Eating raw egg is not good for health. The raw egg yoke is difficult to digest for human intestines, it also blocks the absorption of othe vitamins present in food, so better to avoid raw egg.

taking unwanted 72 three times a month is not only harmful but can be very dangerous to ur health.. instead use barrier methods like condoms or ocp's... get ur hemoglobin checked ... if its low u will have to take iron tablets also .. revert back with reports

HERE ARE SOME GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOU General instructions •Take meals in frequent intervals (ie every 2-3 hours) •Do not skip the meals •Take munakka, makhana, khajoor, anjeer, chuhara, nuts with milk •Take compulsory milk and milk products like yogurt, shakes, smoothies, sweet lassi, paneer, khoya etc. •Add soya flour, chana flour in your wheat flour chapatti. * TAKE PROTIEN RICH FOODS- PANEER, LOBIA, DAL, BESAN, KALA CHANA, SOYA.

if there is pain and swelling in the joint then its necessary to check if you have damaged the ligaments inside the joint. visit your local ortho surgeon who may request a MRI scan to look for ligament damage

Hi kush firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

Actually milk is good nutritious health drink which contains almost all needed contents like vitamins, minerals, proteins, fat etc. So, its good to take milk atleast once. Here as I noticed your wt is more, better yo take toned milk, that too cow milk is suggestable. Which is low in cholesterol. You can take all diary products. But limited. Chai is ok for 1-2 times. But spart of that take pure milk also. If you do not like direct milk, then you can add any flavour.

Hi lybrate-user to gain weight and balance your diabetes you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Hello In order to gain weight you need to do regular exercise and take whey protein powder after workout 1 scoop along with healthy food options. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Avoid junk food. Drink plenty of water. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Start your day with peanut butter sandwich. Snack on nuts. Main meal can be paneer curry with parantha. Include whole milk and milk products. Thank you

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Knee pain is a common complaint that affects people of all ages. Knee pain may be the result of an injury or some other medical conditions including arthritis, patellar tendinitis, acl injury, knee bursitis, torn meniscus, gout and infections. Try some home remedies for your pain- - ice is useful for the control of pain and swelling. It can be applied to the knee for 15 to 20 minutes as often as every two to four hours. The swollen knee should be elevated above the level of the heart while icing. -activities that cause pain should be avoided temporarily. -if the knee is swollen or sore, the following positions and activities should be avoided until knee pain and swelling resolve: squatting kneeling twisting and pivoting jogging aerobics, dancing playing sport specific exercises will help you improve range of motion, strength, and endurance. It is especially important to focus on strengthening and stretching your quadriceps since these muscles are the main stabilizers of your kneecap. Core exercises may also be recommended to strengthen the muscles in your abdomen and lower back. Also maintaining a healthy body weight to avoid overstressing your knees are very important. -a full history of your problem should be taken and your movements assessed by a physiotherapist.
