You are only 22 years old and it is good to know that heart check ups have been done and there is nothing wrong in reports. It can be anxiety due to exams/ jobs/ never ending household work and lots more. Learn to relax , go for long walks ,eat well ,be disciplined and take your mind away from heart disease. If you can , do visit a heart center near you to see for yourself about real heart disease , May be you can help patients get back to Normal , this will heal them more and help you too !

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

Hye, thanks for the query. The extra layer of fatty tissue on our face is most often caused by excess fats or for a few, it can be genetic. While there are surgical procedures that can eliminate a fatty face, there are also many simple home treatment options to get rid of a fatty cheeks and double chin appearance. Firstly manage proper diet and exercise. To get rid of facial fats, it is essential to keep your facial muscles toned and give the muscles in your jaw line a workout. One of the best ways to do that is to chew sugarless gum. Sugar free chewing gum can even help you maintain healthy teeth and gums. You can also chew on raw vegetables like carrots. Massage with cocoa butter or coconut oil or ghee or wheat germ oil or glycerin regularly, it will improve the elasticity of your skin and help get rid of your facial fat. Try some facial exercises chin exercises can help stretch and tone your face, neck, and jaw muscles, thereby helping you get rid of your facial fat. They will also strengthen your chin and neck muscles and relieve stiffness. While keeping your spine erect, slowly tilt your head back until you are looking at the ceiling and then pucker up your lips in a pout. Hold this position for five counts and then release. Repeat 5 to 10 times in a row. Do this daily at least for a few weeks. Another exercise involves gently turning your head clockwise and then anticlockwise, keeping your spine straight all the while. Do 5 to 10 repetitions of this exercise, about three times a day for several weeks. You can do these exercises while sitting or standing but make sure to keep your spine erect.

Take proper meal during the day. Plenty of water should help to boost up metabolism rate. Exercises will also help you to gain muscle mass as well in a follow up you can start up with protein rich meal. Make a routine of all these on a regular note!

A large body of scientific evidence accumulated over more than 15 years has proven that oats are completely safe for the vast majority of celiac patients. Oats are not related to gluten-containing grains such as wheat, barley and rye. They don’t contain gluten, but rather proteins called avenins that are non-toxic and tolerated by most celiacs (perhaps less than 1% of celiac patients show a reaction to a large amount of oats in their diets). Oats can be in a celiac’s diet provided they are selected from sources that guarantee a lack of contamination by wheat, rye or barley. Some who add oats to their diet may experience GI symptoms. Do never use such tablets/injections for mass gain. Instead be natural and increase the intake of food you take at home. Add 1 liter of milk + 6 banana + 2 eggs+ 250 gm of chicken + a hand full of nuts in your diet daily and see the change in 4 weeks.

Keep continue physiotherapy a d tk calcium supplements and vitd also. Wax therapy tens and ultrasonic therapy for few days if your father is a diabetic then do not take tension its takes some time bcoz of diabetic. Tk medicine for to control diabetic.

Please take rhus tox 200 - thrice daily for next 3-4 days. Also -- soak a washcloth in cool tap water wring out the excess water and then sponge areas like your armpits, feet, hands and groin to reduce the temperature. Also, you can place cold, damp washcloths on your forehead and the back of your neck. The cloth pieces should be changed regularly after a few minutes. This remedy is beneficial when dealing with a high fever as it helps keep temperature under control. You can also take a bath in lukewarm water to relax your body. Taking a shower, however, may not be a good idea. Plus, needless to say, take as much rest as possible as it helps the body fight the illness. Note: do not use very cold water as it may cause the internal body temperature to increase.

The word ‘fat’ in itself is very alarming. Body fat or weight is the topic of concern for most people today. Due to the lack of physical activities these day’s people tend to gain weight at a faster rate. Long working hours, which involves sitting in front of computers, have lead to the increase in belly size. ‘Pot belly’ or ‘beer belly’ are just few names with which it is known. Abdominal Crunches: • Lay down flat on the floor. • Bend the knees with feet on the floor. • Place your hands by the side of your ears. • Take a deep breath. • Crunch up lifting the head and chest a bit. The aim is to try and touch the knees with the forehead. But do not try to do it in the first attempt. Give your body some time. • Now move down gradually, exhaling the air. Descending movement must be slower than the crunch up movement. Repeat the steps 5 to 10 times some tips • Squeeze a lemon in a cup of warm water. Drink this water as soon as you get up in the morning. Drink lots of water throughout the day, keep yourself well hydrated. • Drink green tea in the morning. It has antioxidants that help the body to burn fat and detoxify. Eliminate all juice (except natural pomegranate juice) and soft drinks from your diet. Drink only 1 cup of coffee a day. • Avoid junk food at all cost. • Start exercising. Do ½ hour to 45 minutes of cardio, preferably walking on an incline every day. Do light weight training for upper body three times a week. • Snack on a small amount of almonds (5 at a time) throughout the day (4 times a day maximum).

Hello. Make sure your intestines are clear and well detoxified because they might be the root cause of your thin body condition. For the detoxification of your stomach and intestines drink lukewarm water right after you wake up in the morning sitting in sukhasaan (chaukdi) and rinse your mouth with luke warm water and then gulp it in (sip the water instead of drinking it in speed). Eat a heavy breakfast everyday and consume at least 5 spoons of cow ghee along with your food, milk etc (each day and not just one time) The best remedy is sitting in" Prithivi Mudra" for about 20 minutes every day doing this method for 6 months regularly will provide you with natural weight increase (touching the upper part of the ring finger and the thumb, while keeping rest of the three fingers straight) Another tip is that the best time for breakfast is after the sunrise till 2 and half hrs of sunrise (for example if the sunrises at 6: 00AM in your city then the best time is 6: 00AM till 8: 30AM). Consume a heavy breakfast everyday and take very light food after the sunset. It is even advisable that you don’t drink water after your meals for at least 90 minutes. Thanks.

Hi omkar to gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

To increase weight change food habites. Add in your food carbohydrates, proteins, vitamines, minirales, green vegitabales, salad, milk end milk products, do arobic excersices, yoga, will helps.
