Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem kindly follow advises given below: you can take: 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management.

I am getting frequent head ache while working on system. May I know the reason as it will become normal after some time.

I am getting frequent head ache while working on system. May I know the reason as it will become normal after some time.
This is because of excessive strain. Please follow the tips below to feel better: Wear anti-glare spectacles while using a computer. Practice the 20/20/20 exercise. Every 20 minutes, focus/look at an object that's at least 20 feet away, for 20 seconds. Blink often when you are watching TV or working on your computer. Decrease the brightness level of your computer’s/mobile phone’s screen. Don't decrease it so much that you have trouble seeing. Minimize watching television. Use UV protection sun glasses when out in the sun. You can also use artificial tear eye drops (E. G. Refresh) every 2- 3 hours to keep the eyes moist. Make sure you get at least 7 hours of sleep every night.

U need to take a balanced diet drink plenty of water eat more vegetables and fruits eat good fats drink coconut water and fruit juice eat light foods do exercise.

Apply hing on naval area to release gases. U may have hing and warm water together. Try to drink warm water the whole day. Dont have sprouted beans and avoid fizz drinks also. U may chew leaves of fresh pudina also.

Dear lybrate user... Depression is a term now a days so liberally used by everyone around that everything causing distress to our body is called Depression. But in reality it is the condition with persistent and pervasive low mood that is low mood for almost throughout the day. Also has time criteria of at least 2 weeks and others. But from the symptoms you have explained it is clear that you have the feeling of being at the edge for most of the things throughout the day and have the physiological arousal symptoms. These are the symptoms suggestive of anxiety and if these are causing significant functional and social impairment for a long time to you, it may be called anxiety disorder. Depending upon the degree of impairment you may be benefited by bringing lifestyle changes with adequate stress management in life. Prescription- x-ray both knee joints. Take hot therapy by water and ice pack apply over varicose vein area. Do some exercises like- take towel and roll it. Then put the towel roll under the knee joint area and press the roll and hold for 10 seconds. This cycle repeate 15-15 times both legs. Avoid long sitting long standing. Walk for 15 minutes per twice a day and exercises also do twice.

Hi Sandy U avoid high carbohydrate exm. chapati, rice, bread, potato. U can use high protein diet exm. pannier, egg, chicken. U take 1 microfruit and 1 cytofresh tablet after breakfast.

Dear lybrateuser, - Your problem could be due to muscular or other soft tissue disorder - do hot fomentation of the affected area - apply pain relief gel three times a day lightly on the area - if not much relief then consult a physical therapist for exercise therapy.

avoid day time sleep. avoid tea , coffee in late evening and after, take rest and balanced diet. 8 hours sleep is ok. 10 pm to 6 am is perfect timing.inform if not ok.
