Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.

I hv starts making homemade protein shake which includes a milk, spinach, mango slices, cucumber, banana (3 pieces). N I drink ths 2 times in a day. After workout n before workout So does it increase my weight and can it recover my body.

Hi, if your workout is good, then I don't think it will lead to weight gain. But you can make it more protein rich by adding powdered dried fruits especially almonds,and sattu 1 spoon. Instead of milk you can add curd which will make it lighter on your stomach

Kindly take shatavari powder, 1 tsf in a glass of warm milk, 1 hr after meals, twice a day. Take Kulathadi Kashayam, 3 tsf in half a glass of luke warm water, twice a day, before meals. continue the medication for 21 days, stop the medication once periods starts. Avoid cold water, cold eatables, curd, fried food in your diet. Take adequte rest and sound sleep for 7 to 8 hrs at night. Do pranayama for 10 to 15 mins and do go for a brisk walk for 15 to 20 mins daily. Stay in touch. good luck.

Dark discoloration of the skin under the eye is mainly referred to as dark circles. It is also known as dark rings or shadows. Some of the main causes behind the formation of dark circles are heredity, aging, dry skin, prolonged crying, working for long hours in front of a computer, mental or physical stress, lack of sleep and an unhealthy diet. Both men and women of different age groups can have dark circles rub your skin with citrus. Citrus fruits contain abundant amounts of vitamin c, also known as ascorbic acid. Vitamin c helps slough off the top layer of skin without causing damage. Here are some ways to use it. O squeeze some juice and dab it on your skin. Women have used straight lemon juice to lighten their skin for centuries, but you can use an orange, grapefruit or lime if you prefer. Slice the fruit in half and squeeze the juice into a cup or bowl. Using a cotton ball, dab it onto your dark spots. Leave it on for 20 minutes, then rinse off. Repeat once or twice a day. O make a lemon and honey face mask. Combine the juice of half a lemon with 2 teaspoons of honey. Mix well, and apply to your face. Leave it on for 30 minutes, then rinse well. O make a citrus and powdered milk scrub. Combine 1 teaspoon each of water, powdered milk and the juice of your favorite citrus fruit. Mix into a soft paste and massage into your skin. Rinse well. O for treatment ask privately.

1.Apply a fresh paste of cold cucumber juice with 2 tsf of lemon juice and wash off after 10 minutes 2. You can also combine 2 tsf of aloevera gel with few drops of rose water. Freeze it for 10 minutes and apply it on tanned skin 3. You can also apply fresh lemon juice in affected area and dry it before washing it with water 2-3 times a week 4.Avoid exposure to bright sun light 5.Apply sun screen with SPF more than 45 while going out door 6.Consult skin specialist for further advice.

Boil dried amla in coconut oil till the oil turns black in color. Massage your scalp with this oil. This is an effective and very easy home remedy to check hair loss. There are also other ways where we can include amla in our hair care routine. •Use amla and shikakai powder than you can buy in ayurvedic stores. Mix them both and make a paste. Apply this to your hair. Leave it on for a few minutes and wash off after a few minutes. Caution: If you have dry hair, skip the shikakai.

First of all you should take rest for 1-2 days so that your body can fight with underlying infection with its full immunity and start the below medication:- Take gelesemium 200, twice daily . Take Eupatrium perf 200, 5 drops thrice daily.Take Antifebrinum 3x, 2 tabs , thrice daily. Take Alfavena malt, 1 tsf, thrice daily. Drink lots of water and take light homemade food like dalia and khichdi, avoid oily, spicy, fried, junk and cold drinks. In case of high uncontrollable fever, don't panic you should do cold sponging to lower down the temperature.If fever does not goes then go for a set of blood tests. Revert me with feedback. Take care of your health.GOOD DAY.

