Hi I have one small lymph node in neck below right ear inside skin. If we touch deeply only we can detect that. Its paining sometimes. Its there from last one year. I have consulted one ENT Doctor. But he told no need to worry leave that simply. But its paining sometimes. I am getting ear pain also sometimes. Please suggest me what I have to do?

If there is pain in the lymph node you may take a course of antibiotic after consulting your attending doctor. If there is no further infection the enlarged lymph node will subside within a few months. If it still persists and if you wish, you may get a FNAC examination done from the affected node.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal....

Dear, follow these important tips to get fair colour of skin * avoid to go in strong sunlight and if you have to go in sunlight then cover your face & exposed parts of body before going in sunlight. * Use sunscreen having SPF 15 on face especially in summer and spring season. * Take vitamin -E rich foods like dry fruits, egg and fish as you like. You can take cord liver oil capsule daily. * Take more anti oxidant foods like fruits (Apple, grapes, melon) and citrus fruits. * Make paste of Papaya and apply this paste on face & exposed body parts and leave it for 15 minutes. It brightens the skin and lower melanin content. For fair skin: • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water Once a week. • Drink 2-3 liters of water everyday to get hydrated & glowing skin. • Mash half banana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water.

bleeding gums are sign of gum infection due to accumulation of plaque on teeth. go for scaling and polishing of teeth. use mouthwash twice daily after brushing. maintain proper oral hygiene.

Dark circles are because of lack of nutrients. Sleep and weakness. Also take proper nutrients and drink plenty of juices and sleep for atleast 7 hours a day. Drink 7-8 glasses of water every day.

Your diet should be rich in proteins and carbohydrates i. E dairy products, non-veg, fruits (banana, dates, mango, anzeer) go for gym for 1 hour everyday.

1.Do Warm saline gurgling and steam inhalation with karvol plus inhalant capsule 2-3 times daily. 2.put otrivin nasal drop one drop thrice daily. 3.Take Honitus syrup 2 tsf 2-3 times daily. 4.If no relief, you have to take antibiotic. 5.Consult for advice .

It is natural to feel low and miss the person you have lost. However if it is interfering with your sleep, studies or general well being, or if you feel suicidal, you need to consult a psychiatrist. It is common to feel low, cry, feel like you are alone, or lose your self confidence. Usually time is the best healer. However if things are too difficult to handle you should talk to a psychiatrist or counselor. Confide in someone close to you, who will support you in this difficult time. For prevention from white hairs follow these instructions: • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. You can eat cheese or soya protein. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and prevent white hairs. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself.

Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

Mr. Lybrate user, yes, that advise is good to fllow, you need to practce pranayama daily twice[morning night]. There are types of pranayamas, like anuloma, & viloma. Its better to take any yoga therapist/instructor/s help,& also, you better to do few asanas, atleast practicing suryanamaskaras daily minimum 4-5 times also will give good results. Take care. Try to take water atleast 3-4 litres. Irrespective of thirst, daily. Taking 1/2litres [or 1 litre}in morning itself is good cleanser for body.
