Hi. Its not safe to use dettol on face. It will burn your skin. Acne is an inflammatory skin problem affecting the oil glands on face. Acne needs to be treated so that it does not leave any pigmentation or scars. It is important to find the cause of acne and treat accordingly. Causes may include hormonal, use of cosmetics, unhealthy diet and life style or oral medications for some other medical problem.

I am male and have a problem of sweat in pubic area and irritation when the hair becomes visible. Shaving causing allergy and difficult. What kind of hair removal do you advise including balls and perineum. I am medium tan and black hair. Preferably permanent. Can I do my self, or clinic visit. If so where in India like cochin.

You only need to keep the hair short by cutting with scissors and keep the area dry . ALso use antiperspirant and antifungal powder like Candid powder

I had high viral fever few days before and it ran for 3-4 days until I took paracetamol continuously. After recovery from fever, I am having pain in throat and ear and I am unable to swallow properly. Even I am afraid of drinking Water. UK doctors asked me to take just ibuprofen and paracetamol and gave some lozenges. Lozenges did not work at all. Ibuprofen is causing heavy sleeps. I am not taking any paracetamol. I has zifi 200 for 2 daya but still no improvement. What should I do? I have amoxicillin as well. Shall I take that?

Hello, take homoeopathic medicines - schwabe's alpha-cf, biocombination-6 and sbl's cough lozenges, both thrice a day for 4-5days. Avoid rough use of voice. Avoid cold food/ drinks. Avoid sitting long hours in a/c rooms. Do gargles with warm water and salt 2-3 times a day. Take steam -inhalation twice daily revert.

Hi lybrate-user this can be done in a few steps: eat less chapatis, less rice, i. E. Less carbohydrates. Take more pulses and pulses products. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid taking creamed milk and milk products. Also avoid eating fried foods, junk foods, canned foods, etc. Must take salad with your every main meal. Drink plenty of water. Take green tea instead of normal tea but not more than twice a day. Walk at least for half an hour after dinner at night. Take exercises daily as it helps in better absorption of food.

Hello, there are few food items which helps you in boosting up your memory power, increases focus & concentration, so try to take more of these: 1. Choline: good sources of choline include liver, milk, eggs and peanuts. 2. Vitamin b: b vitamins are not synthesized in the body, and thus need to be obtained from food. Only food can give you energy to lift more weights and be stronger. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a.Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B.Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. So,increase your intake by eating low-fat dairy products such as milk, yogurt and cheese or green leafy vegetables. - Your body uses vitamin B-6 to manufacture new red blood cells. When you lose red blood cells via menorrhagia, your body will need more to build new cells. Also, vitamin B-6 is required for your blood sugar to stay at healthy levels. This can help prevent menstrual cramping-related mood swings and fatigue. Vitamin B-6 is found in fortified cereals, bananas, spinach, sunflower seeds, avocados, tomato juice and salmon. - Just as foods can help reduce the symptoms of menstrual cramping and bleeding, foods can aggravate your symptoms. This includes eating excessive amounts of sugar -- such as cakes, cookies and pies. These are known to contribute to water retention, which make you feel bloated and uncomfortable. You need a immediate health check ups. Along with this follow these. Take more foods more frequently. Do not skip meals. Avoid fast foods as far as possible. Add ghee, butter etc with foods. Use extra refined foods with unrefined. Add extra healthy fats in cooking. Eat more fish, egg, meat etc. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Take quality sleep.
