Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache kindly follow advises given below: you can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management.

lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Any good lab in Thane does the thyroid test. If only T3, T4 & TSh are to be tested then mostly 450 to 500 rupees is the charge. If there are other tests like Anti TPO antibodies then charges increase, You can go any time during the day. But for testing TSH best time is before 10 am. Thanks.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. How long you are suffering from and where you did not say. If dark spot is birth mark for you then you must go to cosmetic surgery. Otherwise it will eradicate slowly by Homeopathic treatment. Dont worry. You can use face wash insted of shop. try to eat simple food and plenty water. Dont eat junk or spicy food. If not eradicate then consult me.

Is it 0.04 or 0.4? If 0.4, its normal. If 0.04, you might be having hyperthyroidism and in hyperthyroidism liver enzymes tend to go high. Controlling thyroid overactivity will calm the liver too. Please see your GP. Get your cardiac status checked too. Keep an observation of the symptoms that you could be having like yellowish discolouration of the skin mainly the white part of eye. Any distension of abdomen. Too high pulse rate or bp or feeling your own heart beat is not normal. For now, decrease your iodine intake which comes from salt, egg, milk and milk products etc. Eat a lot of cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, spinach etc. Take multivitamin supplements especially vitamin B and D. Also try to take omega 3 fatty acids and minerals like zinc as much as possible. Wish you good health.

Many people do desk job and this alone is not the reason for excess wt. Losing weight suddenly will only cause increase in wt later. You have to make effort to lose wt gradually over a period of time. This reduction will be more permanent. *Take protein rich food --- seeds, pulses, nuts, Also fruits, vegetables, greens and reduce cereals. *Green tea is also good. *Take lemon juice and honey in warm water in the early morning, empty stomach. *Avoid sweets, cakes, creams, fried foods, processed food and junk food. * Maintain food timings * Don’t miss breakfast. *Avoid heavy dinners and late night meals. *Avoid stimulants, aerated drinks sweetish juices, etc. And maintain good food habits. * Drink lots of water and keep hydrated. Avoid sugary soft drinks * Have adequate, timely, good night sleep *Even with desk job, you can spend morning and evening time for work out *Have vigorous physical exercise to improve absorption and blood circulation. Games like basketball, volley ball and stretch exercises like pull ups, cycling will be helpful. Obesity- Check whether you have thyroid and such ailments causing weight increase. Gradual weight gain is always advisable. An increase in 500 kcal per day can result in increasing the body weight by 0.5 kgs per week. You need a balanced diet more.
