Prefer keeping yourself is a dangerous thing. Last year this incident happened. But up to that you think about that it is not good thing as per my advise. What is happend that is over. Why we think. If we think he will come back then we think. Nothing come back. Everybody must respect the natural law. Nobody should not excepted from the natural law. So respect the gods order. And follow our regular work schedule. Develop busy schedule. Be friendly with others. Be happy all the time. Best of luck. Best wishes.

Dear , at your age, memory problems like amnesia are not common. Many young people are having problems with memory. These problems are either they are too busy or due to anxiety and stress. Busy people use organizers or employ a personal assistant because they can't remember every task. You need to understand this. If you still say, you are having memory problems, we need to check your memory using memory test. If you want more of my help in this regard, please contact me. Take care.

I am suffering from hesitation from childhood. Now i'm 25 year old. Any solution then please give me suggestion.?

C.S.C, D.C.H, M.B.B.S
General Physician,
I am suffering from hesitation from childhood. Now i'm 25 year old. Any solution then please give me suggestion.?
Understand why you are hesitant. Hesitance stems from uncertainty. Uncertainty is. Well, it's almost guaranteed, for every situation you will ever face. If you're always certain, you're probably wrong, because none of us knows everything. So hesitance is actually a sort of safety or defense mechanism - in the face of uncertainty, almost everyone hesitates a little. 2 Address your fears. A huge factor in hesitation is fear of doing the wrong thing, or making a mistake. There are two main ways to deal with this. One is to imagine that worst case scenario that's really holding you back (like embarrassing one's self--that's a big one for most of us) and saying to yourself" so what" people embarrass themselves all the time; in fact, if you watch popular and charming people, you'll see that they mess up too, but more importantly, they respond gracefully to their own mistakes. They joke around about it (watch - they will say things like" no" as they make an exaggerated attempt to stop the catastrophe), they even make fun of themselves (d'oh! i'm pathetic"), and they immediately accept that they're human, and mistakes happen (" man - I hate when that happens"). They make some silly remark, give a big cheesy smile - and they move on. You can, too. If you make a mistake, it's not the end of the world. Secondly, think of the consequences of inaction. Remember that hesitating means not acting, and not acting has its own consequences. Don't want to talk to that guy because you're worried you'll put your foot in your mouth and ruin your chances with him well, you might, and that's okay - life will go on. Or, you might win him over; you never know! but, if you don't act, you guarantee that nothing will ever happen. How can sparks fly when you won't even come face-to-face with him do you really want to just wait for him to do everything what if he's more paranoid about action than you are? when it's over, would you be happy with how you handled the situation, in retrospect? stop hesitating train yourself to think, then act. Overcoming hesitance does not mean you should just start jumping blindly into situations - that could get you into trouble, or worse, be dangerous. But taking a moment to mentally consider the ramifications of decision a or decision b - and in rare cases, decision c - could spare you problems later. Train yourself to think through first one possibility and then one other - and stop there unless a third possibility is glaringly obvious. Don't allow yourself to go off on tangent after tangent, chasing down every possible eventuality. Give yourself a choice between two actions (or that rare third one), and then decide. Give yourself a time limit. To help you avoid" analysis paralysis" you should give yourself a defined time limit when considering serious actions such as purchasing a home, accepting a job, or quitting one. Instead of grinding over endless possibilities, and then discovering you've now been chewing this over for a week and it's too late to care any more, give yourself a couple of hours to consider accepting a job. Sleep on it before you act on a decision to quit or make an offer on a house. But once you have reached your time limit, take action. Make the decision. If you find that you are hesitant over simple, every day decisions, like asking that pretty girl out, or whether to go to a company party, or even what to have for lunch, try giving yourself just 30 seconds to decide. In this exercise, you must say" yes" at least 50% of the time (in other words, no fair retreating to the safe" non-action" all the time). This will help you to save your" no" for events or decisions where it matters a lot more - or a lot less - what your answer would be. Next time you're deciding what to do and find yourself cursing your hesitance, look at a clock or watch, and start counting down from 30. By the time you reach 1, you must make a positive decision. Example: co-worker" we're having drinks at jojo's tonight - want to join us" you" uhm. I'm not sure. Ummm who all is going" co-worker" everyone from accounting and that pretty new girl. I know you want to meet her" you: (really nervous and hesitant now" wow. I'm not sure" co-worker: (resigned to you just not showing up, as usual" well, okay. Let us know. You're more than welcome to come, though" (starts moving away) the new you" you know what - yes, i'd love to come. I was just thinking about whether I already had something, but it's not important. Thank you for asking me - i'll see you tonight" co-worker: (pleasantly surprised" great! we'll see you then. Uh - her name is emily, just so you know" the new you" ok. See you then. Mmm. Emily" (smiling quietly to yourself) force yourself to do new things. Having new, different experiences helps you learn to cope with new situations, and it builds your self-confidence, which helps you become a more decisive person. Often, hesitance and indecisive behaviours are caused by having lived a sheltered existence, or not having much experience to draw on. Allowing yourself to go to parties or gatherings, or even just going to meetings, conventions, or the movies with different people, broadens your horizons a little bit every time you do it. You hear the stories others tell, and you soon have some stories of your own to tell. As you become more experienced, you will be more certain of what will happen in different circumstances. Being more certain = being less hesitant. Have confidence and faith in yourself. You have some special talent and you need to show it to the world.

