Yogurt for Skin Lightening Lactic acid is a known remedy for natural skin lightening. This acid is the most gentle alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs). Alpha hydroxy acids act as exfoliants by contributing in rapid shedding of dead skin cells on the surface. This leads to cell renewal which in turn removes dullness from your skin giving you a brightening effect. As a skin lightening agent, lactic acid helps bleach the hyperpigmented skin by suppressing the production of melanin. Therefore, using yogurt loaded with lactic acid, makes sense when it comes to skin lightening with natural remedies. Ways to use yogurt for skin lightening 1. Take some plain, unflavored and unsweetened, yogurt. Rub this gently on to your skin for a couple of minutes. Then leave the yogurt on your skin for another few minutes. Now wash off using lukewarm water. Repeat this daily. 2. Mix yogurt, lemon juice and oatmeal to get make a face mask. Apply this to your skin. Leave it there for 15-20 minutes before washing off with water. 3. Add 1-2 tsp of honey to 1 tablespoon of yogurt. Apply this to your skin. Leave it for 10-15 minutes. Wash off with water. Repeat daily.

I am a 23 years old female. I have under eye dark circles for several years. Please tell me how to remove it?

Dear patient, The cause for Brown or dark circles or dark spot is the result of hyper pigmentation, triggered by chronic eye-rubbing, sun exposure, or genetics. They are most prevalent among Asian skin tones. OTC treatments: Your best bet is daily use of a "SpotNil" lotion which is a skin brightener, which can lighten circles over a period of four to six weeks. Avoid hydroquinone as most dermatologists agree that it?s too heavy-duty for the sensitive skin. Homeopathic Medicines are 100% safe and effective. Revert back with feedback after 1 week of using SpotNil lotion. For further assistance you can concern me privately.

I am 52 male. From a few days blood comes with my stool in the morning. What should I do?

It is likely to be piles or an anal fissure. Anal fissure is painful and improves with general measures but may require surgery. Piles may or may not require surgery depending on its stage. The general measures I would suggest are 1. Take lot of vegetables & fruits in your diet 2. Avoid chillies & spices 3. Take lot of fluids 4. Avoid constipation 5 periodically do anal exercises (alternately contracting & relaxing the buttocks, anal area & upper thighs) 6. Take sitz bath 3-4 times a day. This means sitting in a tub of warm water & doing anal exercises 7. Atleast once get it examined by a general surgeon.

Dark circles are fairly common problem many people face. While ageing is the primary cause of dark circles, but with the changing lifestyle, hectic work schedule and poor nutrition, more and more people are facing dark circles. Those who are anaemic, are stresses out, have poor digestion, stay dehydrated or have a family history of dark circles are more prone to dark circles. Skin around eyes is the thinnest and that is why poor blood circulation in that particular area appears more prominently in the form of blue/black eyes. The best treatment to treat dark circles is to increase oxygen circulation in your body with the help of exercises, yoga. Taking break between hectic work schedule and splashing your eyes with cold water 2-3 times a day is helpful. Drink plenty of water throughout the day, have a balanced diet, eat more iron and zinc containing foods like dates, nuts and dry fruits. Many topical creams that contain kojic acid helps to reduce dark circles but they should be taken after consulting a good dermatologist only. Some latest treatments like light therapy, skin resurfacing and injectable fillers give faster and long lasting results, but before you choose one it's important to determine the cause. Please consult on private chat with clinical photographs for treatment prescription.

White spots on can occur due to a number of reasons, of which conditions can be mild or severe. The condition can be mild or severe, and generally covers the majority of the skin on a particular area of the body. They may also cause irritation or itching. The occurrence of whites on the face can be extremely distressing. People affected with this problem should obtain medical advice to diagnose what is causing the condition and the suitable treatment. Causes of White Spots White spots on the face occur for various reasons. Understanding some of these reasons may be beneficial in treating the condition. Furthermore, understanding the cause can also help people avoid certain circumstances that increase the risk. 1. Tinea Versicolor This is a chronic fungal infection of the skin. Also known as pityriasisversicolor, this fungus causes discolored patches on the skin as it interferes with the normal pigmentation. The color of the patches may be darker or lighter than the surrounding skin and most often, affects the back and trunk of adolescent males. Exposure to sunlight, hot, humid weather, oily skin and excessive sweating may aggravate the condition. 2. Vitiligo This is a skin condition that results in the loss of melanocyte pigmentation of the skin. This results in white patches that feel as if it is part of the skin. The cause of vitiligo is unclear although it is believed to be an autoimmune disease. However, mild trauma to any area of the skin including the face can also result in the development of vitiligo. Vitiligo can affect the face, hands and feet, elbows and genital area. 3. Idiopathic Guttate Hypomelanosis White spots on the face may also be due to Idiopathic Guttate Hypomelanosis, a skin condition resulting in 2 to 5 mm flat, white spots commonly found on the shins and forearms. This skin condition mostly affects fair skinned people, although it may occur in dark skinned individuals too. The white spots may occur more commonly in people over the age of 40. 4. Pityriasis Alba This skin condition is common in children aged 6 to 12. It is a rash that appears on the face, neck and arms, and is not easily differentiated between normal skin. The rash may be covered with skin flakes resembling light dust. The cause of Pityriasis Alba is not known and is often considered as a form of eczema. This condition is often mistaken with vitiligo. However, while vitiligo has a distinct border, Pityriasis Alba does not. Treatments for White Spots on Face The medical treatment for white spots depends entirely on the root cause that underlies the condition. There are certain things that you can try to accelerate the process of treatment . Some of these mentioned treatments are professional while others are home remedies. Home Remedies .  For treating vitiligo, consumption of ginger juice is recommended as it promotes blood flow. neem seed oil applied to the affected area will also bring beneficial results.  Idiopathic Guttate Hypomelanosis may not require treatment as it is harmless. However, topical steroids and retinoids may help treat the condition.

These are the methods to treat fastly acne - • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. * Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the pimples three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. Be healthy.

7 years is preety log period. Tell her to use sunscreen on daily basis from 9 am-4 pm to prevent further darkening. She can apply a cream containing combination of hydroquinone2% & hydrocortizone over affected area two times a day for 20-25 days. Then she should stop it without consulting consulting an expert.

Either you have to go for a scar revision to remove the scar and bring together the hair bearing portions or you will need hair transplant over that area.

Hi, I am from mumbai I am having skin tags in my face, neck & under arms please suggest me what medicine can I use.
Too many skin tags sometimes indicate Insulin Resistence and chance of developing Diabetis. So rule them out before starting treatment.
