Your weighr is ok just try to - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

Hye. Thanks for the query. Just eating a particular food does not cause weight loss. It's about a balance of each food group. Alos, being hypothyroid, you need to concentrate on eating right rather than eating less. Maintaining body weight is not a one time effort that you try, succeed or fail or drop the actions that take you there. You are what you eat. Your weight is nothing but a balance of how much you eat and how much you burn or exercise. Understanding this art of balance will make it easy to maintain your body weight. Walking, swimming, strength training as well as eating are all calorie burning processes. Along with this if you eat sensibly; then you will see the scales move. There is no short cut to losing weight. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called fad, crash diets, medicines, pills or supplements will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, lose that fat not muscle mass.

For your age your body is not badly shaped. For fever go on a fruit juice diet for 7 days. Take sponge bath and enema every day. If you cannot take enema drink a cup of spinach and guava juice every day.

To Prevent hair fall follow these instructions and methods: • Take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Do sarvangasan daily for 5 minutes do it under the supervision of yoga expert. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use Mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and enhance hair growth. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo.

Firstly realise that 'Weight' is not the real problem. Weight is the net result of the excess food you take and with little/no exercise. So if you want to reduce 20 Kgs, you can change your habits and slowly this extra fat will go way. - The best solution for Weight loss is Simple Diet + Daily exercise. - Cut down Oils/Sugar/Maida/Ghee/Salty stuffs from your diet. - Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice. - Add more Fruits /Salads/Proteins to your diet. Double your water intake. - Eat slowly and mindfully. Take 1600 calorie diet daily. - Reduce portion size. While eating out try to order less. - Exercise daily 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins. - Don't just focus on Weight. Focus more on building Fitness. - Reduce socialising/company of people who are addicted to junk food and overeating. - Love yourself and respect your body.

Hello. Gently move the razor on these areas. Medication: Start immediately with homoeopathic medication - Sulphur 200/ one dose daily in the morning for a week and 10 drops of Arnica Montana Q in 1/2 cup of water and apply on the face on the beard and the mustache area with a cotton swab. Then use the razor. Repeat the above process every 3rd day for few months. Also take a multivitamin Follihair/ 1 tablet daily for 3 months.

Hi, the location and the description given by you is pointing towards'milia' milia are small white bumps that form on the face when dead skin cells get trapped beneath the skin's surface, forming small, hard cysts as a result. While milia can occur at any age, it is most commonly seen with infants. Roughly half of all babies experience some form of milia. Milia will disappear without treatment. Management: -regular cleansing is an important step in treating milia at any age. Pat your face dry gently using a clean, soft towel. -go for an exfoliating moisturizer or a targeted exfoliating product. -use a targeted retinol lotion and apply it directly to the area of your skin affected by the milia. -protect your skin from the sun. -avoid heavy cosmetics or creams. -resist the temptation to scratch them away. Milia will disappear on their own in a few weeks and should not cause any discomfort or pain. Home-remedies: -mix the sugar, honey, jojoba oil and vanilla in a small bowl. Add oatmeal to the mixture and stir until the compound becomes a paste. Dip your fingertips into the facial mix and scoop some of the paste out of the bowl. Rub the oatmeal paste onto your face and massage the skin for several minutes. The sugar grains will work as a scrub to remove dead skin and debris. Rinse your face with warm water to remove the scrub. -take pomegranate peels and roast them until they are toasty brown. Crush into a fine powder and mix in lemon juice. Apply to your face and allow to remain for up to 20 minutes. You can do this a few times weekly. Medication: take homoeopathic medication - calcarea carb. 30/ 3 times a day daily for a month, revert.

Hello it is difficult to cure acne scars with cream application only. It is better for you to underwent acne scar reduction procedure. Depending upon type of scar, you can opt for: 1. Microneedling 2. Co2 laser 3: chemical peeling 4. Subscision 5. Radiofrequency treatment.

My overall routine has changed I sleep around 3-4 and wake up at 11-12. I feel a little weakish and can't really end up doing physical activities for long . If you could please suggest the remedies and some points to improve my concentration in studies.

Hi, if you will continue to sleep late and wake up late, slowly your metabolism will drop and so will your energy. It might also affect you health and concentration. I would advise you to change your studies time and rather start studying early morning.

Kindly get an x-ray done of the tooth having pain. May be you will have to get root canal treatment done followed by a crown or cap. Till then you can take a pain killer like tab dentaforce dt 2 tablets dissolved in water. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique to maintain your oral hygiene.

Mujko normal thyroid hai. Pregnency me problem ho rahi hai. Shadi ko 1 and half year ho gye hai. Mere tubes k test me right overy me cyst aai hai. Nd period bhi khul kr nahi a rahe. Period k doran blood ka color blackish hai. Mujko white discharge ki bhi problem hai ye after marriage hui hai. Mera weight 85 t0 89 k bech hai height 5.7" hai.

Dear lybrate-user Going by your history it looks like you might be having an endometriotic cyst. I would suggest getting a scan done to evaluate the cyst in the ovary. Do get your husband's semen analysis. As far as your pregnancy is concerned You can proceed with taking medication for egg development and then try naturally or get an Intra uterine Insemination (IUI) based on the test results.
