Identify the midpoint between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Hello- since the exact reason for back pain is not mentioned, try these tips to minimize back pain- 1. Get more exercise. Regular physical activity can help ease inflammation and muscle tension. 2. Watch your weight. Extra pounds, especially in your midsection, can make back pain worse by shifting your center of gravity and putting strain on your lower back. 3. If you smoke, stop. Smoking restricts the flow of nutrient-containing blood to spinal discs, so smokers are especially vulnerable to back pain. 4. Sleeping position. Prefer to sleep on your back. 5. Pay attention to your posture. The best chair for preventing back pain is one with a straight back or low-back support. Keep your knees a bit higher than your hips while seated. 6. Be careful how you lift. 7. Lighten your wallet. Sitting on an overstuffed wallet may cause discomfort and back pain. 8. Wear an orthopedic belt. It provide support to the muscles adjoining the vertebrae thus minimizes pain. 9. Use ayurvedic supplements for back pain. Ashwagandharistha 2 tsp twice daily trayodashanga guggulu 2 tab twice daily rheumasyl liniment for massage in affected area.

Joint Replacement Surgery: Health Information Basics for You and Your Family

What Can Happen to My Joints?
Joints can be damaged by arthritis and other diseases, injuries, or other causes. Arthritis or simply years of use may cause the joint to wear away. This can cause pain, stiffness, and swelling. Bones are alive, and they need blood to be healthy, grow, and repair themselves. Diseases and damage inside a joint can limit blood flow, causing problems.

What Is a New Joint Like?
A new joint, called a prosthesis (praas-THEE-sis), can be made of plastic, metal, or both. It may be cemented into place or not cemented, so that your bone will grow into it. Both methods may be combined to keep the new joint in place.
A cemented joint is used more often in older people who do not move around as much and in people with “weak” bones. The cement holds the new joint to the bone. An uncemented joint is often recommended for younger, more active people and those with good bone quality. It may take longer to heal, because it takes longer for bone to grow and attach to it.
New joints generally last at least 10 to 15 years. Therefore, younger patients may need to have the same damaged joint replaced more than once.

Most of the people feel a pain still after successful replacement

You can avoid joint replacement surgery, if you can really recover the damaged joint, Joint damage may cause due to above said condition. Glucosamine is marketed to support the structure and function of joints. But Glucosamine should be taken with combination based on the health condition of the person. Please consult a doctor before you proceed with this. Or you can reach us. Lets go with food supplement of glucosamine, we help you with natural from nature.

Hello- noise coming from the knees is due to decreased synovial fluid in your knee joint which is causing friction between two bones which makes joint. >continuous friction may lead to joint pain and swelling in near future. >looking at your age you should follow these schedules- 1) do warm sesame oil massage daily on your knees twice. 2) increase dietary products that can increase synovial fluid (ghee, milk, malai etc.) 3) avoid foods that are harmful to joint structure.(fast food, spicy and junk diet, shila anna) 4) don, t exert too much stress on your knee joint.(sudden running, heavy exercise) 5) wear knee cap for minimizing body load on knee joint. 6) treat your indigestion if having. 7) tray to get a sound sleep (at least 8 hrs a day)

Hello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight, avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). (Excessive sitting or standing is to be avoided as well don’t carry much weight on shoulders). Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Begin focusing each body part and relaxing it, then moving on. Keep the mind focused on relaxation, the breath should be normal. Relax the whole body. Management: -Stretching or activities that place additional strain on the back are discouraged. -Sleeping with a pillow between the knees while lying on one side may increase comfort. -Lying on your back with a pillow under your knees would also relieves pain and no pillow under your head. -Some people seem to benefit from the use of ice or heat. Take care, do not use a heating pad on ‘high’ or place ice directly on the skin. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter.
