Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem kindly follow advises given below you can take: 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management.

Hello Kalpana, Your BMI is normal. You need not lose weight. But trying to eat healthy is not a bad idea. Have millet based breakfast like raagi dosa, jowar idli, quinoa upma. Have brown rice in lunch with a salad, dhal and curry, snack on whole fruits and nuts. You can have roti and salad for dinner. Hope this helps you stay healthy stay fit☺

You need to learn the" relaxation response" in times of stress and anxiety. This can be learnt in a step wise process only and with practice you can excel. Start with doing relaxation exercises like yoga and meditation. Also try breathing exercises for 15-20 minutes daily. Once you learn how to relax you will have to learn when to relax too. If you still find things difficult you might need help with some counselling and medications.

Hello, there are many causes of itchy scalp like dandruff, seborrheic dermatitis, psoriasis, an allergy, inflammatory condition, etc. Will have to rule out the problems. Dear lybrate-user, I can plan your daily diet according to your lifestyle and food habits. Below are few tips for weight loss: 1. Eat small and frequent 4 -5 meals in a day, instead of 3 heavy meals. 2. Include high-protein foods like milk and milk products, paneer, dals, soybeans, eggs, chicken/fish (if non-vegetarian). Reduce excess carbohydrate intake like rice, banana, chips, burgers, pizzas, etc 3. Minimize sugar intake in the form of sweets, cakes, pastries, chocolates, etc 4. Use less of oil to cook your food as well as stop eating fried stuff like puris, chips, samosas, etc. 5. Drink 3 -4 lts of water daily. 6. Include 30 minutes brisk walks 5-6 times a week.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. Hello, Take nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises, it will be automatically reflected on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face!! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role).
