As per other orthopedic doc'duggested. Try to take more supplement of vit. D&calcium. If mild &gentle exercises. If still, pains persists r increasing or spreading, then you need to go for check ups&then you can opt for suitable t/t.

Depends if it is related to any anxiety issues or temporary stress. If there is some stress you can take anti stress medication along with healthy habits of sleeping at regular time, morning walk, pranayama etc.

PCOD cam be kept under control if you eat clean and exercise well. Joining the gym will help you to exercise better. Your body needs 3 days of weight training and 3 days of cardio. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Hi lybrate-user, from the information I have got from your question it's hard to guess what the real reason could be, the information regarding frequency of urination is right to an extent, however if you are urinating about 12 times/day and if you have associated fever too then it could mean you may be having a urinary tract infection. My advice to you is to investigate the problem. Step 1 - get a cue (complete urine exam) 2- get fbs, ppbs (blood sugars) bun, and sr. Creatinine (renal function tests) and consult a physician of your choice. I hope this helped. Thanks.

Hello,Medication will not help this much at this age, so you should try the below along with medicines. Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. I suggest you to follow these exercises on regular basis in order to get result.

2 weeks back my baby was doing watery stools 10 - 15 times. We have shown her to pediatrician She has given her walamycin, enterogermina, gastric, zinc drops but still she is doing 6 -7 soft stools not watery per day. Pediatrician recommended to stop breastfeeding completely because according to her baby has milk indigestion and she recommended lactose free milk isomil but baby is not taking formula milk accept mothers milk. So please suggest.

Do not stop breast feeding. Your child is absolutely normal and does not require any medication. This condition is called breast milk diarrhea. This is very normal that child who is on exclusive breast feeding may pass 10 times motion per day. You need to consult your pediatrician only when there is blood in stool. If your child is alert active playful accepting mothers milk and gaining weight 20 to 30 gms a day you need not worry about. Please continue exclusive mothers milk for first 6 months. No medical intervention is required. Best wishes.

Hi there, greetings! in order to control weight you need to eat healthy and switch to a healthier lifestyle. Eat small and frequent meals drink at least 12-15glasses of water per day have minimum of 2 fruits in a day have foods which are high in fiber such as oats, fruits and vegetables. Your diet needs to be rich in proteins and fiber you can obtain proteins from the simplest and easily available sources like milk, curd, buttermilk, egg whites, chicken, fleshy fish and low fat paneer lastly stay motivated and work towards your goal of controling weight in a healthy way.

Tips to keep your skin looking gorgeous in winter
Winter is here and along with the cool breeze, it also brings along a few skin problems. People experience irritation, hardness and roughness of skin. Incidents of itchy skin due to dryness and contact allergies due to detergents and chemicals also increase in this season. Cold temperatures result in poor blood circulation and widened capillaries

Drink lots of water: People tend to drink less water during winters but it is highly important to hydrate your skin from within. Carry a bottle of water with you whenever you step outside. Herbal tea is also a great remedy to moisturise your skin from within. Don’t leave your skin thirsty. Drink more water and help your skin retain its shine.

Bathe with lukewarm water: Winter is the time when your skin and hair need maximum attention. Though the idea of piping hot water is very tempting, stick to a lukewarm water bath every day. Make sure you use a mild non-drying soap or a moisturising soap to prevent your skin from getting dry and itchy.

Keep your skin moisturised: Choose a good, oil-based moisturiser to keep the skin moisturised and soft. Pay special attention to the exposed parts (and the most affected areas) like your hands, nails, feet and lips. Keep them well moisturised at all times. Use a lip balm to keep your lips soft and supple. Lip balm with SPF works better. Even those who have oily skin must use light moisturising lotions after cleansing to keep the skin soft.

Use a good sunscreen: People like to enjoy the sun during winters but little do they know that exposure to the sun can harm their skin in winter too. Use a sunscreen of SPF 15 or more when you step out in the open. In fact, it should be a part of your daily routine throughout the year. Don’t say goodbye to your sunscreen just because summer is over.

Do not lick your lips: Winter is the season of chapped lips and licking them will make them more chapped. Instead, use a good lip balm, preferably which contains tea tree oil as it helps heal painful cracks.

Internal wellness: This continues to be a requirement all through the year as a healthy skin is a reflection of good inner health. One should continue to eat healthy, drink plenty of water and exercise regularly.
