I find this one the hardest! Caffeine is a diuretic, which makes you urinate out more liquid than you take in causing dehydration. Dehydration of your body and hair roots is another key reason for hair loss. Replace your daily coffee intake with a fruit beverage, milk or any other non-caffeinated drink to those shiny and healthy hair.

You might find the sting of undiluted lemon juice unbearable. So mingle it with few drops of water. You can also use a face mask made out of lemon juice and other ingredients like chickpea flour and almond. You need to soak about 5-6 almonds overnight in water. Next morning peel off the almond skins, crush almonds to a smooth paste, adding lemon juice and 2 tbsp chickpea flour to your mixture. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and apply the mask all over face and neck. Keep for about 20 minutes and then rinse with cold water. Repeat thrice a week. 2. Dry out the orange rinds. Ground those into a fine powder. Mingle the powder with curd and honey and apply it all over your face. Massage in a circular pattern for about 10-15 minutes and wash off with cold water. Repeat this remedy too thrice a week. Inform Mr. progress.

Repeated urination increased thirst increased hunger weight loss blurred vision weakness and malaise lack of concentration acanthosis (darkening in armpits, nape) are the symptoms of diabetes. By keeping your blood sugar level under control with diet exercise and medication you can avoid these symptoms.

You should apply cinemom powder and honey paste on the pimples daily at night with cotton bud and leave it for a night. In the morning wash it with luke warm water. Do it for a week. It will give you good results.

Because of some personal reasons I have suffered from 5 years of anxiety when I was a teen (from age 15 to 19) and recovered without any medicines. After the anxiety I lived happily for 7 years but after 7 years I have again suffered from 1.5 years of anxiety because of some reasons and again recovered without any medicines. So it was total of 6.5 years of anxiety I suffered. I am not sure about the severity of the anxiety because I don't know how much is severe in case of anxiety. Now I am fine but I have heard constant anxiety causes hippocampus to shrink and now I am worried about my brain that does It has shrinked. I feel my memory and other functions are normal but I am not 100% sure about it. Because I think little bit of shrinkage will not reflect on my memory that much which can be noticed by myself. Please tell me is it possible that after nearly 6.5 years of anxiety my brain didn't shrinked if yes then why it didn't shrinked. And how much time Anxiety or other mental problems like depression takes to shrink the hippocampus. And is the shrinkage permanent or reversible. And if it reversible how can we reverse it.

It is likely that some damage to the hippocampus may have happened but is not of a large magnitude. Much of this can be reversed with treatment. Treatment can be in the form of medicines as well as therapy. Some medicines are powerful than others in reversing this shrinkage. I appreciate your deep knowledge and understanding of the subject, but the knowledge needs to be converted to actions.
