My face gets lot of unopened fat pop-up inside my skin and pimples come often every week 1 after another, some may stay for long time when they swell and form big with puss, due to that sometimes I get scar's and pores are common to stay, my face is oily, my age is 32 years weight 72 kg, I eat lot of spicy, masala,oily, fries,non veg, I skip breakfast daily, no specific time for lunch and dinner, sometimes eat heavily, do not exercise, has acidity, gas,burning in my chest and stomach. Pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. For pimples and to remove scars take following med. Berberis aquifolium q. X 14 days 20 drops twice in water. Use berberis aquifolium oin any company also drink plenty water. Have green vegetables. Stop oily food. Avoid night watching. Sir I would suggest you for customized diet plans for weight loss. For time being add 1spoon isabgol in your rotis and triphala powder soaked overnight in water have it in morning and night. Avoid fry spicy junk food and aerated drinks and do 30mints of exercise in the day.

I am having anorexia symptoms like weight loss, not feeling hungry etc so can you suggest what to do and what not do.
Produce made from them, tea, coffee and fried foods. The application of ice-bag over the stomach for half an hour before meals will be beneficial in the treatment of this condition. Another usual application is wet girdle pack for an hour daily. The procedure is as follows: a thin cotton underwear should be wrung in cold water and worm by the patient. Above this, wet underwear, a thick dry cotton underwear should be worm. A cold hip bath taken once daily will also go a long way in curing anorexia certain home remedies have been found beneficial in the treatment of anorexia nervosa. The most important of this is the use of orange (santra). It gives rest to the digestive organs and supplies nutrition in a most easily assimilable from. It also stimulates the flow of digestive juices thereby improving digestion and increasing appetite. It creates suitable conditions for the development of friendly bacteria in the intestine. The use of sour grapes (khata angoor) is another effective remedy for anorexia nervosa. The juice of these grapes should be used in kneading the flour before preparing the bread. This bread should be used continuously for two to three weeks. It will tone up the stomach and create good appetite. Lime (niboo) is also a valuable remedy for loss of appetite. A preparation made form this fruit and ginger has been found very effective in overcoming this condition. About five ml. Of the juice of lime should be mixed with an equal quantity of the juice of ginger and a gram of rock salt should be added to this mixture. It should then be placed in sunlight for three days and a teaspoon should be taken after each meal. This will tone up the digestive system and improving appetite. The apple (seb) is another fruit useful in anorexia nervosa. It helps digestion by stimulating the flow of pepsin in the stomach. Garlic (lahsoon) possess special property to stimulate the digestive tone of this system and improve appetite. A soup prepared from this vegetable can be of immense help to a patient suffering from anorexia nervosa. This soup can be reinforced with lemon juice for better results. The use of ginger (adrak) has also proved valuable in the loss of appetite. About five grams of this vegetable should be ground and licked with a little salt for the treatment of this condition. Other measures beneficial in the treatment of anorexia nervosa are daily sun cool air baths, out-of-door life and general and abdominal massage.

Hi, Follow the following medication and guidelines----Start the treatment with single dose of Tuberculinum 1M. Hold it, not so fast to give up on life. You are so young and have a whole life ahead of you and yet thinking so negatively. You must be seriously depressed. But do not give up hope. There are so many things to do. First, visit a counselor and discuss your problem at length. If necessary take your parents and your entire developmental history from prenatal days till today. Also it would help if you took your family history from your grandparents onwards. The counselor will help identify the origins and give you a series of things to do. If your depression is really severe, that person may suggest a doctor? s visit too. Now cooperate with both of the therapies for the best results, for a substantially long time. Do not discontinue the counseling, if you are on medication. You must be active and work towards your reformation. Many lifestyle changes need to be made to progress away for the condition. When you are depressed, you will feel lazy though I would like to call it lethargy. There is an inertia and lack of energy to even think, let alone act. You are required to literally do the opposite of what you feel like doing. Depression makes you want to withdraw, lie down, sleep, become lethargic, slow down, make you too lazy to even think etc. So when I suggested doing the opposite, you will need to fight this disease. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, eat more of proteins and vegetables, attend yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on tv or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least 30 minutes but not in the scotching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three things, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in god to alleviate your sufferings. Don? t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. You are young and you can do it with some commitment.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Hello, The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on these points which helps in right way without harming your body if you don’t have any medical condition. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass.
