How to solve back pain problem? Before some days I have to face this problem. My age is 32.
Try few things for temporary relief of your back pain: -avoid activities that require bending forward at the waist or stooping. -try to avoid lifting objects if at all possible. -sit as little as possible, and only for short periods of time (10 to 15 minutes). -sit with a back support (such as a rolled-up towel) at the curve of your back. -keep your hips and knees at a right angle. (use a foot rest or stool if necessary.) your legs should not be crossed and your feet should be flat on the floor. -Activity is often the best medicine for back pain. “Simple exercises like walking can be very helpful -Strengthen your core. Most people with chronic back pain would benefit from stronger abdominal muscles. -Apply heating pads to comfort tender trunks. Developing an individualized exercise plan is essential to managing chronic back pain. Please get help from a physiotherapist for further assessment and management of your back pain.

Hello doctors. I'm 27 years old. I'm suffering big pain in my right ankle back side from 6-8 months. Also consulted with doctors and taking medicine also. But till date any recovery not get. I'm using safety shoes in my duty periods. Because I'm a safety officer so I can't avoid same at job fields. Any suggestion please so I can get well soon.

Hello Lybrate user according to Ayurveda Vata vikriti is the main factor for pain. Treatment- 1-apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot water fomentation. 2-take yograj guggul and agni tundi vati after lunch and dinner with warm water. 3-Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. 4-Take pranacharya vatari capsule and syrup twice a day. Diet- Avoid fermented food. Junk food. Potato rice. Sleep well.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily .Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. .Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana ? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Both possibilities you have to rule out. For that do x ray knee. And also go for blood test for calcium n d3 level in your body. U can send reports for further treatment.

1-2 ago years my legs are straight .but now my knees joints are touching and my legs are bending on very high rate . At feet touching condition my knee joint are touching. Knee joints is bending to under. Is it possible to treat this? By any surgery. Medicine or any exercise .suggest me .

Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

Hello Lybrate user .as mentioned your having left side lower back pain which aggravates on prolong walk or standing. I would suggest you to do start doing flexion regime exercises .n I would suggest you seek a consultation of physiotherapist /orthopedic near by you also .by clinically examining one can reach for conclusion. Do have proper timely schedule in sleep diet and exercise activities do learn and practise strengthening and stretching exercises from neuro physiotherapist use firm hard and even mattress for sleep best wishes.

1) early degeneration 2) muscular pain 3) uric acid problem 3) fever or medical conditions get done x-ray of knee joint 1) do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min. Afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) start natural calcium supplement. 3) do regular stretching exercise 4) in yoga do bhujangasan, halasan & suryanamaskar. You must start ayurvedic medicines to 1) strengthen bones & muscles. 2) stop further degeneration of joint. 3) healing of joint. 4) release muscular spasm even chronic. 5) reduce swelling & pain.

I have osteoarthritis, Dr. prescribed medicine pan 40, Deflo and Etoshine, I think these medicine are a type pain killers, I think this is not the proper diagnose way to curepermanentlyosteoarthritis, hence I requesting you to suggest the proper direction of activity and diet plus exercise for future. Ossteoarthritis is the most common form of arthritis, affects almost everyone. It occurs when the protective cartilage wear off. Although osteoarthritis can damage any joint in your body, the disorder most commonly affects joints in your hands, knees, hips and spine. There is no Cure for Osteoarthritis. But staying active, maintaining a healthy weight and other treatments may slow progression of the disease and help improve pain and joint function. Symptoms Osteoarthritis symptoms often develop slowly and worsen over time. Signs and symptoms of osteoarthritis include: 1) Pain. 2) Tenderness. Light pressure gives pain. 3) Stiffness. 4) Loss of flexibility 5) Grating sensation 6) Bone spurs. These extra bits of bone, which feel like hard lumps, may form around the affected joint. Causes Osteoarthritis occurs when the cartilage that cushions the ends of bones in your joints gradually deteriorates. Cartilage is a firm, slippery tissue that permits nearly frictionless joint motion. In osteoarthritis, the slick surface of the cartilage becomes rough. Eventually, if the cartilage wears down completely, you may be left with bone rubbing on bone. Risk factors Factors increase risk of osteoarthritis include: 1) Older age. The risk of osteoarthritis increases with age. 2) Sex. Women are more likely to develop osteoarthritis, though it isn't clear why. 3) Obesity. Carrying extra body weight contributes to osteoarthritis in several ways. It puts added stress on weight-bearing joints, such as your hips and knees. In addition, fat tissue produces proteins that may cause harmful inflammation in and around your joints. 4) Joint injuries. Injuries, such as those that occur when playing sports or from an accident, may increase the risk of osteoarthritis. 5) Certain occupations. If your job includes tasks that place repetitive stress on a particular joint, that joint may eventually develop osteoarthritis. 6) Genetics. Some people inherit a tendency to develop osteoarthritis. 7) Bone deformities. Some people are born with malformed joints or defective cartilage, which can increase the risk of osteoarthritis. 8) Other diseases. Having diabetes or other rheumatic diseases such as gout and rheumatoid arthritis can increase your risk of osteoarthritis. Complications Osteoarthritis is a degenerative disease that worsens over time. Joint pain and stiffness may become severe enough to make daily tasks difficult. Some people are no longer able to work. When joint pain is this severe, doctors may suggest joint replacement surgery. Tests and diagnosis Clinical Examination, X Rays and Blood tests. Treatments and drugs 1) Medications A. Acetaminophen. B. Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). 2) Therapy A. Physical therapy. B. Occupational therapy. C. Braces or shoe inserts. Most likely you are having cervical spondilytis. Get an xray cervical vertebrae done and consult a orthopedic surgeon. In the mean time do cervical neck exercises slowly no jerky movement.
