Try to run regular, maintain your wt because it is very important for your work out. Pain in stomach during running is normal in beginner. When your practice is going on and on then you will feel this pain.

For a healthy lifestyle Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

You change food habites. Avoid too oily end ghee prepretions, fast, junk, spasy foods. Take simple veg home made food if possibal in hotel take different dal green vegitabales, chapati, salad some times your choice will do. Do arobic excersices, yoga, walking will help asi adviceto you within 6 month 10 kg you will reduce. Note -- do not over eat take less as you fill hungery.

Please note the followings in respect to your queries: 1. Banana and Milk -- Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals. Note – Don’t eat bananas when you are down with common cold. If you have any medical disease that needs to be treated. Find a great personal trainer and yoga instructor to keep you consistent. Take Five phos - 4 tablets twice daily.

Hi, get your blood tested for cbc, hb%, s. Calcium, s. Ferritin and esr. Simple nutritional deficiency can cause general weakness of the body. Would advise you to take homoeopathic medicines - alfaalfa tonic and five phos. - both thrice daily, and let me know about your condition after a month. Management: daily intake more of healthy, nutritious and balanced food which includes green vegetables, seasonal fruits, salads, legumes, pulses, eggs, milk & milk products, oats, cornflakes, muesli, nuts, lean meat (chicken & few seafood), etc. Keep yourself well-hydrated by taking at least 10-12 glasses of water in a day, also increase intake of other fluids like coconut water, shikanji, jaljeera, gulkand, rooh-afza, lassi, curd, etc. Which has got cooling effect on the body during this hot summer weather. Sleep for 6-9 hrs at night and 1-2 hrs. During daytime. Avoid going out or playing under the sun, best time is after sunset. Hi, Take tab Agnitundi Vati 1 tab 3 times a day before food and tab. Liv 52 DS 1tab twice a day after food for 1-2 weeks continuously. Take Pippalyasava 2 tsf 3 times a day after diluting it with equal quantity of water, after food.

To gain weight the healthy way, add the following food items to your daily diet- Banana, cheese, nuts and nut butters, rice, whole wheat bread, potatoes and other starches such as corn. Eat more proteins. Drinking milk will help too. Increase your regular food portions a little. Also, get good amount of sleep.
