Im 28 years and im having back problem after having my job at a call center. I have to work regularly from 9 am to 5 pm. Is it due to the sitting arrangement in call center or do I have any other problems. Any help would be appreciable.

Do take ift and laser therapy for pain relief for 7 days followed by strengthening exercise from neuro physiotherapist apply hot and cold water fomentation for thrice a day for 7 days regularly use firm hard and even mattress for sleep do revert to me for further assistance best wishes.

1.take a long hot bath in water in which a few cups of Epsom salts have been added. 2.If you suspect your body and pains are due to stress-get plenty of sleep and try to reduce or eliminate the cause of your stress. 3.Meditation, deep breathing and yoga.

Strength Extension Exercise for Back

Many back exercises can help strength the spinal column and the supporting muscle ligament's and tendons. Most of these back exercise focus not only on the back but also the abdominal muscle and gluteus hip muscles.they provided strong support for the spine, keeping it in alignment and facilitating movement.

strengthening exercise is important to rehabilitation success The most successful rehabilitation programs understand movement and function require strength.Strength exercise using resistance machine during rehabilitation is helpful because activity level can be accurate measured.

Spine extension exercise are back strength exercise that are very important in counter balancing the many forward bending exercise it can use to strengthen for back muscle, prevent back pain, and promote muscular development front to back .

1-Lie on your stomach with your legs together. Arms along your sides.
2-Lift your abdominal muscle away from the mat.
3-Exhale: Keep your abdominal muscles pulled in extend energy through your spine and out the top of your head to lift your upper body slightly off the mat.
4-Your shoulder blade will slide down your back as your arms reach behind you like they are being blown back. Your head is an extension of your spine. Your gaze will be down .
5- Inhale:Pause Exhale : lengthen and lower Your body to the floor.

I am 20 year old female and since 2 years I experience pain in my left knee and left feet after I walk or stand for a very long period of time.(I wear 1-2" heels since 2 years) Also, I sometimes experience pain in left ear after a shower, cold weather or exposure to sun. Hi lybrate-user, Pain in your left knee and left foot, at your age of 20 is can be due to so many reasons for knee and foot pain in your age. Knee and foot pain has lot to do with age, lifestyle and physical activity level. You wear high heels on both the sides but why it hurts on the left side only. Many people wear high sandals but they don't have knee pain, especially knee pain. In your case reasons can be many, like lower limb alignment, flatfeet, so many other unilateral structural and pathological joint conditions for knee and feet. Which needs proper workup with detailed history, skilled and professional clinical examination like exact location of pain and nature of pain, basic Xrays to conclude the exact diagnosis to treat the condition. And you ear pain may (all left) or may not be be related need thorough workup. Yes you should visit an orthopedist.

Kindly show me a photograph & digital X RAYS of affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit.D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Do contrast bath therapy. Take hot water in one bucket & cold water in another bucket. Immerse your foot in hot water 1st for 3 min then immediately dip foot in cold water for 1 min, keep repeating the cycle for 20 min. The process should end on cold water.

Hello, once there is loss of shape of the head with avn, nothing helps except thr. Seeing your age. The treating Dr. May try a bipolar prosthetic replacement of the head only, which will work for few yrs. Followed by a total replacement in future. Take care.

I am Santosh sharma. My age is 35. I am suffering from shoulder dislocation since 2 months nearly. At first I couldn't understand that it was shoulder dislocation, so I went through wrong treatment. I think it was just a pain so I went through 10 physiotherapy. Bt some time later other doctor said that it is shoulder dislocation. From 2 months I suffering from huge pain. What should I do now? To avoid sudden movement to the shoulder joint and also avoid jerky movement to the shoulder joint and do some shoulder strenthening exercise it reduce the risk of shoulder dislocation.