No. Any problem if it goes without treatment will never go off on own. E. G. If you have high fever and keep hoping it will go on its own. It will not. Any illness should not be ignored but treated. You are very young and deep depression you talk of - is curable fast - at your age with right diagnosis and treatment. First get psychological testing from a qualified and trained psychologist- a specialist for diagnosis of mental illness and providing counselling and psychotherapy- treatment without medicines. Based on report get recommended treatment from psychologist - if your depression like symptoms have psychological basis or take medicines from psychiatrist if it is an illness to be treated.

I am 65, male suffering from too much of anxiety. The other day when I went to board a train to go to Guruvayur, someone stopped me and started enquiring about my journey, claiming to be policemen. They let me off, when my wife, who was coming far back, came and questioned as to what is going on. The duo said that there were bad elements, out to deceive passengers of their belongings and so they called me to warn me to be careful. After this I am afraid to going to the station to board any train. This kind of fear occurs often and I keep imagining about some bad situation, blow it out of proportion and make not only myself miserable but others around me. Several times I have been confronted by people in railway station, bus stand, etc. Like this and duped of money and valuable and this has left a deep impression leading to awful anxiety. How to overcome this?

Dear, these type of problem and negative thoughts are due to obsessive thoughts. Obsessive thoughts are common for everyone. But for everyone, these thoughts happen for a certain amount of time, say 24 hours. Then, they recover mainly because they get themselves busy in some other areas of their life. That is what you have to do. Get yourself engaged in some other areas of life. Take care.

Yes it is sign of depression. But you have chance to overcome yourself. Sad thoughts comes means you are thinking internally so many problems. May be family problems or work problems. Whatever it may be but you are thinking too much about it. Because of your internal thinking process. Externally mood swings time to time and sad thoughts also. That means you are not share your internal thoughts to any other person or friends or family members. Always thinking yourself. But it is not good to your health. Because of secrecy nature. You are suffering with psychological problems. If you want you should overcome it. So better to share your internal feelings with your close friends and family members. Do not be alone. Do not think alone. Talk with friends in a pleasing manner, express your doubts and problems. Take the help of friends. It is always good to you. Feel always comfortable. Eat good food. Walk more time. Sleep right time. Create your own entertainment channels. Think always in a positive manner. All the best. My best wishes.

Dear Lybrate user. I understand. Some physical diseases are thought to be prone to be made worse by mental factors such as stress and anxiety. At any given time, a person's mental state can affect the degree of severity of a physical disease. Physical symptoms that are caused by mental factors are also called somatization or somatoform disorders. I think your problem is PSYCHOSOMATIC PROBLEM. I suggest online counseling and psychotherapy. Take care.

