First, apply heat to your eyes by rubbing your palms together and then placing them over your eyes. Hold your hands over your eyes for five to 10 seconds, and then repeat. Do this before performing any eye exercises in order to prepare your eyes! Start exercising by rolling your eyes. Eating a healthy diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables will seriously help improve your eyesight and keep it from deteriorating. It is also important to eat the right vitamins to support eye health. Vitamins and minerals, such as Vitamin A, C, and E, are all important to eye health. Anti-oxidants (remember eating carrots for your eyes?) are also a great source of nutrients for healthy eyes. Our Rebuild Your Vision Program actually recommends 17 different vitamins you should take to support your eyesight Supporting your eye health is just one of the many benefits of getting enough sleep and taking breaks during the work day. If you work on a computer all day, your eyes are probably under a lot of strain. Do yourself (and your eyes) a favor by taking a break for about 10 minutes for every 50 minutes spent in front of the screen. Simply close your eyes for a minute or get up and walk around the office. Focus on something that isn’t a screen. You can also rest your eyes by following the 10-10-10 rule. This means you should look at something 10 feet away for 10 seconds for every 10 minutes you spend working on the computer! One of the fastest ways to improve your vision naturally is to perform daily eye exercises. Eye exercises are meant to strengthen the eyes and improve vision. Using eye exercises can even eliminate your need for contacts or glasses. Get a regular schedule of eye exercises and try to do them daily – this will help you get in the habit of performing exercises and also help you achieve better vision fast Start exercising by rolling your eyes. Rolling is one of the easiest eye exercises! Without straining your eyes (remember to stop if it hurts), look up as far as you can. Then, look down. Repeat this 10 times. Now look to each side, repeating 10 times. After that, look in each diagonal direction. Finally, roll your eyes in a counter-clockwise motion about 10 times, then reverse the movement and roll them clockwise. Grab a pen and hold it at arm’s length, making sure the pen is at eye level. Focus on the tip of the pen as you move it closer to your eyes. Stop when you get about six inches away from your face, and focus on the tip as you move it back to arm’s length. Remember to do this slowly and focus on the tip of the pen. Repeat about 10 times. Massage your eyes after exercising. First, massage your temples with your fingertips or one of your knuckles. Move in a clockwise motion several times, and then switch to a counter-clockwise motion. Massage over your eyebrows and under your eyes as well. When you’re done exercising and massaging, apply heat to your eyes once more by rubbing your palms together. If your eyes are really tired, close them and rest for a few moments. Resting your eyes frequently, as described in the previous section, is very important to preserving the health of your eyes! or go for lasik surgery. Thanks.

yes it is diabetes mellitus u can try bgr 34 but it herbal medicine. you try for three months but if mo t controlled fully you have to take allopathic medicine. you have to take total duet control and weights control as well exercise. u can look these on Google.

If you have irregular periods and feel uncomfortable then you should follow some regular routines of getting all dietary measures and daily behaviours as well as exercise and yoga. Hot water sipping boiled with ginger and saumph every half-hour. Use light diets and soups of carrots and beetroot with ginger and haldi including moong daal soups fried with cumin seeds and garlic with ghee. Warm milk boiled with ginger and haldi including kesar at bed time.

There are two related reasons why your teeth slowly turn from white to yellow. The first well known one is foods and drinks that stain them directly and the 8 worst offenders for doing this will be covered ahead.

The second less commonly known reason is acids in certain foods and particularly drinks that wear away your teeth’s white enamel coating. Soda for instance is highly acidic and regularly leaving it sitting on your teeth can start to wear down their protective outer layer.

Why teeth turn yellow
When it’s at its thickest, tooth enamel is naturally white. Unfortunately as it is worn down it becomes translucent and starts to show through to the next layer of the tooth underneath called dentin.

This dentin layer of your teeth has a naturally yellower tone to it than that of the enamel that covers it, so the thinner your enamel layer becomes the more yellow your teeth will appear. This is why many elderly people have relatively yellow teeth. The longer you’ve had your teeth, the more chance you have to wear down their white protective coatings.

8 Foods and Drinks That Cause Yellow Teeth
Ahead are a list of foods and drinks that are some of the worst culprits for making your teeth go yellow. The reason that most of them have made this list is that they not only stain, but they are also acidic and can wear away enamel, so providing a double whammy of teeth yellowing.

While some of the drinks and foods that cause your teeth to turn yellow are unhealthy anyway and worth avoiding, one or two of these are otherwise good for you and following this list is a couple of surprisingly simple things you can do to minimize the damage these foods and drinks do to your teeth without giving them up.

Black Tea

Black tea is full of tannins that promote teeth staining and it is considered one of the most problematic drinks for teeth discoloration.

It’s particularly bad if you have it with other staining foods and drinks (anything you’d have trouble washing out of a white shirt counts) as these tannins tend to increased the way other heavily colored compounds adhere to the dental enamel surface.

Green tea is considered much less likely to cause problems and healthier as well, so making the switch to it could be a good thing to do for your future smile.

Cola, Soda and Sports Drinks
The phosphoric and citric acids in colas and many other sodas, along with their massive amounts of acidic sugar, all wear down tooth enamel.While cola, with its ammonia based caramel coloring and significant acid levels is worse, even lightly colored sodas are acidic enough to damage the enamel of your teeth.Sugary Sweets
Hard candies and brightly colored sweets that you chew are a big problem for teeth staining, not just because of their high sugar content, but also because of the length of time they stay in your mouth.

