Hollowness can be because of loss of fat under eye . Best treated with fillers. The moment you get filler injected dark circles will reduce in appearence.

Hi 1. Add fiber to your diet constipation distends your belly, add veggies and fruits to your daily diet to relieve you of constipation, reduce intakes of refined cereals like maida, noodles, pasta and whole grains instead add dalia and oats. This would relieve you of constipation and bloat to give you a flat tummy. 2. Decrease sodium intake sodium retains water in the body and hence your belly swells up, reduce intake of junk food as it contains a lot of sodium. Stop adding extra salt to dishes, also packaged and processed food contains a lot of salts so better avoid it. 3. Increase potassium foods rich in potassium help you get rid of balancing sodium, fruits are very good source of potassium, adding them to their daily diet not only provides this nutrient but also increase the fiber content of your daily intake 4. Avoid sugar alcohols we do not completely digest these low-calorie sweeteners usually found in flavoured low-calorie drinks, diabetic and sugar-free foods. Bacteria in a large intestine ferment during gas and distension so check food labels and avoid sorbitol, xylitol and lacitol. 5. Increase liquids drinking plenty of liquids helps flush out toxins from the body. Keep yourself hydrated with at least 8 glasses of water, also include lassi, coconut, water, lemon water in your daily routine. Make sure to include homemade soups only, as packaged soups are not that nutritious and contain added sodium in them. 6. Carbonated beverages and alcohol these give you extended bellies and your dream of flat tummy falls flat. Alcohol gives you empty calories with zero nutrition. 7. Probiotic curds include low fat curd in your diet regime as it contains live bacteria which tame bloating by increasing intestinal motility. 8. Method of cooking no doubt salads and sprouts are good for our health but if experience distension with them then saute, blanch or steam them also fried foods are best to be avoided not only because of their high-calorie content but also because frying leads to changes in oil composition which may result in bloating. 9. Avoid chewing gums and candies while chewing them air enters our digestive system, giving us feeling of bloating, also candies are zero in nutrition but contain loads of calories. Also, eat slowly as gulping down increases air passage to the digestive system 10. Individual tolerances some individuals are more intolerant to certain foods like radish, capsicum, tea, cauliflower etc.

Hello doctor, 2 months back after I trimmed my hairs in genital parts the next day I got severe pain and irritation. When I rushed to washroom and checked, it was 3-4 red bumps. I ignored it. Hello doctor, 2 months back after I trimmed my hairs in genital parts the next day I got severe pain and irritation. ...
Nothing can be done other than waiting for the irritation to disappear. You are not supposed to trim the hairs over there as those hairs are meant to protect the soft skin in the private area. Do not do that any more. You can apply some nappy rash cream which will help you to reduce the inflammation.

There is a four step process to determining if you may suffer from alcohol intolerance. Remember that only a doctor can officially diagnose you and your symptoms, but the following can help you determine if you may be suffering from alcohol intolerance. Describe symptoms keep a close eye on what symptoms you suffer around the time you have consumed alcohol. Also, be sure to know your genetic history of family members with allergies. Conduct a physical examination being carefully examined by a doctor can determine exactly what the cause may be, while dismissing other possible options. Take a skin test this is a method of testing for allergic reactions to various products, such as grains. If your skin becomes raised or starts having rashes after being pricked with a small of the product you may be allergic to you, then you will have discovered precisely what elements in an alcoholic drink you are allergic to, so you can know what to avoid. Take a blood test another test that can determine not only allergies, but also the state of your immune system, is a blood test. This type of test will look for immunoglobulin antibodies, those that fight off allergies, but it is not always an accurate test.

TIPS TO HELP YOUR SKIN IN WINTERS

PDDM, MHA, MBBS
General Physician, Nashik
TIPS TO HELP YOUR SKIN IN WINTERS

Avoid excessive cleansing of your skin. Use soap/facewash not more than 2-3 times a day. Plain water can be used to cleanse whenever required. Pat dry your skin after washing it.
Keeping your skin moisturized is the key to healthy looking skin in winters. Pick a moisturiser with spf for mornings. Keep your lips happy and healthy with liberal application of lipbalm.
Though its very tempting to have a hot water shower, it should be best avoided. Hot water tends to dry your skin.
Use a body moisturizer within 3 minutes after your shower/bath.
Do not ignore the sun! cover your body to protect your skin from the cold dry winds and the sun.
Application of almond/coconut oil all over the body (other than your face) 20 minutes before a shower would help it stay soft and supple.
Skin is the mirror of internal organs, staying healthy is necessary to look healthy. Stay well hydrated and get adequate sleep. Include omega 3 fatty acids in your diet (especially beneficial in psoriasis), fruits, vegetables and nuts.
Exercise increses blood circulation to your skin and keeps it healthy. Avoid smoking and alcohol- nicotine causes premature ageing and makes your skin appear dry and dull.
Avoid using harsh astringents, alcohol based toners or peels on skin. Cream/oil based cosmetics keep your skin moisturized for longer hours.
Winters can exacerbate a few skin problems and help must be sought immediately.
Stay happy- it will show on your skin.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Weight gain is all about taking more calories than you burn. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps weight gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 main and mid meals a day. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, starchy vegetables, rice, bread, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, ghee, cream in your meals. Just eating sugary, sweet foods is not good. Try to have healthy deserts like kheer, chikki or lassi. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite.  Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial.

Lybrate-user, you are more of underweight rather than overweight, so guiding you with exercises to lower your weight will not solve the purpoe as you willend uplosing more weight which is not desirable for your body and overall looks----------so your main emphasis should be to make your abdominal muscles more firm so that the fats stored in abdomen are replaced by muscles and hence due to firmnes of muscles your tummy goes inside------------below given are few exercises which you should do in routine to develop your abdomen muscles without reducing your overall weight---------------- build your pectoral muscles. And abdominal muscles------------ below are two sample exercises you may want to try out:---------- 1. Chest presses: -----lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Hold one dumbbell in each hand with your elbows bent at a 90 degree angle. Use your chest muscles to lift the weights up toward the ceiling and touch them together. Lower the weights to their starting position slowly and smoothly. Do 3 sets of 12-15 reps 3-5 times per week.---------------- 2. Sit-ups------------this will help in developing your abdominal muscle at a faster rate---------------- 3. Push-ups:---- get on your hands and knees. Stretch your legs behind you and balance on the tips of your feet. Bend your arms to lower your body toward the ground. Use your arms and chest to return back to the original position. Keep your back straight and your hips elevated so that your body stays in a straight line. You can lower your knees to the ground if standard push-ups are too hard. Do 3 sets of 12-15 reps 3-5 times per week.---------------------------
