Botha are ok. Some might have dairy allergy - those should avoid dairy. Natural food source is always superior. After a workout ,have a good meal which helps with muscle building.

I am suffering from weakness feeling weak every time but my working hours/ shift changes every week like working in night shift and next week working in morning shift is this reason behind my weakness aur weight loss?

To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy and natural food + daily exercise. 1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc. 3. If your are Non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. 4. For Veg - have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 5. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 6. No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. 7. Go for 30 mins walks / exercise / yoga daily. 8. Feel confident about yourself. 9. For a customised plan, you can consult me privately.

Hello I go to gym and don't eat any outer supplement. My trainer telling me to eat L Arginine and fish oil capsules daily. Pls let me know if I can take it without side effects. I am vegetarian and can't afford whey protein.

Hello, you can take sprouts, sattu, milk,paneer, curd, buttermilk. Soya milk, soya chunks, chana. You can include idli, dosa, dal paratha to enhance protein value, a combination of dal n cereals. For healthy fats you can include- walnuts, almonds, groundnuts, chia seeds, flax seeds, soy.

Drink plenty of water and keep your body clean with dust and allergens. Avoid spicy and oily foods, cheese and unctuous foods. Take bath twice with eladi soap. Manjistadi kashaya 15 ml with equal water twice. Apply panchavalkala lepa ointment.
