If you want to gain weight, then I would recommend you a easy diet plan, Do some exercise also, it will help you to gain weight. No needs to take any supplement. Diet Plan: 1. MORNING: banana shake (2 bananas and 1 glass of milk) sprouts Brown Bread with 2 eggs Or paneer stuffed paratha 2. LUNCH: 1 soup bowl of dal 1 small size bowl of green veg 1 small plate of rice 3 to 4 phulka paneer 100 to 150 gm in day time 3. LATE AFTERNOON: 1 fruit and coffee with 4 cookies 4. DINNER: 1 soup bowl of dal 1 small size of bowl green veg 3 to 4 phulka paneer 100 to 150 gm 5. LATE NIGHT: 1 glass of milk improves your water intake. I am 32 years old unmarried, my weight never goes above 56kg, my body is so thin that I looks like a 20 year old and my legs particularly lower part back side has continously some sort of pain and laziness. What should I do to increase weight and body structure and to reduce pain.

Dear lybrate user the tiredness after your meals could be due to irregular or untimely eating habits, also it could be due to oily or food high in carbs. Would advice you to: * eat something at regular intervals * consume less of carbohydrate rich food * include more fibre in your diet * consume atleast 2-3 litres of water per day to keep hydrated * exercise daily

It could be but not necessary. To confirm do blood sugar test [bsl-fasting -post prandial ] first of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Avoid to eat spicy food, besan, bekary food, overeating, junk food. 6. Every 3 day in month eat mung dal and rice for whole day.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your daily food intake should ideally consist of nuts, dry fruits, seeds, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. 5. Supplementation. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. 6. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

1. For increasing weight ...First we have to work on ur digestive system..It will do Aam pachan and will increase ur digestive power and appetite.... 2. Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.. 3. Take small meals 4-5 times a day.. 4. Eat healthy n light food .. 5. Drink plenty of fluids.. 6. Avoid constipation... 7. Walk 1km daily in evening... 8 .Follow up after a week. Almond milk is also a great way to put on some pounds. Boil milk with almonds, dried figs and dates. Strain the milk and consume it warm every single day for about a month. Do not throw away the boiled almonds, figs and dates. Munch on them to get all the nutrition.

Hello doctor, I am going to gym for around 2 months, but not growing any muscle mass. I take protenicious foods like milk, curd, meet, eggs etc. Can you please tell whether it is because of testosterone level. I got my testosterone level checked in the month of May which is 5.60 ng/ml in the range of 2.49-8.36 in 20 to 49 years males. Muscle mass grows slowly, but not at the speed we imagine. All the famous bodies/builders that you see have built their bodies over years of hard work. You have just started two months back, have patience. Next issue is that merely having more proteins will not add muscle. Unused proteins will be stored as fat if you consume excess proteins. The way to increase muscles is by gradually increasing number of repetitions, number of sets and by increasing the weights. Take guidance of an instructor and you will see things happening after 6 months at least and more after an year. Focus on strength building, muscles will happen automatically.

Ringworm is an fungal infection .you can try ointment miconazole on it twice a day for approx 2 weeks. Home remedies involve tea tree oil, Soak a cotton ball in tea tree oil, squeeze the excess oil. Now apply this tea tree oil with the help of this cotton ball. Repeat it three times every day. You can also apply coconut oil on the affected area overnight.

Eat fresh vegetables, greens and fruits like apple, papaya, banana. Also dates and badami in the night. Do this small exercise daily for the height. Stand close to the wall and lift one arm and touch the wall with your fingers. Then slowly stretch your fingers upwards as for as possible and hold on for a minute, without raising your feet. Do this with the other arm also. Report to me your progress after 20 days.
