Sir/madam I am 60 year old now from few days I am suffering from lower back pain and find relief on sitting only. In sanding I feel a pain and couldn't sleep in back with bed. I am using hard bed and not using pillow. During unbearable pain I take Zerodol Mr. 100. Pl advice me that I consult with orthopaedician or neurologist.

Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If no relief in 4_5 days, then inform again. Without control of diabetes no treatment will work.

This being a season for vector borne diseases like dengue and malaria and also with the rising cases of swine flu being seen we do need to take preventive measures. Our government will take appropriate preventive measures at community level but we as a individual should also perform our duties. First and foremost is to keep our household and surrounding both clean.

Avoid unnecessary accumulation of water and waste. This will be a breeding place for larvae of aedes and anopheles mosquito. Also if one has high grade fever with swings along with bodyache then one should avoid taking self medication and should visit a doctor. Similarly cough, cold with fever and headache should warrant urgent visit to a doctor as it can be a early presentation of influenza. It is always safe to receive a single shot of flu vaccine in this season. Prevention is a always better than cure.

Hello apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot water fomentation .take yograj guggul and agni tundi vati after lunch and dinner with warm water. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya vatari capsule and syrup twice a day. Avoid fermented food. Junk food.

Hi lybrate-user never take medicine 1. Avoid using direct and simple sugars. Try to include complex carbs in your diet so the digestion process will take some time to work to convert it into glucose. 2. Avoid junk foods such as pizza, burger, french fries and alike food stuffs. 3. Avoid processed foods. 4. Avoid sodas. 5. Restrict down the intake of artificial sweeteners. Instead you can crab on natural sugars, such as stevia. 6. Include protein of good biological value. 7. Add insoluble and soluble fiber in your diet. 8. Have plenty of cold water. 9. Have 2 portions of fruits and salads daily. 10. Inclusion of omega family fatty acids and especially omega 3 and omega 6 11. One must rotate the oil used for cooking purposes and should not stick to one oil product. One must not change the brand but the source of the oil like palm oil, almond oil, coconut oil, soy oil, sesame oil, corn oil, groundnut oil, olive oil etc. 12. Citrus fruits must also be taken in proportions. 13. Add almonds to your diet. 14. Have coconut water once a day. 15. Eat at regular intervals.

Facing heredity alopecia and got treatment with many doc but not got benefited now from net I got few medicines lycopodium200, thuja200, weisbdein200 and hydocotyl200 I amtakingone medicine on one day. I am thin physique and like spicy and salty and like red meat mostly. Earlier doc has given natrum mur and lycop and china and allopathic they have given finasteride andminoxidilit did not works on me. For reducing weight do these-drink lukewarm water and do regular exercise like swimming, skipping, plank, push up, sit up, yoga. Eat small amount of food. Avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods. Eat lots of whole fruits, watery vegetables. Eat more protein for weight loss. Use small amount of fat in cooking. Use lukewarm water after meals. Drink lots of water about 3 lit. Day. These will help you.

I've been working out since last 2 years. I was only 49 kgs when started and now I'm 70. I've been using supplements since a year and now my body had stopped responding to them. I don't see a growth at all. In fact I'm prone to lose weight quickly as I belong to ectomorph category. I've stopped supps and being completely on natural diet still one day miss effects badly and I can see the difference inthe energy as well growth levels. I've even changed the workout plans and diet plans as well and still no results Pls suggest. It's really demovating! :(
