I am a boy of 16year old and I have a headache since last 1week and I can't see clearly from my eye. Please help me.
Hello, Some primary headaches can be triggered by lifestyle factors, including: Alcohol, particularly red wine Certain foods, such as processed meats that contain nitrates Changes in sleep or lack of sleep Poor posture Skipped meals Stress insufficient sleep or rest Overexertion Nutritional deficiencies A secondary headache is a symptom of a disease that can activate the pain-sensitive nerves of the head. Any number of conditions — varying greatly in severity — may cause secondary headaches. Get your blood pressure checked, make a chart. Let me know about the readings, will give you medication accordingly. Also, get eyes tested. Medication: Meantime, can start with homoeopathic medicine - Bakson's Mig Aid tablet/ after every 2 hours.

Dear Mr. lybrate-user, Do not use the moisturizer if your skin is reacting, instead try Sebamed face wash and only if your face feel dry the use the Sebamed moisturizer. Always keep your skin clean. Sebamed products are good to reduce acne. Thank You-

Mental Health - 13 Tips To Improve It!

People often misjudge mental health with 'madness'. It, however, only is all about mental and emotional wellbeing. It refers to our cognitive, emotional and behavioural soundness. If anyone is mentally ill, he/she might be facing problems in daily life, relationships and even physical health.

The misconception that mentally unhealthy people are mad or crazy too prevalent that about 60 percent of mentally sick people are not taken to doctors. Instead, they are taken to astrologers and tantriks.

In today's highly stressful world, people do not have time to think and plan their lives. The fast-paced modern lifestyle has forced the individuals to keep their emotions and problems within which often results in them developing mental disorders.

Sometimes emotional wounds like deep hurts, insults, neglect, shaming, physical and/or sexual abuse in childhood, may cause Personality or Behavioural disorders.

A person who loses temper for any small thing, or who is suspicious all the time or the one who breaks down or cries at slightest provocation, or who is jealous and possessive to the extent of being obsessed, or who is anxious all the time etc., needs to understand his/her feelings and find out the root cause of such feelings and behaviours.

Here are a few tips to develop/improve your mental health:

  1. Learn to express your feelings assertively
  2. Become aware of your own feelings and emotions
  3. Understand how to manage your emotions on day to day basis (anger, fear, jealousy etc)
  4. Review and nurture your relationships and infuse new life into them
  5. Periodically get rid of past baggage, deep hurts, spoilt relationships, unresolved issues, by resolving them in your mind
  6. Have a daily routine where your own needs and others' needs are balanced
  7. Reward yourself
  8. Develop positive attitude: focus on good events in life and positive affirmations.
  9. Introspect how often you succumb to negative emotions.
  10. Keep company of positive people
  11. Devise own methods for de-stressing
  12. Keep away from any kind of substance abuse.
  13. Have some routine exercise regime.

If these tips do not help, the patient must immediately seek help of a professional to ensure a smooth life.

lybrate-user Science still doesnot know whether diet and acne ae related .You eat low glycemic diet, rich in colorful fruits, and vegtables, omega 3 fat with 30 mg zinc gluconate. Treat your skin than chasing any theoritical yet proven diet. Some scieist hypothesis that Harmone IGF-1 produces skin oil sebum. Some hypothesize that milk and IGF-1 component, could lead to increased skin oil and resulting Acne breakout. IGF-1 also stimulate the body to produce cells. Acne is thought to sometimes begin with overproduction of skin cells inside the pore which causes the pore to become clogged. MILK may may lead to overproduction of skin cells within pores as milk contain the androgen .High glycemic food i, e sugar, white bread, white potato and white rice. Low calory intake help in acne and increased calory causes Acne. You take Omega 3 or or cold water fish. Take antioxidant in colorful fruits and vegetable. Avoid oily food as it cause high sebum formation. Homeopathy can do best as its effect on harmone and control the inflammation.

Hi, a According to Ayurveda Acne / pimples are due to Blood impurities. External application of any cream will not resolve condition. It is adviced to take internal medicines to reduce blood impurities & follow some dietary restrictions to avoid pitta & rakta prakopa. Avoid oily, spicy, sour, junk- fast food, bakery products, drink more water, wash face many times with herbal soap. Consult doctor for better advice & medications.
