For increasing your weight, you have to be patient and practice it correctly. You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Like Eggs, lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins. Take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts. Have fruits shake/lassi/badam shake. Do Exercises for Weight gain and Get Enough Sleep.

For weight gain, no need to take any kind of Supplement, you should focus on your dietary pattern, you have to be patient and practice it correctly. You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Along With Calories like pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins can take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts. Go for exercise. Include more protein rich food in your diet as well as carbohydrate intake. You should take frequent meal, include combination of dry fruits, seeds in your diet.

If you take good diet and you are not gaining weight then you should go for liver function test after that try to gain weight and for weight gain, no need to take any kind of Supplement, you should focus on your dietary pattern, you have to be patient and practice it correctly. Hello lybrate-user, to gain weight, you have to eat every 2 hours. In your work timings, you can keep packets of cookies, some dry fruits like kaju, kismis, badaam, some namkeens, peanuts to munch on. ALso have proper breakfast, lunch and dinner with roti, rice, vegetable and dal, followed by some sweetdish. You can have milkshakes, bananas, apples, other fruits also in between meals. Slowly you will start gaining some weight.

You should focus on your dietary pattern, Take small and frequent meal, don't take heavy meals at a time. Include more fibre food in your diet. Take high protein and less of carbohydrate diet. Avoid to take every kind of package, processed food & sugary drinks. Increase your water intake and do some exercise.

I think you should go for appropriate diet. Increase protein content in your diet along with carbohydrates. You should at least take 2 glass milk with 2 bananas per glass, chicken, meat, fish, eggs should be added in the diet. Non veg diet should be taken once a week. Concentrate on natural proteins instead of any company make to avoid any future health problems.

Eat foods that are rich in calories like pulses, cereals, meat, bread, rice, dry fruits, and nuts. U can also follow by adding vegetables like French beans, broccoli, Chinese cabbage, carrots, lettuce, spinach, asparagus, pumpkins, and eggplants to your diet. Add a healthy portion of red meat to your diet too if you are non vegetarian. But keep in mind not to overdo it. The aim is to add weight, not cholesterol! You can even add olive oil in generous quantities to your salads. Another way to add calories to your diet is by increasing the consumption of dairy products. Don€’t cut back on the fat content in your milk. Do not ask for low-fat curd, paneer, cheese, at the store. Make sure you consume a full calorie dairy product. DIET CHART TO GAIN WEIGHT - Breakfast: • One, big glass of orange juice or banana shake • A bowl of oatmeal to which dried nuts like almonds, walnuts and raisins are added—using skimmed or low-fat milk and some sugar • 2-3 whole eggs, scrambled or boiled if non- vegetarian • 2-3 slices of multi-grain bread coated with a bit of butter Pre-Lunch/Mid-day Snack: A bowl of yogurt made from low-fat milk Or A few granola bars that are fortified with raisins and sesame seeds Or Whole fruits like apples or chiku or mango Lunch: • At least one form of animal meat like chicken or meat, i.e. One to two servings.(if non- vegetarian) • 4-5 rotis made from whole wheat or multi-grain flour, smeared slightly with ghee. • A big bowl of dal • A cup full of boiled rice • If eating meats is a problem, supplement it with cottage cheese made from tofu or low-fat milk Early Evening Snack: The better choice is a glass of low-fat milk to which an energy-inducing mix has been added. You can choose from a variety of malted mixtures. Try to add more of the malted mix rather than using synthetic sugar. You can use a few high-fiber biscuits or cookies to dip and munch upon. Dinner Options for Gaining Weight Dinner needs some planning since you need to end your day on a calorie high. You should combine at least one type of green vegetable along with a dal or a serving of chicken or fish with some gravy. It is better to have more of rice for dinner rather than rotis from the perspective of gaining weight. Ensure you ask the person cooking meals to use lentils with higher calorie content. This includes black grams and kidney beans. Options for Post-Dinner Snack • A few bites of dark chocolate with high cocoa content • A smoothie of fruits and yogurt • Fruits like strawberries, apples, mangoes or grapes I hope the above diet chart will help you. FOR WEIGHT GAIN - 1.Consumes additional calories: start consuming an additional calories. Even you have to consume more calories, don't go for junk food or any other bad item, stick to nutrient food. What I mean is that you can consume extra calories by eating food which have high content of calories as well as nutrients. This will help you in preventing from health problems. 2.Eat more Drink more: you should start eat a total of six times a day, taking a small meal at a time. If you can not each much, you could add snacks in between your two meals. 3.Include carbohydrate: Carbohydrate is very essential to increase our weight. Accordingly, various starchy food like rice, wheat, oat, rye etc. Fresh starchy vegetables such as potato, carrot etc. And fresh starchy fruits like banana, apple, pears etc. Should be included in your diet. You need fat. So include chocolate, ice cream etc. But note it should be consumed limited. 4. Take sufficient rest and sleep at least for six hours daily. Not only sufficient eating is enough for gaining weight (muscles), you have to digest it properly too FOR GOOD EYESIGHT - 1. Eat carrots, they are filled with vitamin A, which helps your eyes. Green leafy vegetables like spinach, Oranges and other citrus fruits or juices 2. Do eye exercises such as rolling your eyes, looking down, up, side to side. 3. Sprinkle a little water on your eyes at least 3 -4 times a day. This will help you to relax your eyes, and eventually improve eyesight. 4. Wear Sunglasses 5. Use Safety Eyewear. 6.Look Away From the Computer Screen- 7. Vitamins A, C, E, beta-carotene 8. Omega-3 fatty acids in fish 9. Zinc in eggs 10. Eat almonds 11. Dairy products- Dairy products such as milk and yogurt can be good for the eyes. They contain vitamin A as well as the mineral zinc A healthy diet is essential for eye health. Maintaining a diet high in antioxidants will prevent the development of serious eye conditions and ensure your eyes work their best. Hello, Please include all forms of protein rich food such as milk, curd, paneer, channa, lobia, rajmah, eggs, fish, chicken etc. Do not have the same food everyday. Bring in variety. Also, eat something healthy every 2-3 hours so that you are creating a slight excess in calories. Please do not opt for any gainers. Please work on it in a natural way. All the best!
