Have a check up whether you have thyroid problem or such ailments causing obesity.Losing weight suddenly will only cause increase in wt later. You have to make effort to lose wt gradually over a period of time. This reduction will more permanent. *Take protein rich food --- seeds, pulses, nuts, Also fruits, vegetables, greens and reduce cereals. *Green tea is also good. *Take lemon juice and honey in warm water in the early morning, empty stomach. *Avoid fried foods, processed food and junk food * Maintain food timings * Don’t miss breakfast. *Avoid heavy dinners and late night meals. *Avoid stimulants, aerated drinks etc. and maintain good food habits. * Drink lots of water and juices and keep hydrated. * Have adequate, timely, good night sleep *Have vigorous physical exercise to improve absorption and blood circulation. My fiance weight in 2014 was 56 and 2015 it was 60 and in 2016 is 64, we use to have sex and use to have food from outside, as she is a corporate lady had to eat from outside, she had arthritis but cured and recently diagnosed thyroid which is not that serious, can you please suggest any home remedial food and exercise please, will be glad to hear. Hi, you have stated that your penis size is only 4.8 inches. By scientific measurements done the world over the penis size appears average. It is something which you have based on your genetic make up. IT CANNOT be INCREASED. What matters more is what you do with the penis and how you sue it at sex. This will make the function of the penis more better than most of your peers who have a large penis than yours but who arent adept in the art of sex. Sex is like a play between 2 players and there are rules t be followed and techniques to be mastered. Vagina is a "potential space. It is like a shirt sleeve which opens only when the arm goes in it....and it opens only till the arm goes. Never completely. when a man has sex, depending on his penis the vagina opens up and when he does the in and out motions, it is only the outer 2 inches of the vagina which has sensitive nerve endings and the remaining of the vagina is relatively less sensitive. Fungal infection of skin- ringworm- is a very common problem. It increases in rainy and humid weather and is more irritating and itchy when you sweat. Most creams given by pharmacies contain steroids that reduce the redness and itching for some days but does not cure the infection. You need to take a course of antifungal tablet along with anti fungal creams and anti- itch medicine to prevent the infection from spreading by repeated itching. Provide these details - number of days of infection, history of diabetes or any other illness, and your weight so that appropriate dosage can be prescribed. Do not apply steroid creams. Wear clean and totally dry clothes.

We as human children are born with +4.00d power. This eye power helps us in better vision for distance and is essential for survival for both hunting and hunted animals to survive on earth. We have binocular vision meaning both eyes used together for focusing that give us depth sense. Thus, we are born hunters in order to survive on this earth.

But by evolution came agriculture to sustain us. Now we send our young toddlers to school at 3 years of age. Excelling at studies remain the aim. So nature improves our near vision. In the process our distance vision get blurry and we require minus power to look at the distance. Hence, in each successive generations population of myopia (minus power) is increasing.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Read the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!
