Dear lybrate user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) excess sebum production due to androgens 2) excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3) infection of propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria on the hair follicles 4) local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. In order to stop the formation of pimples the aforesaid four causes should be terminated. Now the bitter truth is neither can you stop the overproduction of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of p. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkerchief with you whenever you go outside. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. You can also take homoeopathic calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach also you can apply homoeopathic mother tincture berberis aquifolium q on the dark spots on your skin which are produced after the resolution of the pimples.

Hi lybrate-user, depression is not a serious problem, most individuals have depression from mild to severe. Depression can be solved depending upon individual's confidence and emotional balance. He can get rid of depression, poor sleeping habits and constant rumination due to some incident. First should bring him out from his own world, he should see, feel, perceive everything the way a normal person feels, perceives, sees. First find out what he likes the most, each and every individual has got an habit or an hobby that can become crazy, should make him addictive to such an habit like reading, watching or hobbies like swimming, gardening should praise or encourage them to perform such actions slowly trying to divert them. You can't gain weight if you don't have more healthy food inside of you. Eating more healthy food is essential to gaining weight. You cannot achieve your ideal weight by eating little. Here are some tips on how you can eat more food without feeling full: eat slowly some people chew and swallow their way into their plate in just minutes. You need to take it slow since eating faster will only make you feel fuller right away. Eating fast also causes you to overeat. Eat gluten-free food for weight watchers gluten is a kind of protein usually found in some grains, cereals and wheat. In food production, gluten is added to keep the elasticity of food, making bread more chewable. The presence of gluten also keeps other types of food from having a doughy texture. If you choose to be on a gluten-free diet, you will be actually keeping unhealthy food away from your body. Being on a gluten-free diet means steering clear of sugary sweet desserts and fried food. Processed food also contains gluten including artificial flavoring. Eliminating processed food from your diet will let you focus more on protein-rich food to help you gain weight. I often get tonsillitis every 2 months. Before 2 years I took b12 injection n la tablet n got sore throat or tonalities rarely, may b 3 times in one n half year but since last 3 months getting it again n again. When I take antibiotics or b folcin plus tab it heals but again it come after month. I have met many doctors but no one have permanent solution for this.

You have to start iron and calcium tablets so better visit a gynaecologist who would check your bp, weight and baby's growth and would advise you accordingly.
