Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Hello according to your condition you have to take hot water fermentation through towel and do it 3 times in a day duration-15 min along with stretching and back exercises like straingh leg raising, bridging with -20 min repetition -5 sec hold do it for 3 days sure you will get well soon take care.

I suggest you follow the below for your condition: Take Mag Phos 12x - thrice daily for some times Rest. Ceasing activity for a few days allows injured tissue and even nerve roots to begin to heal, which in turn will help relieve lower back pain. However, more than a few days of rest can lead to a weakening of the muscles, and weak muscles have to struggle to adequately support the spine. Patients who do not regularly exercise to build strength and flexibility are more likely to experience recurrent or prolonged lower back pain. Heat and Ice Packs. Heat and/or cold therapy helps relieve most types of low back pain by reducing inflammation. Often patients use ice, but some prefer heat. Both may be used alternately. Kindly elaborate on the problem. Do you have it more in mornings or evening? any associated fever /eight loss? any history of trauma/fall? avoid bending forwards and lifting heavy wweight, take hot water fomentation 3-4 times a day and maintain an upright posture while sitting/standing. If this oesnt help we might need to do an xray and mri of your back if required. For details, kindly consult. Hope it helps.

Cause of cramps are many ,from dehydration, electrolyte imbalance, calcium ,vitamin D deficiency, B12 deficiency, circulatory issues etc. Consult a physician for tests. Do stretching exercises after oil massage of legs. Calcium,vitamin D, B12 supplementation, lots of water and fruit juice may prevent.

I have an issue for my mother whenever she eats she suffers from pain in the left hand side of the body and it pains a lot for 10 mins to 15 mins at least. It starts from the waist of left side and continue on the left hand with left shoulder. It would be a great help if some doctor can help so that I can consult the specialist doctor as I can't make out wat the problem is. please Reply As Soon As Possible.

Quadriceps strengthening exercises- Quad Clenches: Lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, Hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short Arcs: Lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight Leg Raise: Lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise. Hamstring stretching Towel Hamstring Stretch Lie on the back, supporting the thigh with the hand or with a towel wrapped around it.. Slowly straighten the knee until a stretch is felt in the back of the thigh, trying to get the bottom of the foot to face the ceiling, one leg at a time. Hold the position initially for 10 seconds, and gradually work up to 20 to 30 seconds. Seated Hamstring Stretch While sitting at the edge of a chair, straighten one leg in front of the body with the heel on the floor. Then, sit up straight and try pushing the navel towards the thigh without leaning the trunk of the body forwards. Hold this stretch for 30 seconds Repeat 3 times for each leg.

It must be some muscle pull, because infective lesions are generally sore irrespective of movement, whereas inflammatory muscle pull generally sore when stretched. you must be having some form of tendinitis. give urgent attention because lesions around shoulder generally leads to adhesive capsulitis if not mobilized regularly.

My work makes me sit for long hours. Remedies for it?
1) first of all you need to know whether the neck pain is associated with nausea and giddiness, and does the back pain radiates to any of the legs? 2) some therapies would be required in your case. Mean while you can do stretching exercise like neck rotation, flexion and extension of the neck. Certain yoga postures like bhujangasana, suryanamaskar are also advicable for you.

I am 16 years old male accutually I got fever during that period itself I got pain iny joints. I lost my fever but my pains in joints have didn't gone I would like to know the reason and cure.

Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

Hello. We can't reverse the established pathology back, but we can control the process in the stage it is so that it wouldn't grow further. Apply Bakson’s Rheum Aid oil gently (2-3 times a day) and take orally Bakson’s Rheum-Aid syrup/ 1 tablespoon thrice daily. Also, increase your dietary intake of calcium which is present in green leafy vegetables, milk, milk products, sea food, white legumes, dried fig, black-eyed peas, almonds, oranges, seasame seeds. And vitamin D which is essential for absorption of calcium in our body and is synthesized naturally after getting exposed to sunlight, so early morning sunlight for 10-15min. 2-3 times a day is mandatory. Apart from this, do walk daily along with physiotherapy will also help you.

I feel pain from my lower neck and shoulder. I also have noticed from x-ray that the space between c5 and c6 of my spine have increased and when I move my neck towards back side I listen a clicking sound from the join of neck and shoulder. your cervical joints are in poor condition . you need proper treatment. 1.do neck exercise regularly . 2.use nasya 3.use oil massage with hot fomentation. 4.take griva vasti at any ayurvedic panchkarma center. this is the most effective treatment . 5.consult privately for ayurvedic treatment.
