Diet and lack of exercise are the two most important factors that contribute to obesity. Eating healthy is a key to an active life. It sometimes becomes difficult to choose a particular diet plan as you are not too sure about what to eat that will help you lose weight. Following is a list of 7 very basic natural foods which help you lose weight and also takes care of your health:

Hi, Your blood reports confirm that you are diabetic. Avoid intake of high carbohydrate diet, sweets, oil fried food, sugar in your diet. Walk 1 hour daily. Consult a good diabetologist for further treatment.

I go to the gym daily, past year had hepatitis a when I lost weight. Now I am perfectly fine. But I am getting blue veins on my palm and plan side of fingers. The answer for query 2 is that you can eat dal, roti sabji chawaal etc. The query one shall be answered after knowing the prakruti. Each person has different areas of fat distribution, to some extend it can be controlled. To avoid excess fat in body try these following ; 1. Avoid fired food, bakery products, cheese, paneer, curd, fried non-veg 2. Limit intake of non-veg food 3. Practice regular walking and jogging 4. Take food in regular timings and eat only half stomach. 5. Avoid day sleep and sleep by 9: 30 pm or max 10: 00 pm everyday 6. Avoid refrigerated, oily, processed food. 7. Drink hot water.

Abdominoplasty - When Should You Opt For It?

Abdominoplasty is a surgical procedure where fat and loose skin is removed to tighten the tummy area. In addition to fat removal, the connective tissues and muscles in the surrounding area are tightened as well. It is usually preferred only if diet and exercise have failed to achieve the desired results.

Reasons to opt for abdominoplasty

  • If the lower abdominal wall is weak
  • If excess skin is present around your tummy
  • If you have retracted scarring from previous pregnancies

There are certain cases where abdominoplasty is not recommended such as wanting to lose weight, if the person is affected by chronic conditions like diabetes and an unhealthy body mass index.

The procedure

Incisions are made in the tummy to eliminate the fat and the loose skin from the tummy. The skin around the bellybutton is contoured by removing the bellybutton and suturing it back to its regular position.

Once the surgery is completed, the incisions are covered with medical dressing. There could be some pain in the area which can be regulated by medications administered through intravenous injections. The excess blood and fluid will be drained out through tubes. An abdominal binder (supportive clothing) needs to be worn for about two months in order to provide proper support during the healing period.

Risks associated with the surgery

A common problem after this surgery is moderate pain and some local swelling in the area. It may also cause fatigue, mild bruising and a feeling of numbness.

Some major complications that may arise from this procedure are infections and blood clots. If you have any previous disorders such as ineffective blood circulation, heart disease or lung problems then the chances of complications after surgery is very high. These surgeries cause scars in the body which may not completely fade away.

Post procedure care

You need to follow certain precautions after the surgery is completed. You should avoid any strenuous activity to allow the area to heal properly. You also need to take care of the bandages as the area will be stitched and bandaged by the surgeon.

Diet plan Drink 1 litter of warm water with 1/3rd tea spoon mineral salt before fresh Before Breakfast Option no. 1 – Take any three vegetables and any one fruit cut into small pieces. Add two tea spoon malli or olive oil. Option no. 2 – shock one tea spoon Chia seeds in 100 ml water and live for 10 mints. Then add 200 ml curd, add one scoop lipolyzer powder. Lunch (1.30 pm) Option no. 1 -- 2 chapatti (BrownXatta)+ Any Veg or non-veg+ Curd + Salad Dinner (7.30-8.00 pm) Option no. 1 – Veg Soup with Butter Option no. 2 – salad + any veg or non-veg Option no. 3 –paneer tika Option no. 4 - one tea spoon Chia seeds in 100 ml water. Eat 28 gm pumpkin seeds daily and 28 gm sunflower seeds daily. Replace your white salt with Mineral Salt Lipolyzer tummy tablets – one tab after lunch and one tab after dinner You have to avoid - Avoid wheat, rice, pulses and sugar and any item made from these items like daliya, poha, corn flakes, oats, biscuits, namkeen etc.
