I want help in losing weight. My doctor said that my body is resisting insulin because of which I am not losing weight. Please suggest me foods that can solve this problem. Else are there any other cheap supplements or tablets for minimizing insulin resistance? Please help. Thank you.

It looks as if you are in Pre-Diabetic stage. It is important to take proper precautions now itself. Please follow these steps. Sugar levels can be controlled/managed by a proper regulated diet and exercise..>> Avoid 3 big meals. Instead take small mini meals every 2/3 hours. Take green vegetables/salad with every minimeal..>> Eat whole grain food/grains like ragi, wheat, jowar, barley, instead of refined grains like maida/ sooji/ white bread, white rice etc.>> Avoid all forms of simple sugars like Colas, juices, sweets, cakes, biscuits, pizzas, noodles etc..>> Eat fruits with low/medium GI index like apple, guava, mosambi, orange..>> Do at least 30-45 mins of exercise everyday. Walk for 10 mins after every meal..>> These steps can help reduce sugar levels.

He can take normal diet which he likes except few restrictions like he should avoid sugar jahgery honey sweets sweet fruits like banana mangoes grapes cheekoo etc. Avoid junk food. There is no need to give energy supplement. He should exercise regularly like walking yoga etc. Should be active as far as he can. Take medicines as prescribed. Monitor blood sugar regularly.

chronic consumption of chewing gums sometimes causes side effects because too much xylitol has been known to draw too much water into the gut with it or it may get fermented in the gut by intestinal bacteria which results in nausea,bloating, diarrhea and a psychological feeling of dependence. Apart from these most of the chewing gum contains aspartame, which in the body is broken down to phenylalanine, few of the people have genetic abnormality to metabolise it. So it leads to phenylketonuria in them. This informations are usually mentioned in most of the chewing gum brands.

I understand your problems. For throat pain gurgling with salted warm water, and take Homoeopathic medicine. Take five phos 6x 4 tab 3 times in a day. And belladonna 30 5 globule every 4 hrs.

I am 25 year old I am suffering sleep deprivation I am sleep only 3 or 4 hr on 24 hr some time I am not sleep over 24 hr please take advice for this reason I feel weakness and my study are very affected and within 7 days under eye dark circles increase please help me.

hello...sleep deprivation is a matter of brain and not eyes...when we keep thinking without pause or take stress then we dont get sleep...if u have stress in life...try to get rid of that...take balanced diet....meditate if possible...regarding dark circles..i think ur diet is lacking in essential nutrients...eat proper balanced diet and take proper sleep as lack of sleep causes these dark circles

A guideline for creating the best vegetarian diet for weight loss. Based on this, you can create your own diet plan as the food choices of each person may vary and the items available to you may be different from what mentioned here. Early Morning You can have any of the following items to start your day. 1 glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice added to it. This drink will have zero calories in it. You can add one teaspoon of honey to the above mix and have it in the morning. This combination is believed to burn the fat inside the body. 1 cup of green tea or black tea or black coffee without added sugar You can choose any of these for your diet plan or change the items daily to avoid monotony. Breakfast You can have a breakfast which contains less than 350 calories. Here are some options Two rotis along with half a cup lentil gravy or tofu gravy OR 1 quarter plate brown bread or broken wheat upma and a cup of low fat milk OR 2 Idlis and half a cup of sambar  and ½ cup of low fat milk Mid Morning Snack You can use boiled pulses, green salads, low- calorie fruits or nuts as a snack Take ½ cup melon/cucumber and carrot salad or 20 grapes or a fistful of peanuts/ almonds/ melon seeds. Make sure that the calorie consumption is between 50-70 calories. Lunch There are multiple options for vegetarian lunch. You can eat rotis with vegetables or go for brown rice and vegetable gravies or have some roti and rice, according to your preference. Make sure that the calories do not exceed 350 calories. Here are some suggestions for your best vegan diet for weight loss. 1 cup brown rice (not to exceed 200 grams cooked rice) and ½ cup mixed vegetable gravy along with one bowl mixed vegetable salad and 1 small bowl raitha or low fat curd. Ensure that the vegetables are cooked using low fat oil and without adding coconut. 2 rotis with ½ cup vegetable gravy of your choice and one small cup raitha or green salad. You can change the above menu to ½ cup rice, and one roti with vegetable gravy, if you prefer to eat both rice and roti for lunch. If you feel that your stomach is not full, try having some clear soup before having your lunch. Evening In the evening you can opt for any of these Green teaButtermilkSalted lime juiceHalf cup oats cooked in low fat milk or water If you prefer to eat some snacks, you can select any of the mid morning snack or can opt for a half cup of cooked pulses or beans. Dinner Start your dinner with any thin soup. You can eat 2 rotis or one quarter plate upma or 3 slices of brown bread or one bowl of oats at night along with ½ cup vegetable and 1 bowl of salad. Hello, its no genetic problems, certainly his height will improve give good, hot and timely fresh food, that will do. Try to apply medicated oil whole body and Milk should be given every day along with 2 tsf cow ghee and sugar.
