Let thirst be your guide for water intake. Drink as and when thirsty and do not ignore your thirst. Too much n too little water both r not good.

My son is 16 years old with 5.9 feet height and 54 kg weight do not have good stamina and at times feel little shivering of hands. How to improve his stamina and solve the above mentioned problem?

To increase stamina, you must exercise daily for at least 30 minutes, maintain your ideal body weight, follow a good diet, sleep properly, drink water throughout the day to keep your body hydrated, avoid alcohol and stop smoking.

Hello sir My father is suffering from neuro problem. MRI report of my father - Lumber spondylosis with degenerative poster central and right lateral disc protrusion at L5/S1 level causing indentation over the thecal sac and narrowing of the bilateral recesses and lower segment of bilateral neural foramina resulting entrapment of the corresponding exiting nerve roots more on right side. Our doctor said that my father needs surgery. Isn't there some other option except going for surgery. What should we do.

Yes there is a solution and no need to surgery. Various medications and treatment is useful for this prob and surgery isn't necessary after all of that. This all provide relief and better ADL. For that physiotherapy and medicine give you better result. If any query then consult.

This is only symptoms reliever not the treatment. I would suggest pitta rechan and paachan powders such as avipattikar and other things to balance the acid productiin by adding corals, pearls, madhuyashti etc.

Do high protein diet like paneer, chicken, dal, rajama, sprouts, eggs in daily diets fallow this diets for one months properly morning take milk cornflakes n banana in midmorning take banana shake 1glass, in lunch take proper meal in evening take coconut water in night take proper meal add in daily diets dates 6pics daily 8pics badam, n chuaraha 5pics daily.

Food is best medicine instead of taking medicine which are not safe and may have side effects you should consult dietitian. Weight gain is a slow process it take time. And it need well planned balanced diet along with physical activity and proper rest. You need well plan diet suited to your needs. Mean while here are few tips for you- Start eating small frequent energy dense meals instead of 3 large meal. Small meals are easy to digest and keep digestive system running. You can eat small portion of healthy food in difference of 2-3 hours have shakes of fruits with added nuts drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water. Eat all seasonal fruits and vegetables. Manage stress Quit smoking or drinking if any do some moderate intensity exercises for 30 minutes daily. Avoid tea. Coffee. Junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Walk for atleast 30 minutes a day. Avoid alcohol consumption. Smoking and non vegetarian. Drink lots of juices and plenty of water. Eat green vegetables and salads. Do pranayama early in the morning. Sleep for atleast 7 hours. Drop 1-1 drop of cow ghee in your nostrils at night time before sleep. Take chandra prabha vati with milk.
