Hi Lybrate User, Its good that you are doing workouts. .. As I see from your measurements, you are currently about 20 Kgs more than the desired weight levels. .. Time of eating has no impact on whether you put on weight or not. .. Eating more than what your body needs will directly add to your kgs whether you eat before or after workout.. it does not matter. .. Whether you fill up petrol in car before the journey or after journey it does not matter. .. Eat a Banana before workout. After workout have lots of water, nimu pani. After that take some fruit / veg salad .. Spend at least 3/4 of your work out time on Cardio exercises. Cardio means Treadmill at speeds of 7-9 Kms or equally intense exercises. .. Consult a dietician to get a proper diet plan for yourself. That will help you in weight reduction. .. Eat Light - Stay Bright

Please note the followings in respect to your queries: 1. Banana and Milk -- Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals. Note – Don’t eat bananas when you are down with common cold. If you have any medical disease that needs to be treated. Find a great personal trainer and yoga instructor to keep you consistent. Take Five phos - 4 tablets twice daily.

Dear friend, all habits are unconscious. So try being conscious of your smoking habit. Whenever you smoke, just do it with all your senses alert. Right from pulling out a cigarette from the box watching the picture of smokers lungs on the box. Feeling it between your fingers to putting it between the lips, be aware of the smell of tobacco. Watch yourself lighting it and the grey colored smoke entering your mouth touching and passing by the oral tissues to your air pipe to lastly filling your lungs. Make an internal picture of your pharynx and lungs filled with smoke (at this point, you may watch the picture of lungs again). Pay attention to all other feelings including dryness/coughing/ or any other body changes. Finally you are advised not to judge yourself everyday, and be patient to let the habit go on its own quite miraculously!

To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy and natural food. . >> Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. . >>  Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc. . >> If your are Non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish.  For Veg - have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. . >> Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. . >> No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. . Go for 30 mins walks / exercise / yoga daily.   . .....Feel confident about yourself. All the best.

Hello, Here are few facial exercises to get chubby cheeks: Sit tall. Sit in a chair with your back straight. Pull down the shoulder blades and relax your shoulders overall, making sure that there is as little tension as possible in that area of your body. Your chest should be outward and open. Open your mouth lightly. Imagine that you are carrying a normal conversation with someone at low to moderate volume. Open your mouth to the position you might usually have during such conversations. At this point, you must also curl both your lower and upper lip inward so that they cover your front row of teeth.Simultaneously, you should pull the corners of your mouth back, bringing them as close to the molar teeth as possible. Both corners should be pulled back in the same direction and to the same level or vertical position of your face. Your chin should move forward slightly, as well.Hold the face you have just made for a full 90 seconds. You should feel the muscles in your cheeks and mouth stretch. Release slowly to a normal resting face when done. Work gently, making little pinches up and down both cheekbones. Small pinches likes this may not make your cheeks plumper, but this practice can give your skin a naturally blush, making your cheeks look brighter as a result. Brighter cheeks look plumper to the naked eye than pale ones do. Take in a big breath and tightly close your lips as you puff up your cheeks, in a pose similar to that of a horn player. Hold the air in for five seconds and release. Repeat 10 times. Pucker your lips into a fish face and then smile while holding the lips in place. Hold for five seconds and release. Repeat 10 times. Resistance can help to activate the muscles on your face as it does on your body. Press an index finger lightly into each cheek for resistance; smile as you open your mouth and drop your chin down. Hold for one count and release; repeat 20 times. Apart for all these, use a facial lotion or moisturizing cream on your cheeks after every shower and every time you wash your face. Let it dry naturally and do not rinse it off.

I have been suffering from fungal infection on hips last 2 years. On it became terrible for me. Its Itching a lot. I have been treating this from last 2 year and recently using Luliclin cream as prescribed by my dermatologist. But as I stop medicine it comes back. I can't even sleep at night. Plzzz help.

Apply coconut oil only when itches,,stop using those ointment Because it won't cure ur problem either,,it will complicate the situation,,soo u need proper homoeopathic treatment to cure ur problem permanently

You may increase your weight by taking banana shake daily in morning. Take a paste of 40 grams butter with sugar daily for month on chappati or bread for two months. Also you may take figs and black raisins soaked daily in morning.

In addition to a loss of appetite, it is common to experience nausea and vomiting after a traumatic injury. If these feelings are present, try these suggestions: Eat dry food in the morning, such as toast or crackers. Avoid taking medications on an empty stomach unless instructed to by your doctor/pharmacist/nurse. Avoid hot foods or foods with significant smells/odors if you are sensitive to the smell of foods. Eat smaller, frequent meals and snacks every 2-3 hours. Sit up for at least 30 minutes after eating. Eat slowly. Take sips of cold clear drinks like water, fruit juice, or sports drinks throughout the day. Stay on top of your bowel program to avoid constipation, which can worsen nausea. Avoid gas-forming foods like onions, cabbage, broccoli or dried beans.
