Kindly show me x rays of your shoulder. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Do hot fomentation any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Do neck & shoulder exercises it may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

Not getting proper sleep in night,

Kindly follow advises given below:

1. Strict to sleep time schedule

2. Do regular physical activity

3. Regular meditation/ yoga

4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm

5. You can take bath at bed time

6. Avoid day time sleep

7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes

Apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maharasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. 1-1 tab yograj guggul after lunch and dinner. Avoid tea. Coffee. Junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Take green vegetables. Drink juice. Eat fruits. Drink 7-8 glass of water in a day. Take 7 hours sleep minimum. Do pranayama early morning. Pain in adductor left since 6 months. Could work for first 4 months . From 2 months unable to walk with pain graduating to back of hip and on lateral side of front hip. MRI taken 6 days back says normal except for very mild synovial fluid in hip joint . Early synovitis?

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Sarswatarishta 4 tsp afterlunch and dinner 2. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

Your back pain is radiating in legs do back isometrics- keep a towel roll under your lower back & press it hold for 3 sec then relax, 10 times twice daily slr- lying straight lift your leg straight up, upto 30-45 degrees, hold for 3 sec then relax, 10 times each leg twice daily same exercise will also be done on lying on stomach, this is called prone slr spinal extension- lying on your stomach & hands on your side lift your chest upwards, hold for 3 sec then relax after exercising apply hot fomentation avoid long standing take care of your posture while sitting ensure that your lower back is well supported with cusion or thin pillow.

Hay, abhi, its great you've actually 24 hrs since couple of days, so share what you achieved in those days or nights, actually we won't need to take care of our sleep whenever we're authentic about whole day. Ayurved shares sleep is major pillar of health n fittness tri-pod. So act proactively n meet ayurvedic college hospital in your city to know what is happening with you till then just have warm water bath n sleep in calm n warm room after having abhyanham with buffalo milk.

It could be a small absess see signs for it getting red and more painful if so you must take a short course of antibiotics medha.

Hi I can understand your problem 1) avoid activities that make your symptoms worse 2) apply ice packs 3) start physiotherapy treatment as electrotherapy will reduce pain inflammation 4) exercise and manual therapy will help in pain free movement. I have pain in my leg from last two months, what I have to do to get relief from this?

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. Actually pain at calf/leg region can be due to many reasons, commonly it is muscular in nature but it can also be due to tendons, nerves, blood vessels etc. My advise to you for initial 2-3 weeks will be: - ice packs application intensively with elevation of your limbs at night - take a short course of anti-inflammatory medication as per your body's suitability - stop your physical activity till pain completely subsides - intensive physical therapy, training and proper muscle conditioning once pain has subsided - slow resumption of physical activities with proper pre activity warm up and stretching of muscles and short increments in duration of physical activity each day as per pain tolerance. - we will get some blood tests for you - serum vitamin d and serum potassium levels, esr and crp once you have all these reports then you can contact me as I can advise you for proper supplementation do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. I am actually not able to understand your father's problem, is he suffering from tuberculosis for which he is taking medicines? and you have mentioned he is suffering from leg pain only, is there any back pain as weel? are there any s/s of neurological involvement like weakness, numbness, paresthesias, etc also in lower limbs? have you got any investigations done for him, if yes, please send me the reprots so that I can see and advise accordingly.
