This appears to be due to post inflammatory pigmentation. If it is following msquito bites as you say it will gradually fade away provided you avoid further bites.

Day by day my skin tone is getting darker recommend some treatment and diet to get healthy white skin back.

Day by day my skin tone is getting darker recommend some treatment and diet to get healthy white skin back.
In order to enhance your skin you need to take care of your skin from outside. You may use a cream or moisturizer that contains Alpha Hydroxy Acid's (AHA's) like glycolic acid, lactic acid etc. AHA's exfoliate superficial dead skin cells and renew it with newer younger cells. Continued use of AHA's keeps skin in a state of continued renewal. This renewed skin is healthier, lighter and brighter. You may also opt for a few sessions of chemical peeling, particularly glycolic peel, from nearest approachable dermatologist. Glycolic peel utilizes a higher concentration of glycolic acid as compared to that present in creams/ moisturizers. The concentration that is available in peels is 20%, 35% 50% and 70%. Whereas creams contain just 6%, 8% or 10% of glycolic acid. I also suggest you to use a broad spectrum sunscreen, throughout the day. It should have both UVA as well as UV B coverage. Regular use of broad spectrum sunscreen would prevent tanning and also delay skin ageing i.e appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Some sunscreens are also fortified with vitamin C which has skin lightening as well as antiageing properties. Besides topical creams and chemical peeling sessions you may also take a few sessions of microdermabrasion to achieve the desired results. I suggest you to visit a dermatologist in your vicinity for more details and the needful. Regards.

I have black spots and pigmentation on my face. Is there any easy and quick solution in ayurveda for my problem.

I have black spots and pigmentation on my face. Is there any easy and quick solution in ayurveda for my problem.
Black spots are mainly due to udavarta (improper functions of all vaat). Its mainy due to 1) dharniya vega (urges, should b controled, but you arent) like chinta-stress, bhaya-fear, shoka-, krodha-short temper, maan- ego, lobha-greedy etc mental condition you should control your self 2) adharniya vega (urges that shouldnt be controlled, but you are controling) like sleep, urine, stool, hunger, thirst, yawn, sneeze, vomit etc. Main treatment is to stop causative factor among this. Also there are some ayurveda medicine, lepa-cream, face treatment, or panchkarma (detoxification) will definately help you.

Lesions are usually self-healing without any treatment but often recur. Emollients and oral antihistamines are useful in relieving itching in the acquired form of the disease. Apply Isotretinoin on the affected area.

Hello doctor. I have oily skin so my doctor suggested that use either rivela gel dry touch sunscreen or suncros tint. Which one is better for avoiding pimples due to use of sunscreen.

Hello doctor. I have oily skin so my doctor suggested that use either rivela gel dry touch sunscreen or suncros tint....
Both are good products Mr Naveen. You can choose either. Keep your oily skin under control with a good oil control face wash and if you get acne/ pimples, that needs to be treated in a different way altogether. The products you mentioned are just sunscreens, they would not make your skin more oily for sure but they have no role in preventing acne/pimples. If anything concerns please feel free to get back to me.
