Abdominal Crunches: ? Lay down flat on the floor. ? Bend the knees with feet on the floor. ? Place your hands by the side of your ears. ? Take a deep breath. ? Crunch up lifting the head and chest a bit. The aim is to try and touch the knees with the forehead. But do not try to do it in the first attempt. Give your body some time. ? Now move down gradually, exhaling the air. Descending movement must be slower than the crunch up movement. Repeat the steps 5 to 10 times 3 meals per day and healthy snacks twice daily to achieve the best possible result within a short period. Here is a guideline for creating the best vegetarian diet for weight loss. Based on this, you can create your own diet plan as the food choices of each person may vary and the items available to you may be different from what mentioned here. Early Morning You can have any of the following items to start your day. ? 1 glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice added to it. This drink will have zero calories in it. Breakfast 2 Idlis and half a cup of sambar and ½ cup of low fat milk Mid Morning Snack You can use boiled pulses, green salads, low- calorie fruits or nuts as a snack Lunch cup brown rice (not to exceed 200 grams cooked rice) and ½ cup mixed vegetable gravy along with one bowl mixed vegetable salad and 1 small bowl raitha or low fat curd. Ensure that the vegetables are cooked using low fat oil and without adding coconut. Evening Green tea Dinner Start your dinner with any thin soup. To lose weight, choose vegetable salads over fruits, as vegetable salads have more fiber and no fructose, chose veggies like cucumber, lettuce, broccoli to make healthy weight loss salad.

I have no such problems. Though I everyday make walking around 4.5 km within half an hour and make exercise for half an hour, my weight is still stands on.

Diet plays 80 % role in a weight loss regime and rest is exercise. You need to correct your diet wherever it’s going wrong. Focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre ones only. Avoid simple sugars completely. 'Eat Out' less and have good quantity of fresh foods (fruits, vegetables) which are not processed. Small and frequent meals are advised. Do not stuff, do not starve. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day. Go for 45 minute brisk walk daily

How to lose my weight.
Try to take only salads and fruits for few weeks. Avoid foods high in Fat and carbohydrates. If time permits take some sessions of acupuncture. No excuses when it comes to exercise. Engage in some physical activity atleast for 30 mts on a regular basis.

You should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes daily. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day avoid junk food and oily food. Take proper sleep, avoid late night dinner, and don't take stress. Take small and frequent meals.

For cystitis get a urine culture and sensitivity test done and take treatment accordingly to cure cystitis. Drink plenty of water and take urine alkaliser. Typhoid is curable see a physician for the same. You can also get vaccinated for typhoid. Adenomyosis can be controlled with medicine see a gynaecologist for the same. Being cancelled by some boys is not end of world. Exercise daily eat a balanced diet and stay fit and live life confidently.

For that much weight, you need to first loose weight with diet and after loosing some kilos, you should start a work out plan. Diet: -in the morning, take one glass hot lemon water with honey 8: 00 a. M. -take light breakfast like, poha/upma/plain idli /sandwich with one glass milk10: 00 a. M. -eat one fruit like banana/melon/apple 12: 00 -have butter milk and then take your meal.(eat either steamed rice or chapati, not both and eat lesser than you normally eat.) 2: 00 p. M. -take green tea 4: 00 p. M. -eat roasted chana/ khakhra, one digestive or marie biscuit with tea/coffee/bournvita/proteinex (you may add sugar if you feel the need) 6: 00 p. M. -eat dinner like boiled vegetables/baked vegetables/soup /khichdi (idea is to take dinner 3-4 hours before bed time) 8: 00 p. M. If you are starving with this diet, you can add few more healthy foods, but keep a gap of two hours in each. You may redo the timings with the same gap, according to your schedule. If you can, start doing yoga, even if you can do it for 20 minutes, it is fine.
