Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Burning pain in legs starting from fingers and upto below knee. Please give advice.

Get your vital parameters of the body checked from a nearby doctor and follow up with findings and Get your blood checked for CBC and follow up with reports and if necessary we should get an MRI cervical vertebrae done and follow up with reports.

I am 26 years old having low back pain mostly at night time. I regularly take pain killer and tonic also but problem is remain same. Whenever I drink hot tea or green tea during severe pain it gives me some relief for a time being not permanently. So please give me any suggestion.

I am suffering from back disk from last 1 year initially I take nac 50 tab and nortrip 10 and Dr. advised me fr rest but unfortunately my work is with computer so now my pain in back occurs again and now I am taking paminor Pgm BT od for last 1 month and now I am better but not enough and I am sure it happen becoz of night fall and am very week and please suggest me some supplement fr nerves.

Ur discomfort and fatigue is because of low vitamin d and b12, get that corrected and fatigue, tiredness and muscle aches will go. Take calcium supplements and vitamin e supplements as well.

Work out is must to reduce your calorie at the same time food habit also has to change. Drink maximum water on regular basis upto 5 lit a day.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana? lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
