Low Back Pain - Physiotherapy

Patients suffering from most types of low back pain often need physical therapy as an conservative (nonsurgical) treatment option before considering other more aggressive treatments, including back surgery. The goals of physical therapy are to decrease back pain, increase function, and teach the patient a maintenance program to prevent future back problems.

Common forms of physical therapy include:

  1. Passive physical therapy (modalities), which includes things done to the patient, such as heat application, ice packs and electrical stimulation. For example, a heating pad may be applied to warm up the muscles prior to doing exercising and stretching, and an ice pack may be used afterward to soothe the muscles and soft tissues. Interferential therapy reduces pain and inflammation while ultrasonic therapy helps to accelerate the regeneration of new healing cells.
  2. Active physical therapy, which focuses on specific exercises and stretching. For most low back pain treatments, active exercise is the focus of the physical therapy program in later stages for strengthening of muscles.

I have pain in my lower back on long standing. Is it due to masturbation? Or wats the cause. What is the remedy?

I have pain in my lower back on long standing. Is it due to masturbation? Or wats the cause.
What is the remedy?
Hello- Back pain can occur for a number of reasons, including injury, aging, illness and disease. But what is rarely discussed is the relationship of back pain to excessive sex or masturbation. If you suffer from back pains caused by over-ejaculation, you need to stop masturbating. Your body needs to restore DHT levels and eliminate prostaglandin E2, while the liver requires healing to help it repair its ability of eliminating waste and metabolizing nutrients necessary for the production of hormones. Men looking for solace from back pain should Herbal Back Pain Relief, an all-natural solution designed to help improve DHT buildup and restore proper liver function.

Vitamin D deficiency is very common in India. She needs vitamin D supplements. You can visit your nearest Orthopedic doctor and ask him to prescribe her vitamin D medicines. Regular exercise will help to keep her blood sugar in control and relieve her body pain. She should also get her Vitamin B12 tested.

Dear, According to Ayurveda joint pain is known as Sandhigata vata. With increase in age vata dosha is predominant in human body that is why with aging disease caused by vata dosha increases in body. Joint pain is a common symptom with many possible causes. Joint Pain and Arthritis are the one of the most devastating conditions faced by individuals, particularly elderly women today. When there is pure Vata dosha involvement (a pain without swelling or discoloration) then the massage with medicated ayurvedic oil is quite useful & supplement is helpful in balancing bodily humors ?vata, which is responsible dosha for Sandhigata vata .
