Take all protein rich foods like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts etc and complex carbs in your diet. Avoid junk and fried foods.

Hello, follow the below to reduce the weight:- *take 1 glass of luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning for 15 days in a month. *take 1 cup of green tea in the evening daily. * do surya namaskar, yoga asans like bhujangasana (cobra pose), sarvangasana (shoulder stand pose, vajrasana (diamond pose), pavanamuktasana (wind-relieving pose), matsyasana (fish pose) * avoid sweets, oily, spicy, junk food, chocolates. * drink plenty of water daily. *eat good quantity of green vegetables, salad and fruits.

When I walk even 500mtrs I fell tired When I play football or any game I get tired and when I breathe after getting tired a whistle sound can be hear and my leg starts pain while standing more than 5 mins.

I was okay till December 15 but from jan 16- April 16 almost 4 months I don't like anything, never like to go in a mall or shopping, don't like to spend money or any recreational activity. I slept for almost 12 hours in a day and after that also do not find my body active. I feel lazy through out the day and my appetite also lower. I didn't like to do my factory work as well, always pressurize my self to do normal office work. This had happened to me since 2009 almost every year. I was active 6-8 months full active and 4-6 months in a dull mood in every year. Time is not fixed, sometimes I feel dull in summer and sometime in winter. Moreover I was very quickly upset with even a small thing happening in my dull mood and feel extremely cool when I am active even worst thing happened. Please help me. I am taking desval er 750 for the last one year.Please tell.

Probably you are suffering from bipolar depression. It is a recurrent illness. But fortunately self limiting. Your doctor has put you on desval er 750 mg. Probably by next year, your depressive period may not be 4 months long, may not be that severe that you can not go to factory. Let us wait and watch. If you continue to have similar intensity episode, your doctor may either increase the dose of desval. For your weight, 97 kg, you may need at least 1500 mg/day. Alternately your psychiatrist may shift you to lamotrigine in gradually increasing dose as a mood stabiliser.

Peanut butter is a yummy spread for toast and bread. If you’re trying to gain weight, feel free to go for this high-calorie and nutritious food. Apply it on your whole wheat bread for breakfast and see how your weight increases within a short period of time. Besides, you can spread a spoonful of peanut butter on fruits or vegetables like banana, apple slices, fresh berries, wheat germ or applesauce. Alternatively, a peanut butter sandwich is also a good choice.

Apply hot fermentation manage your weight, upper body weight also stress knee joints do morning & evening walk get x-ray of knee joints to rule out whether its arthritis do knee isometrics- lie straight, keep a towel roll under your knee, press it downwards hold for 3 sec & relax, 20 repetitions each leg, twice daily sitting on a chair or side of bed lift leg up hold for 3 sec & relax, 10 repetitions each leg, twice daily, ensure that while sitting back should be straight sitting on a chair do ball kicking- take a basketball or football & do 10 kicks each, twice daily avoid long standing or walking for long distances avoid floor sitting, squatting position &crossed leg position should do minimal stair climbing.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

At this point your father need not undergo operation. You try Xyluric 100mg tds till swelling settles and then take if necessary. Inugesic can be tried with food. Avoid fish and high uric acid containing foods/ purine derivatives/ alcohol/ non-vegetarian/red wine/ Take little saffron with curds daily and see.

Hi, lybrate-user first to fall, stop eating junk and processed food. Do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, eggs, sprouts, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses, take healthy and heavy breakfast. No drink before meals. Take small and frequent meals.

The reason of not gaining weight are * improper diet * indigestion (disease of stomach, loose motions) * worms in intestine * thyroid disorder * diabetes *addiction (smoking or alcoholism) dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy
