I live in a hostel. I am doing coaching classes. I am a lean and thin boy. So everyone in our hostel make fun of me. They worry me a lot. Today one of them slapped me very hard on my head. He is strong, so I didn't fight back. I got hurt in my head because of the strong slap in my head. Will anything happen to my brain? Will it damage my brain?

I am taking levipil 500 mg for seizure I got last week. I have been suffering from sinusitis for the past 3 months. Can I take homeopathy medication for my sinusitis while I undergo medication for the seizure?

My hand and leg shakes while doing a few things occasionally. It wasn't much of a problem until 2 days now, as the frequency of the shake has increased. I even feel weak and stressed out. P. S. I'm having an exam tomorrow and hence a bit tensed.

I am 62 year, male, 5' 8'ht, 75 kg wt, had a brain tumour (parasagital meningioma) operated in 2004. I am leading perfectly healthy life with daily exercise, yoga n pranayam for 30-40 mnts. But my hands, fingers have started shivering. Kindly advise.

. 1. It could be due to essential tremor. The cause of the tremor is unknown. In some cases it is hereditary and runs in families. There is no definite treatment unless it is severe 2 other causes of tremor could be stress, anxiety, panic, nervousness, inadequate sleep, physical exhaustion, strong emotion, hyperthyroidism, hypoglycemia, smoking/tobacco/alcohol abuse/withdrawl, excess tea/coffee, drugs like steroid/amphetamine, neurological disorder, cerebellar dis order, brainstem disorde, r multiple sclerosis, stroke, head injury, mercury poisoning, liver failure, parkinsonism etc 3. Investigate yourself to exclude the above causes of tremor after consulting neurologist 4. Avoid stress/anxiety/nervousness/ panic etc 5. Avoid excess tea/coffee/ smoking/alcohol if you have 6. Take good nourishing diet 7. Have adequate sleep. 8. Do a thyroid function test to exclude thyroid problem 9. Consult neurologist for further advice.

Get BP and eye sight checked, x ray PNS, thyroid hormones T3 T4 Tsh 1.Sleep.Go to bed and get up about the same times every day, 3. Eat regular meals. 4. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration 5. Relax – listen soothing music. Walk for 5 mts 6.avoid .stress, 7. .avoid strong stimuli like loud noises, and smell of food 8. Migrane- It is characterised by one sided headache which is pulsatile in nature and with a throbbing pain usually with an aura and we have to rule out sinusitis or refractive error problem

My kids have a autism problem. He can talk but when I talk then he talk. He can' t talk with understand? when he recoverd from this problem?

Autism is a neuro developmental problem. There is no permanant cure for it, it can be made better with behaviour therepy. Kindly consult professional working with autistic children for help.

I had affected by migraine headache for the past 20 years. Any permanent remedy for this?

1.Take Paracetamol 500mg one Tablet sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily at the time of attack 2.Drink plenty of water and take rest. 3.Check your BP 4. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression, agitation,exposure to loud noise, bright light since it precipitates migraine attack 5. Go for regular exercise 6. practice yoga, meditation, deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve you from stress 7. If You have chronic migraine, you have to take migraine prophylaxis after consulting neurologist