The longer it is the more damage they can do to your teeth’s defenses and the general rule with these sweets, and any other foods and drinks on this list, is if it can stain your tongue, it’ll probably be slowly staining your teeth.

Red and White Wine

Red wine is well known teeth stainer due to its deeply colored polyphenols and tannins. White wine is also a problem as its tannins and acidic nature primes your tooth enamel for staining from any other of the foods and drinks on this list if you have them around the same time.

Don't think that by drinking white wine you can avoid problems as it is just as bad, if not worse.​

Curry and Other Sauces

Brightly colored sauces like curries, sweet chili and tomato sauce can attach to porous dental enamel so you probably don’t want to leave them sitting on your teeth for too long.

Interestingly, having a starter of salad greens or steamed vegetables like broccoli or cauliflower has been shown to create a protective layer over your tooth enamel to lessen the chance of them staining. So eat your greens, especially at the start of your meal. They’re really good for you and your teeth.

Conditments
Table condiments like soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and ketchup are believed to contribute to teeth staining and you’d definitely want to follow the simple suggestions coming up ahead after using any of these.

Fruit Juices

While not quite on a par with cola or bizarrely colored sports drinks, commercial fruit juices are actually much more acidic than most people realize and particularly the brightly colored ones are a problem if you want to keep your teeth white.

Freshly made juices aren’t processed in the same way so aren’t as much of a problem acid wise, but you still don’t really want them lingering on your teeth for a long time.

Brightly Colored Fruits and Vegetables
While very healthy for you, some fruits, berries and vegetables like pomegranates, blueberries and beet are loaded with strongly colored compounds such as polyphenols. These substances are very beneficial inside our bodies, but not so much on our teeth.

Rather than avoiding the most healthy category on our list, let’s have a look at 2 ways you can minimize the staining potential of any of these foods and drinks.

2 Simple Ways to Prevent Yellow Teeth
You might be tempted, after reading about how staining and acidic to your teeth some of your favorite foods and drinks can be, to reach for your toothbrush straight after eating them. That would be a mistake.

Dental enamel actually becomes softer after eating one of these foods or drinking one of these drinks for at least half an hour afterwards. Brushing during this time may actually make things worse by wearing away the weakened enamel. Fortunately it should harden again within the hour so you can brush your teeth with a soft bristled toothbrush then if you like.

A better way is to remember to do 2 simple things after eating or drinking any of the suspects on the list above.

The first is to have a big sip of water after you’ve finished your meal or drink and swirl it around your mouth to clear away any acids or staining compounds. Just remembering this alone can make a big difference to how white your teeth stay.

The second is to actively try and get more saliva into your mouth after eating and let it move over your teeth. It’s easy to do after a sip of water and saliva is your mouth’s natural defense against enamel erosion, staining and cavities.

You’ve probably heard of chewing sugar-free gum after a meal for the same reason, but it isn’t needed (most sugar-free gum contains potentially dangerous aspartame so it’s best avoided). As long as you swirled water around first, you should be easily able to build up a little extra saliva and do the same again with it.

Before long this will become a habit that will keep your teeth strong, white and protected, even if you eat and drink some of the things on the list fairly often.

Keep hair clean. Make sure that your scalp and hair are always clean. It will help your hair grow faster. Dirt clogs the hair follicles, which makes it more difficult for hair to grow. However, do not shampoo every day, as men’s hair get easily damaged, and excessive shampooing can dehydrate hair and cause breakage. Shampoo twice a week while cleanse hair with conditioner daily.

Yes I got good results but hairfall still there but very minimal qty. Now my frnds and others says that if daily we wash hair we ll have hair loss items. Regular physical exercise like swimming, skipping, yoga, push ups, sit ups, squats etc will help to reduce extra fat. Along with that maintain a balanced diet. Avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods. Avoid sugar, sweetened juice. Take whole wheat, whole grain, oat bran etc. Take protein rich foods like fish, egg white, cottage cheese, soy products etc. Take good fat like olive oil, fish oil, refined vegetable oil in small amount. Drink water 3 lit/day. Take lukewarm water 5 mins after meals. Eat small amount of foods. Take proper rest.

Hi, Do regular care of your skin along with intake of healthy food. Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves your skin with a greyish complexion and unhealthy skin. lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your skin darker and unhealthy! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). I'm getting upper knee pain for last 4 months when bend my right leg for long time. I have consulted ortho doctor, and had tablets for 2 weeks, but it's not worked. Again I have consulted another ortho doctor and said that no need treatment do some exercise for leg, it will cure automatically. Still having knee pain. But earlier 4 months before, sometimes pain will get severe now it's not. But having mild pain when bend my right leg long time. I don't have any injury in my leg. I am doing squat regularly. Dear Lybrate user avoid squats and other strenuous exercises. Don't sit in cross leg position for long time. Don't keep bending knee joint for long time. Avoid heavy exercises and weight bear. Wear knee caps regularly. Massaging with ashwagandhabalalaxadi for about 20mnts will reduce the pain. Take cap flexy 1-1-1 for about 15 days. Dashamularista 20 ml with equal amount warm water 2tms. Practice knee joint strengthening yogasanas in gentle way.
