You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

Instead eat home cooked meals with 4 to 5 servings of fruits and veggies. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Eat a protein rich breakfast every morning. According to your age weight is little more. You should reduce your weight atleast 5-6 kgs so that it will be Proper BMI. Metabolism plays a great role in loosing weight. Drink enough water, Cut down on sugar and salt, Have heavy breakfast and very light dinner, Go for no carb dinner, drink 2-3 cups of green tea, Cut down on refined carbs and have a diet rich in Protein and fiber. To start with avoid simple sugars as far as possible like sugar, jaggery, honey, sweets, candies, chocolates, cold drinks etc. 'Eat Out' less, avoid junk and have good quantity of fresh foods which are not processed like fruits, vegetables, soups, salads, nuts, low fat milk, curd etc. Gradually, focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre foods only. Combine these dietary changes with 1 hour play/walk / exercise. Its difficult to draft a diet chart here which is tailored to meet your requirements.
