For weight loss. It is important to take frequent meals at regular interval of time. Empty stomach try to include 2 tsp aleovera juice+ 2 tsp amla juice in equal amount of water. In Breakfast you can museli/oats+ milk+ 1 apple /1 bowl green moong dal sprouts/1-2 besan cheela+ green chutney. In mid morning 1 cup green tea + 1 bowl fruits. Lunch 1-2 wheat bran roti+ 1bowl veg+ 1 bowl salad/1 bowl veg daliya + 1bowl curd E.T:1 cup tea+ 1bowl roasted channa/murmura Dinner: 1 bowl fruits+ 1glass skimmed milk/Grilled/roasted paneer/1-2 bowl cooked yellow moong dal+ 1bowl veg. After Dinner Take 1 cup jasmine tea. Drink soy milk and lots of water. Take fish oil and salmon. Include more fiber in the diet. Use low fat milk, brown sugar, flax seed. Take good sleep. 10 minutes of sunlight for vitamin D.Avoid salt in the diet, caffeine, processed foods like instant noodles, pies, bread rolls, artificial sugar, diet coke, sweetener, spices and hot spicy foods.

You are doing fine. Don't worry about others, focus on getting fit. Become strong. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy and natural food + daily exercise.Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc. If your are Non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. For Veg - have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. Go for 30 mins walks / exercise / yoga daily. Feel confident about yourself. All the best!

Take Belladonna 30 for headache one dose when required. If this is a continuous process then you should do a MRI of brain to understand if there is an underlying cause for that. Also you should do your eyes check-up to rule any problem with eyes vision. For further queries get back to me.

Hi, you should take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. High fibre low calorie food like greenleafy vegetables, fruits, vegetables salad, whole grain cereals, and pulses can be included in the diet. Take small and frequent meals. Take 2 cup green tea daily. Don't take rice at night.

Hello, I would like to tell you that glutathione capsules have side effects on your skin so please avoid them. One negative side effect that many are concerned with is the appearance of the whitening. So you should opt herbal products for fair and glowing skin. Apply aloe vera gel on your face twice daily. Take care. Other than the skin whitening, some reportedly claim hair loss, white spots on their nails, numbness and tingling of extremities, anxiety, depression, and the shakes. Some people unknowingly suffer from an allergy to glutathione. Unfortunately they do not find this out until after they have been injected with this ingredient. Some have also reported systemic infections, as well as worsening asthma-related symptoms. The overuse of glutathione can lead to kidney failure.

Sir my lips are very dark and I have used almost all type of ayurvedic treatments and also lip balms, some creams including hydroquinone but nothing works. What should I do. I must tell you my lips r not dark from birth and I never smoke. Even hydroquinone not works on my facial skin too. Sir how can I make my lips pink and smooth.

Hello lybrate-user Pigmentation of the lips can be due to a number of causes including genetic, hormonal or drug induced, metabolic causes etc. Avoid sun exposure. Use lip balm containing sunscreen with a sufficient SPF. Try taking oral antioxidants. Avoid using any cosmetic products as they may cause allergy and further enhance pigmentation. Hope that helps.

Hello, in weight loss, what we are looking at is fat loss. For achieving a desired weight 75% of management is under the diet, and 25% is physical activity. A proper diet, with some amount of physical activity in the day, will help you achieve the desired weight. What we have to keep in mind that, we small meals every few hours. This helps keep our metabolism high. Higher the metabolism, higher is the energy production thus higher will be the breakdown of the fat stores of the body. The distribution of the major nutrients is important. Use of high fiber complex whole gains, cereals and pulses, good quality, complete protein through low fat animal products, a blend of cereals and pulses, use of low visible fats that is low use of oil, butter, ghee, etc. Fats to be sourced from invisible sources, that is nuts and oil seeds, like walnut, flax seed, pumpkin seeds, etc. For the physical activity, we will have to put in a little bit of extra effort, especially in a 12 hrs office set up. We will have to wake up an hour early and probably go for a morning walk, in the office, during breaks, go for a walk in the premises of the commercial building, use of stairs instead of the lift, moving around the office, every 1 hour. These small things help us be active even on a desk job.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3 months. Revert.
