I am having pain in heels from past several months. Off late it has increased and I am finding difficulty in walking. The pain is now coming to the knees and then to the spine. Please let me know possible reason for the same.

Dear lybrate user the cause of the pain may be excess use of cold, dry and low quality foods which is opposite your body constitution. Indulgence of excess sexual intercourse, excess travelling, doing over work like exercises or sport activities, malnourishment of joints and bones, mental disturbances like worries, depression, anxiety, metabolic disorders, any physical injury, keeping hungry for long time and supressng natural urges for long time can lead and increase the pain. So avoid above causes and you can get relief to a greater extent by ayurvedic treatment.

Yes it helps. Along with that I suggest you to have 3 -4 spoons of honey after having breakfast, lunch and dinner. I also suggst you to have dryfruits like almonds, cashews. Please do not skip breakfast. Its must to have food at the right time. Wet dates. Whole milk avocado nuts boiled egg rice-which is rich in carbohydrates contains good amount of calories. By following above said diet. You can find considerable change in you weight.

Dear lybrateuser, - Sugar in excess is harmful & if you do not exercise or lead a sedentary life then it can have harmful effect on the body - substituting it with molasses or Jaggery is good & may not have harmful effect on the body.

Hi I am having pain around knee and pain in leg sole and I have vit d3 level of 33 checked 2 days back also having body pain and pain around hand and leg fingers. Can I take vit d3 60 k once a week for 1 month. Uric acid ok. Tsh ok. Having trygliride of 289 and total cholesterol of 197 and hdl 24 and ldl 116. B12 level is 361. Pls suggest.

Hi. From this week I found my left eye itching and just a little pain. But yesterday I got up with it red and puffy and even this morning it is still red.. Hello. I think you have allergic conjunctivitis. 1. Eye allergies, called allergic conjunctivitis, are a common condition that occurs when the eyes react to something that irritates them (called an allergen). 2. The eyes produce a substance called histamine to fight off the allergen. As a result, the eyelids and conjunctiva (the thin, filmy membrane that covers the inside of your eyelids) become red, swollen and itchy, with tearing and burning. The key to treating eye allergies is a. Avoid or limit contact with the substance causing the problem. B. Avoid rubbing eyes instead do cold compresses. Use antiallergic eyedrop along with lubricating eyedrop. This will help you I am very sorry dear to say that there is no medicine that can cure allergy. Only way is to stay away from all those things that you are allergic to.
