To lose tummy fat you should avoid starchy and sugary food and black heads and neck black marks are due to insulin resistance. U caqn use high protein diet exm. Pannier, egg, chicken. We recommend a proper planned diets for diabetics. You need to maintain the gi (glycemic index of your food to maintain the glucose levels in your blood. Please have small meals in your day (place at 2 hourly gap) take more of complex cards like roasted grains. Balance the sugar of your fruits by combining it with salads and soups. Take multigrain chapatti to reduce the gluten in your diet. Drink plenty of water and include some, cinnamon in your dairy preparation for maintaining the lactose of milk.

Carrot juice is very effective in reducing fat from your body. Take one or two fresh carrots and peel off its outer skin. Now put the carrots in a juice blender and extract its juice. Drink a glass of carrot juice every day in the morning. You can also include carrots in your daily salad mixture or eat as raw carrots or can even have it steam cooked with other vegetables every day to see a visible weight loss.

Hello! I'm 24 years old male. I'm 5'3 and 60 kgs. My buttocks look too bulky. Also my thorax length and breadth are too short. My waist level is again high that is around 34 cms. My thighs too look bulky. Since 2 years even my belly started increasing. What ever I eat my buttocks and belly are increasing. No other body parts are growing properly. Hands are thin. What do I do to maintain proper body shape. I used to walk long distance. Still remains same. Pls help me to reduce my buttocks and belly and maintain proper body shape.

You have a tendency to accumulate fat in belly & buttock area. Try doing kapalbhati & free hand exercises (abs exercises) - 30-60 mins. Daily which will definitely help you solve your problem. Avoid junk/ processed/ refined/ fried/ sugary foods & drinks, alcohol. Avoid sitting for an hr at a stretch. Have an active lifestyle.

2. Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 10. dear potato will increase weight, take less amount of it. 11. diet control is necessary but excessive dieting is bad for health. I am 32 and I have high blood pressure, I am taking medication, my weight is 100 kg, I have uncontrolled high bp, doctor prescribe total 7 tablets for morning and evening, this is irritating me a lot, my tablets are Enam5 mg - morning and evening On bloc10 mg- morning and evening Betaloc25 mg- morning and evening starves10 mg- evening Felis s plus - evening rivotril 0.5 mg- evening I am alcoholic, I can drink three or four days in a week with quantity of 180 ml every day I am completely abonded break fast but eat raw vegetables like carrot, beetroot, apple, cucumber (keera) every morning since three months. Afternoon regular south Indian meals. At night after taking alcohol I can eat two roots with some curry. I can eat chicken three or four days in a week at evening or afternoon. I can walk 3 or 4 days in a week with 6 kilometers length. Final my conclusion is I want to loss weight with out any side effects Please suggest me any changes in my day life and add or change any food in my day activity. I want to lose weight quickly method pls suggest me.

In my opinion Buffalo milk increases your cholesterol levels and also has high glycemic index levels but cows milk can be taken safely.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it. *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised.

Your diet plays very important role to cure acne/pimples. There are many other factors also, which are responsible for the growth of acne but the major one is your diet. Treatment of acne by cream, gel or ointment is not enough. They only suppress the action of the sebaceous (fat) glands temporarily. You can cure acne for lifetime with proper diet and water intake. Acne is an inflammatory condition of the sebaceous (that is fat) glands and hair follicles usually found on the face. Acne is characterized by the presence of blackheads, pimples, small superficial sebaceous cysts and scars. To prevent pimples, eating fresh fruits, green vegetables, drinking plenty of water should be essential part of your routine and intake of oily-fried foods, excess of sugar-salt should be avoided. To begin with- take fruit diet once in a week, which consist of fresh juice, fruits, coconut water and vegetable (green leafy). Warm water enema should be taken daily to clean the bowels and constipation. Take a balanced diet with alkaline base, which consist of sprouted cereals, whole grain cereals and vegetables. Vitamin a, e and b can be used to treat acne. Green tea and walnuts helps to keep your skin pimple free. Drinking 8-10 glasses of water everyday is good for emission of toxin from body. Always try to include low fat dairy products in your meal. These are good source of vitamin a.

I already mentioned that I tried exercise, yoga, walking, diet but no use. Pls suggest some good weight loss pills which is really effective and easily available in Chennai. Doctor. I am 47 Yrs old. I am weighing about 77 Kgs. I want to reduce my weight. For last 2 months I am going for morning walk & exercises. Pl suggest the vegetarian food, vegetables, fruits that I should take for getting reduced. I am diabetic with 140-160 range. Also pl specify the names of fruits & vegetables that I should take. Being a diabetic you can have a fruit such as apple, papaya, orange 100, grm per day and all green leafy vegetables are allowed just you have to stay away from ground vegetables. You should divide your meals in 5-6 portion in a whole day. A carb which are rich in fibers such as ragi, jowar, bajra and salads you can use.

Hello, Doing exercises regularly will not only cut down your belly fat, but also you will get a body in good shape and you will be get rid of many diseases related to it! Following exercises will help you to achieve this if you don’t have any other medical condition: 1.The Plank - Lie down on your tummy and then come on your palms and toes.Lift the knees off the floor. Draw your tummy muscles up and breathe deeply into the side and back of the rib cage. Aim to hold the pose for 30 seconds. 2.Static Tiger pose - Place your hands and knees on the floor. This is the starting position. Now lift up one leg and extend the opposite arm. Hold this Static Tiger Pose for 3 deep breaths. Come back to the starting position and swap sides, extending arm and opposite leg. You can look down towards the mat to keep the spine in line. This exercise will build core strength. 3.Sitting Spinal Twist - Sit on the floor and cross your legs. Place one hand next to your hip and the other on the knee. Rotate the spine and look over one shoulder into a Sitting Spinal Twist. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. Swap sides, rotating and looking over the shoulder. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. 4.Stomach Crunches - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Place your hands on your thighs, across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your knees until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 stomach crunches. 5.Oblique Crunch - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Roll your knees to one side down to the floor. Place your hands across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your hips until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 oblique crunches and repeat on the opposite side. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Start doing yoga/ aerobics and meditations regularly. This will make you fit and healthy. Make a habit of drinking water early in the morning so that you bowel cleans up. Eat fat free diet like cornflakes, oats, poha, idli in breakfast and some protein pulses in lunch and lots of salad (raw vegetables) include fruits in your diet. Avoid heavy dinner. Try to eat dinner at 7-8 pm and then go for walk so that food gets digested before sleep. Can have one cup of boiled water daily before sleeping. Not only weight but also will give you relief from your tiredness. Meet some physio who can make a diet and exercise chart plan for you so that you may loose weight and be healthy. As diet and exercise chart vary patient to patient.
