Hi the irregularity in your menstruation cycle is the result of hormonal changes that happen in our body. You should get hormonal assay done along with one ultrasound for lower abdomen.

I am 21 years old and my problem is I am suffering from under weight. My height is 5.9"but my weight is below 46 kg.
According to your height your weight should reach around 70-75 kg. If you are non-vegetarian then start eating 2-3eggs on daily basis and if vegetarian then pulses, dals and cheese cube. If Non-vegetarian eat chicken or motton 2-3 times a week. Consume roasted chana 1bowl daily. Atleast once in a day eat any dry fruit. Drink plenty of fluid almost 3.5 liters a day. Take banana shake twice a day.

Black patchs on face can b due to an infection or inflammation. They need treatment. Use melaglow rich over these dark patches twice daily for a month and follow up. Use a broad spectrum sunscreen both indoors as well as before going out. It shud b both uva and uvb protective. Protect your eyes with a sunshade. Avoid scrubbing your face. Do not steam or sauna. If you swim, use a sunscreen prior to it and after. Avoid face cosmetics for the time being. You can press powder onto your sunscreen if at all you want to use a cosmetic. Drink two litres of water everyday. Pick up carrots, papaya, pumpkin, black grapes to have everyday. These contain important antioxidants and phytonutrients which vil soften your skin. Do not stress over anything.

I am too skinny and I want to gain weight but I can't, I don't do any exercise and I am always wakeup at 9 a.m then takes a cup of tea at morning and then I am taking lunch at 2 p.m.and after that takes a cup of tea at 7 p.m. And then taking dinner at 10.30 p.m. And I am also using smartphone for long time, my timing of taking meals is wrong so please share me a timetable for gaining weight in right way.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight A]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner B]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Due to improving hunger and digestion whatever you will eat more and even you eat more it will digest properly and your weight will increase naturally without any supplement.

For increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Dear sir or madam I am 26 year old male. I am suffering from. Anal problem. 2 months back the blood falling from anus while going motion. And I took treatment for that now days it is cleared no blood falling. My question is, in my anal some pain is there while sat on chairs. And also swelling is there while I was in motion. I consult a doctor a week a back, a doctor told some problem is there like fissure. What treatment should I take?. Which types of food should I take? What about non veg. Please give me answer. Dear, I can understand your problem very well, it appears you have not consulted a surgeon, you might have seen a general practitioner hence you do not have a diagnosis. Blood in stool is common in piles and also in anal fissure, there is a difference in presentation in both above condition, if it is piles you have bright red color blood prior to passing stool, if it is a fissure then blood is mixed with stool or you may have blood after you pass stool, you need to verify it yourself. At times you may have both conditions simultaneously, therefore a detailed physical examination is necessary by a qualified and experienced surgeon, if it a fissure you will not have a swelling while passing stool. You may be having dragging sort of pain in your anal area which can be due to above condition. Regarding diet: my suggestion is take plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits, plenty of water, avoid breads, oil fried items i. E. Low residue diets. I would prefer you avoid non vegetarian foods but if in case you cannot avoid try to add vegetables to the meats and consume.

Hello, I am giving you some tips to prevent constipation: 1. take 6-8 glass of water in a day 2.Regular Physical activity Keeping mobile and active will greatly reduce your risk of getting constipation. Ideally do at least 150 minutes of physical activity every week. 3.You should have about 30 g of fibre a day. Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer.

Don't worry about the smell. Apply it 3-4 times on ulcers. Avoid oilly n spicy food. Don't worry if you swallow some.
