than the normal for this height as you should have been between 78 to 84 / 85 kg. There must be some strong underlying reason for this excessive weight: wrong eatings and / or nil activity and / or hormonal deviations and / or genetic factor and / or lifestyle behavioural factors including perhaps alcoholism etc. The generic guideline here is: to stick to plant based natural whole foods - whole grains, lots of vegetables, fruits, lentils, beans, grams. Shun animal foods, fried foods, processed foods, restaurant foods, shakes and juices, sweets, nuts and seeds for sometime, oils and fats, sauces etc. Increase your activity levels -- walking, jogging, swimming, little playing games say badminton etc. You must get medical check up done --- yours is almost extreme obesity and may require immediate medical intervention. You should try vegetables and fruits in daily diets like papaya, apple, strawberry , spinach, cucumber etc curd, butter milk, fruits juice in daily diets.

Hello, The broad frame structure is something which cannot be changed. Heavy weight is no big deal and because you realise the fact that you need to lose weight ,it is quite achievable. Start doing some sort of exercises on a regular basis like swimming,powerwalks ,gyming,cycling etc. A sensible diet with regular exercise will make you healthy and also ensure desirable weight loss. Eat homecooked meals and encourage eating fresh fruits and vegetables with 2 to 3 servings of pulses and legumes. Concentrate on overall fat loss,rather relying on spot reductions(as they dont exist).

To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Mr. lybrate-user, With TSH value of 8 mU/L, you have sub-clinical hypothyroidism.(SCH). Usually SCH does not need any treatment. But weight gain is there and other symptoms also are present then treatment with thyroxin is advocated. As regards the second part of your question it is difficult to give a clear answer. Usually such kind of things do not happen simultaneously. Thanks.

1. Reduce starchy carbs. 2. Eat a full, balanced breakfast. 3. Limit sugar consumption. 4. Rotate your carbs. 5. Drink coffee (black) before working out. 6. Avoid drastic calorie reductions. 7. Eat 5-6 meals a day. 8. Increase vegetable consumption. 9. Don't over-rely on fat burners. 10. Consume 25-35 grams of fiber a day.

You need to take a lot of healthy proteins like egg, fish, chicken, paneer, dals with lots of vegetables as salads and adding healthy fats to it like ghee, cold pressed (kachi ghani) oils, olive oil, nuts and seeds. Drink a lot of water. Eat your meals very slowly then you will get the feeling of satiety and fullness.

Hye, thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

Increase in weight or abdominal fat accumulation are bad for health, in longer creates problems. Reduction requires, regular yoga practices and reasonable exercises are vitally important but only these two will not lead to weight loss until following weight reducing specific diet and herbal supplements. Hello, Although our body weight or body structure is inherited from both the parents, our ancestors, it also varies from person to person, his/ her daily physical activity as well. A person who is having sedentary lifestyle, is tend to have more belly fat, few females who has attended menopause will get more fat over belly and buttocks in spite of having normal diet. Doing exercises regularly will not only cut down your belly fat, but also you will get a body in good shape and you will be get rid of many diseases related to it! Following exercises will help you to achieve this if you don’t have any other medical condition: 1.The Plank - Lie down on your tummy and then come on your palms and toes.Lift the knees off the floor. Draw your tummy muscles up and breathe deeply into the side and back of the rib cage. Aim to hold the pose for 30 seconds. 2.Static Tiger pose - Place your hands and knees on the floor. This is the starting position. Now lift up one leg and extend the opposite arm. Hold this Static Tiger Pose for 3 deep breaths. Come back to the starting position and swap sides, extending arm and opposite leg. You can look down towards the mat to keep the spine in line. This exercise will build core strength. 3.Sitting Spinal Twist - Sit on the floor and cross your legs. Place one hand next to your hip and the other on the knee. Rotate the spine and look over one shoulder into a Sitting Spinal Twist. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. Swap sides, rotating and looking over the shoulder. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. 4.Stomach Crunches - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Place your hands on your thighs, across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your knees until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 stomach crunches. 5.Oblique Crunch - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Roll your knees to one side down to the floor. Place your hands across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your hips until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 oblique crunches and repeat on the opposite side. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

Hi, do exercises, walking, cycling regularly. Take tab phytolacca berry (dr wilmar shawbe. German) 2tabs to be chewed twice a day for 1mth eat oats daily as it contains high fiber and helps in reducing fats effectively. Avoid bakery products and too much of fermented food revert back.