Humans are not born with perfect bodies. Most gain or lose more weight than they intended. Some people feel full even after only eating half of the food on their plates. You can't gain weight if you don't have more healthy food inside of you. Eating more healthy food is essential to gaining weight. You cannot achieve your ideal weight by eating little. Here are some tips on how you can eat more food without feeling full: eat slowly some people chew and swallow their way into their plate in just minutes. You need to take it slow since eating faster will only make you feel fuller right away. Eating fast also causes you to overeat. Eat gluten-free food for weight watchers gluten is a kind of protein usually found in some grains, cereals and wheat. In food production, gluten is added to keep the elasticity of food, making bread more chewable. The presence of gluten also keeps other types of food from having a doughy texture. If you choose to be on a gluten-free diet, you will be actually keeping unhealthy food away from your body. Being on a gluten-free diet means steering clear of sugary sweet desserts and fried food. Processed food also contains gluten including artificial flavoring. Eliminating processed food from your diet will let you focus more on protein-rich food to help you gain weight. A gluten-free diet means eating more fruits and vegetables. These are non-starchy foods so eating them will take you a longer time to get full. Gluten-free grains are usually low in fiber. You can also eat more without feeling so full afterwards. Eating eating frequent small meals a day keeps you from overeating. Photo credit: venus buzz have frequent meals eating small meals a day instead of the regular 3 meals can help you eat more to gain weight. In order to put more meat into a skinny frame, you need to eat as much food as you can the healthy way. You can't do this if you feel full right away. To help you eat more without getting full, start eating small meals in a day. If you spread out your calorie-intake in certain times of a day, you can get more inside your stomach without feeling sick. Eat calorie-rich foods in your small meals. Don't eat junk food in between these meals since you increase your chances of being full without getting any calories. Learn the right serving size if there are 3 or more kinds of food on your table, you can eat all of them without feeling full. The secret is to portion each of the food so you can eat more. A serving of meat doesn't mean a whole slab of steak. You can cut and slice the meat into smaller portions. If there are vegetables, do not go overboard by getting a large bowl. You can enjoy eating more food if you take them in small portions throughout the day rather than in one sitting. Do cardio exercises working out before a meal will always make you hungry for food after. You can build a light sweat before a planned meal by doing cardio exercises. Not only is this good for keeping your heart healthy, exercising also lets you enjoy more food during a meal. An intense workout will stimulate your appetite for food since the body loses energy during exercise. If you are trying to gain weight, this is the time to eat calorie-dense foods. You'll be packing away the calories in no time. Avoid eating mashed potatoes mashed potatoes are fatty foods. The more fat is in the food, the longer time it will take to break it down and prepare it for digestion. If the breakdown of food inside your stomach is slow, the faster you will run out of space for more food. If you still want to eat more servings of food, it's better to avoid the fattiest food on your plate. Save drinks for last some people believe in drinking a glass of water in between courses to clamp down on food in your stomach. You should know this is only a myth. Drinking water or any kind of beverage during a meal will only make you feel fuller. You can actually feel full just by drinking liquids and eating a little amount of food. If you want to eat and enjoy more of your food, you can save the drinks until you have eaten your last bite. I hope this helps.

Hi! My name is Vishal and I am addicted of smoking, It is necessary to stop this for good health in future.

Reparenting Technique, BA, BEd
Psychologist, Bangalore
The urge to discontinue is hampered by many factors but the worst of them is the conditioning. In fact these conditions can exist all through the day unlike other addictions. But your desire to want to stop is the most important factor. But try and try again until you succeed. It is important to find out about the ill-effects of smoking to have a reason that alarms you about continuing in the habit. The information is really scary but true. The nicotine in tobacco smoke stimulates the heart beat to raise the blood pressure in no time at all. So you must avoid it like the plague: it is just very bad medicine for you. In fact it is highly toxic too. You will need to stop smoking or consuming any tobacco related items with immediate effect. You should start vigorous exercises, gradually increasing it over a period of time. Do deep breathing exercises every time you feel like smoking (try Yoga), and replace the oral urge with some healthy food substitute to satiate the need. You may also take hard candy or chewing gum. If the urge is too strong, then use nicotine chewing gum or nicotine patches, for a little while until the smoking drive reduces, substantially. You may also join Smokers Anonymous in your city where the support is really extraordinary for like-minded people who are also in the same situation. Keep yourself occupied or engaged with interesting activities during the times when it is most tempting. Keep the company of non-smokers for some time i. E. At least for the first 21 days. Above all announce it to everyone that you have quit smoking. Here’s a piece of very good advice: even if you accidentally/willfully take a cigarette, it is not the end of the world – you can start the cessation all over again. You must persevere with the best support until you defeat this addiction. Counseling is very useful in the initial stages and when temptations are at their highest.

I am 22 years old female. I am having OCD since two years. I am having Fluxoin, Lonzep, ModAlert tablets. Yet I am not able to completely overcome my OCD. I have OCD while studying. I repeat lines and sentences when I study. I have a very anxious nature. When I am tensed, I do the repetitive actions more. I am not finding any relief from medicines I am taking and counselling I am going through, I still have OCD. I want to know some tips and suggestions so as to deal with OCD and also reduce my anxiety and lead a happy life.

Hello , ocd is a difficult disorder to treat, but with proper treatment and behaviour therapy, you can experience significant relief, such that it will no longer affect your studying or day to day activities. Drugs like fluvoxamine need to be taken at an adequate dose for 6-12 weeks to see measurable results. You haven't mentioned the dose and duration of the drugs mentioned. Besides, if still there is inadequate relief, there are numerous augmentation medicines which can be given along with fluvoxamine. Take care. Consult privately for more help" stop obsessing" is a book that I would recommend to help you overcome ocd.