Hello. Take homoeopathic medicine:- kali bromatum 30 (3 drops four times a day) berberis aquifolium q (10 drops three times a day in half cup water) make a gap of 15 mins between above medicines. Do not take any thing half an hr before and after the medicine. Take medicine for one month. With medicine eat healthy diet including salad twice a day with meal. Drink lots of water. Prefer skimmed milk and milk products. Avoid strong tea and coffee. Avoid too much of these also. Drink grern tea 3-4 cups daily. Use mild face wash. Wash face with plain water twice a day. It removes extra oil from face. Do not use any cream on face. Use mild moisturiser. When going out cover facd with cloth. It protect you from dust. Avoid junk food and fried things. Avoid cold drinks. Avoid sweets and all bakery products. Avoid too much non veg. Avoid touching face. Take 8 hrs good sleep. Do these. Consult after 15 days for follow up.

Natural wholesome food is the best supplement and is easily available ! Have plenty of fruits and nuts . Eat green salad and other vegetable more frequently ( daily if possible ). Do yoga daily which will make your skin glow .

I don't want to give you false hopes and at the same time discourage you. Changes do take place with proper exercise and diet. Your diet must include a glass of juice (any juice), fresh fruits and a full serving of salads at every meal: cucumber, tomato, carrot, beetroot, radish, onion slices or spring onion, raw cauliflower, cabbage leaf, sprouted seeds etc. All this is essential to give you a balanced nutrient boost. Cut out any junk food and aerated drinks totally. Generally foods that come out of a packet, or can, or bottle shud be avoided. Exercise to increase circulation:- 2 mins of hard exercise then 1 min rest - do this four times a day. You can either do it all in one go or split it into sessions through the day. In total it is only 12 mins a day so should not be a big issue. A very useful exercise is to jump in one place simulating skipping. Build up your time to 2 mins. Of jumping. The benefits of this is ungaugeable, and cannot be explained medically as yet, it effects the entire body. In conclusion, live and eat healthy and you will develop energy, a glowing skin and a healthy'go' in life -regardless of age.

Did you get checked for any hormonal imbalance, I would suggest you visit an endocrinologist to diagnose & treat any underlying cause as laser will reduce the thickness of the hair but if you have any imbalance, treatment should be taken to control further growth.

Home Remedy- Make a powdered preparation of dried ginger root, long pepper, black pepper, and black salt in equal quantities. Have 1 teaspoon of this mixture at bedtime with lukewarm water and 2 to 3 teaspoons of psyllium husk. Treatment- 1-Take pranacharya virechan churna or triphala churna 1 tsf in warm water before sleep at night. 2-take arogyavardhinii vati 1- tab after lunch and dinner. Diet-take 5-7 munakkas with milk. Eat papaya in fruits .avoid tea. Coffee.spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Avoid alcohol consumption.

Hye, thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

Dear , one of the reasons for too much sleep is low blood iron. Take green leafy vegetables, spinach, cabbage, lettuce, sesame seeds topped over vegetables and salads, iron containing corn flakes and energy bars (example granola energy bar, kellog's muesli flakes, and others). Dear, it is best not to depend on sleep medicines for sleep disturbance as in long run, they lead to dependency and increased disturbance. Never rely on alcohol for sleep. Some people use alcohol to help them sleep, but that's not a good idea. At first, drinking alcohol may make you sleepy and help you fall asleep. But when you drink alcohol, you are more likely to wake up later in the night and have a hard time falling back asleep. This can leave you feeling tired the next day. The following tips help one to easily get into sleep: a) have bath regularly in evening after coming from work or before going to bed. B) do not engage mind in active work or stressful talking at night before bed time. C) do not engage mind in too much of computer work in night before bed time (for example, do not do stock market work in night). D) do not read or view illicit or pornographic material at any time preferably. E) do not take heavy meals in night. Best is to have heavy breakfast, lighter lunch and lightest dinner to maintain stomach rhythm which affects sleep. Vegetarian diet is best for good sleep. F) do not over engage mind in television in night. G) do not smoke cigarette, chew tobacco, tobacco containing masala, or similar intoxicants which can disturb rhythm of mind and disturb sleep cycle. H) no tea or coffee in night (preferably cocoa and caffeine containing drinks should be totally avoided for best results). I) listen to relaxing music and even then if you do not get sleep, then hear soothing stories or nice talks from our rich vedic literature. You may stream audio music and talks. J) read books which not only calm the mind but also nourish the thinking process, such as from our rich oldest vedic literature.
