Dear lybrate user, masturbation should not be done for more than twice in a week. Sperm cells are being continuously produced inside human testis. A single sperm cell needs about 4 months to mature before being ejaculated. Masturbating ejaculates many mature as well as immature sperm & results in the temporary deficit of sperm count. This loss of sperm results in the increased production of sperm. A sperm is mainly made up of protein. An increased production of sperm count needs a steady supply of protein. This supply of protein is met from the amount of protein we intake daily. Over masturbation increases the rate of production of sperm to such extent that the demand for protein cannot be fulfilled naturally & it often results in breakdown of protein from muscle tissues. This breakdown of muscle tissues is externally manifested as fatigue, weakness etc. Addiction to masturbation denotes that you are continuously indulged in sexual thoughts. This type of thoughts is common in people who live a sedentary life. If you really have a sedentary life-style you should get yourself out from it immediately. Socialize yourself. Do some physical exercise daily. Drink a lots of water. Create a routine of your daily schedule & maintain it. Stop watching porn in case you have developed a habit of watching it also you can take homoeopathic mother tincture origanum q, 10 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water. This medicine will help to control your excessive sexual desire. However, you can masturbate for twice in a week. Dear user with the limited amount of information provided it appears that you are having problems while passing urine because of some sort of obstruction in the outflow tract which indirectly is causing the symptoms of urgency of passing stools. In your case it is advisable if you can meet a urologist in person so that he can thoroughly examine you. You may need a few test and investigations for further evaluation of your condition. With advancing age there is decease in the quantity of sleep. Few methods you may adopt to get a good night sleep are: do not sleep in the daytime, take minimum of coffee/tea. Avoid tobacco (if you take), follow ideas to relax your mind such as meditation, yoga or listening to soft music, and following a fix schedule to go to bed daily night.

I have a habit of smattering. I always start smattering when I was speaking in public. That was very embarrassing for me. So I want to know how could I get rid from this.

Stammering can be made lesser only and only by speech therapy. So you should take the help of a speech therapist. Also, i'd suggest you to visit a psychologist as confidence plays a great role in dealing with this problem. I'd suggest you to speak very slowly, word by word. Non. Veg if cooked without r with less usage of oil (like no fries) is good for health. In non. Veg also, fish, mutton, egg white r good. But nothing should be unlimited. In summer, whether veg r non. Veg. With spicy n oily made are not suggestable. Best to eat bland diet, like dal, curries without oil, spaces, n tp eat in liquid or semisolid type is good fpr digestion. Eating more fruits, raw veg salads like keera, tomatoes, carrots etc&fruots whivh are available &jioces, more fluids like coconut water, glucose water, fruit juices should b taken to keep hydrated. Intake of 4-5 litres is must in summer to avoid adverse effects of heat like sun strokenindogestion, constipation etc.

If your symptoms are stress induced then you need to work with someone on a regular weekly basis figuring out the triggers and learn to build resilience. When our mind is hooked into past it is normal to have lot of negative thoughts and in turn feeling low. The good news is that our mind could be wired to switch back to positive things and resilience building. We have immense potential within us and we could tap into those one step at a time, one day at a time. When things does not happen as we wish or people do not behave as we expect that is when out of disappointment, frustration, loneliness, anger, sadness. Etc we react and our mind starts thinking negative thoughts. Changing this pattern of responding to stressful situation requires both persistence and patience. I would suggest if you are unable to do. Things suggested here yiu should consult a psychologist or a psychiatrist. If yiu need medicines they will be able to priscribe you the same. Most time both medicine and counseling work. Best togather as a treatment. Also you will only be able to work on this out of love and kindness towards you. Strong motivation will go a long way. Writing a statement about how would you want to respond in a similar situation and how will your life and your happiness will change if you do learn to manage your stress and how to respond to it. Once that is clear. Try following things to learn relaxation response which leads to better coping mechanism on a daily basis. To begin with doing guided progressive muscular relaxation before sleeping will help you relax. You could google and download an audio file. I would also suggest you to take a multiple small break to take 3 nice and deep breath while keeping your eyes closed. You could do this while sitting or standing or while even walking or climbing stairs (keep your eyes open in that case). When you take a nice and deep break there is actual physiological change in your body. This will help you to activate parasympathetic nervous system which promotes relaxation and helps you calm down and think more clearly. This will also actually improve your performance in your work. Along with this exercise is one of the best way to relive stress and stay fit. Engage in any kind of physical activity at least 4 times a week. This also helps in stress reduction. Along with this some relaxation exercises as well as engaging in joyful activities such as music, singing, dancing, reading, being in nature, gardening, talking with friends or anything which you enjoy will help reducing stress and rejuvenation of your mind and body. Have good routine for sleep and eating. Lot of research has now proven that sugar is very harmful for our health. Reduce sugar and refined white floor in your diet as much as you could. If it is common cold or blockage of nose and allergic origin breathing exercises in Yoga like deep breathing, pranayaama, Kapalbhati, Anuloma Viloma and salt water instillation in nostrils may help. But first see ENT specialist to diagnose some nose defect etc. diagnosis and treatment

I am 31 years old. Recently married. During intercourse, my penis foreskin moves back and it pains at the front of penis even slightly touched. At the other end foreskin remains at the rare end of shaft and it doesnt come forward easily. Needs to hold and pull to get it towards front. Kindly advice.

You might have a short frenum- tag of skin that connects the foreskin to head of penis. If it is short then it will need a minor operation.

Window period for PCR is 2 weeks. For western blot us 3 to 4 weeks. For ELISA and spot tests it is maximum 3 months. It depends on affordability.
