Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

Hye. You can eat a fruit 15 minutes prior to workout. Within an hour post workout you must have a good breakfast or a snack. Stay hydrated throughout.

Dark circles are caused by hyperpigmentation or when you have more melanin in certain areas of the skin. Several factors can cause hyperpigmentation, like exposure to the sun, skin inflammation or endocrine diseases,Lighten dark skin and lips naturally with lemon juice. Things you need Small bowl Lemons Yogurt Honey In a small bowl, mix 1/4 juice of a lemon with one tablespoon of yogurt or honey to dilute the mixture. Apply to the areas which are dark and wait until the mask dries. Now gently rinse the skin with warm water.

Looking at her age please check out whether she has any blood pressure issues. And sugar levels too. Vertigo seems to be a possibility. You can give her homeopathic medicine conium maculatum 30 3 pills 3 times a day for a week its absolutely safe to give. You can revert if it does not help.

Back Pain and Bad Sleep

Pain related sleep disruption has affected a large number of people around the globe. Statistics has it that, in India, about 25% of the population suffers from pain-related sleep deprivation. Studies call it ‘the vicious cycle of pain and sleep’ as pain affects your ability to sleep and lack of sleep makes the pain even worse.

Back pain and arthritis are examples of some common pain-related medical disorders. People with these types of chronic pains have reported persistent sleeplessness or have had immense trouble falling asleep.

The following are the primary sleep disorders associated with chronic pain:

  1. Insomnia: It is a medical condition that is characterized by an inability to fall asleep no matter how physically exhausted you are. Insomnia can be acute (lasting for one night to a week) or chronic (that lasts for more than 3 weeks).
  2. Hypersomnia: It is a condition wherein you tend to sleep excessively; in this condition, you will have trouble being awake throughout the day or can fall asleep at any point of time.
  3. Sleep Apnoea: This is a sleep disorder wherein breathing pauses and resumes repeatedly. Risk factors include obesity, age and gender; it is more commonly observed in men. This condition can be chronic with symptoms such as snoring loudly or feeling very tired even after one has had a night’s sleep.
  4. Restless leg syndrome: It is a sleep disorder wherein you continuously move your legs while sleeping. However, this condition can also cause you to move your legs even if you aren’t sleeping.

Some of the causes of sleep disorders due to chronic pain are:

  1. Pain
  2. Worry and anxiety
  3. Sweating at night
  4. Depression and other mental disorders

Treatment

A pain and sleep disorder should be simultaneous as both the components of it, pain and sleep, are interrelated. Some of the ways people with chronic pain can still have a good night’s sleep are:

  • Limiting caffeine intake
  • Abstaining from alcohol and smoking, as these disrupt the sleep cycles, thus aggravating the existing pain.
  • Practicing meditation and other relaxation techniques
  • Pain killers or sleeping pills can be administered, but only with the doctor’s advice.
  • Hot water fomentation over painful area during night, for better sleep.

These are the methods to treat fastly pimples & spots: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. Be healthy.

What are the main symptoms of dangerous dengue fever? How can I free from this dangerous fever?
The principal symptoms of dengue are: -high fever and at least two of the following: -severe headache -severe eye pain (behind eyes) -joint pain -muscle and/or bone pain -rash -mild bleeding manifestation (nose or gum bleed, petechiae, or easy bruising) Watch for warning signs as temperature declines 3 to 5 days after symptoms/fever began, as this is the most dangerous period when platelet counts decline significantly. Report immediately to hospital if any of the following warning signs appear: -severe abdominal pain or persistent vomiting -red spots or patches on the skin -bleeding from nose or gums -vomiting blood -black, tarry stools  -drowsiness or irritability -pale, cold, or clammy skin -difficulty breathing There is no specific medication for treatment of a dengue infection. -Use analgesics with acetaminophen (crocin or dolo -650 mg) and avoid those containing ibuprofen, naproxen, aspirin or aspirin containing drugs. -Take rest, drink plenty of fluids like coconut water, lime water etc.to prevent dehydration. -Avoid visiting heavily populated residential areas, if possible.

Hello- due to excessive indulgence in sexual activites your" oja" (source of immune response in body) has been reduced and due to which now you have lost the control for sex. Hello- Follow these regimen to reduce your weight- 1. Eat a high-protein breakfast. Eating a high-protein breakfast has been shown to reduce cravings and calorie intake throughout the day. 2. Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice. These are the most fattening things you can put into your body, and avoiding them can help you lose weight. 3. Drink water a half hour before meals. One study showed that drinking water a half hour before meals increased weight loss by 44% over 3 months. 4. Choose weight loss-friendly foods. 5. Eat soluble fiber. Studies show that soluble fibers may reduce fat, especially in the belly area. Fiber supplements like glucomannan can also help. 6. Drink coffee or tea. If you’re a coffee or a tea drinker, then drink as much as you want as the caffeine in them can boost your metabolism by 3-11%. 7. Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods. Base most of your diet on whole foods. They are healthier, more filling and much less likely to cause overeating. 8. Eat your food slowly. Fast eaters gain more weight over time. I've been taking anti-depressants on the recommendation of my psychiatrist, but they seem to be making no difference and instead have multiple side-effects. Currently, I've tried Spenzo, Prestiq, Unidex 100, Clobazam, Ec Pan. In the past, I tried Modafinil and it did seem to work by making me energized and more active. Should I change psychiatrists? Try different medication? Or try Modafinil as an anti-depressant?

Since you have tried so many medications and still say results r not there, confirm the diagnosis again, by psychomteric tests and it is wise to get another psychiatrist opinion. All the best.
