Hi, Take tab. Shallaki 400 mg 1-2 tabs 3 times a day depending on the severity of the pain. Take Balarista 2tsf 3 times a day, mixed with equal quantity of water and Maharasnadi Khadha 2 tsf 3 times a day, mixed with equal quantity of water. Apply Rumalaya liniment to the affected joints and massage in circular motion for 10-15 mins and then take hot water fomentation. Avoid potatoes, sweet potatoes, sweet pumpkin, peas, channa, recently harvested rice, jackfruit, etc. Which aggrevate the pain. You can even undergo physio- therapy for 10-15 days.

X-ray must and tk heat fermentation with rest time and apply pain relief ointment if it work then ok otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment for few days avoid long sitting and toward bending. Do stretching exercise after relief in daily routine.

Muscular endurance are week due to stiffness ya lack of exercise. If stiff then do stretching or muscle relaxant medicine and after this start strength exercise like gripping exercise.

Rest must and heat fermentation twice a day for 20 minutes. Start spine extension exercise if it work then ok otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment. Avoid long standing toward bending long sitting sit straight.

Disc bulge is a problem you should not ignore and it is serious too but it's symptoms and problems can be releived with proper back care, life style modification and regular exercises. If not done so it can be worsened.

* first correct your sitting posture. Do not bend your lower back. You can use lumber belt for support. * do regular back strength exercises. Move your clockwise and anticlock wise. * do not sleep on very soft bed, sleep on slight hard cotton mattress. * do tadasana and bhjangasana for back strengthening. If you can not understand these asans you can consult me. * take calcium rich diet and calcium and vitamin d supplements regularly. *do not take any heavy weight or heavy work. * if you are over weight then follow a good and effective diet plan to loose some kilos of weight. You can consult me to get a diet chart. * you can take guggalu tablets of himalaya for fast relief.

Hi My friend was suffering from back pain. Doctor treated him before two years ago but now he has problem in his both legs like while walking it tired, sitting more than 5 mins. It stars pain, sometimes it look likes many kilo weight puts on it, sometimes feels have no feeling (in Hindi word sunn ho Jana),. His blood report is normal like BP 13.2. No uric acid. But little cholesterol problem its not much not fare as well. Now he is looking for medicine. But before medicines he needs an advice from experienced doctor. Pls help.

The symptoms are indicating that he has pinched nerve in the low back area causing numbness. Sometimes physiotherapy can help reverse numbness and get rid of pain and if numbness still persists they may advise a decompression spine surgery. Good luck.

Sir my Mri findings ,right knee-mild medical degeneration in post horn of Med meniscus, grade 1 chondromalacia patella, mild quadriceps tendinitis Left knee-mild medical degeneration in ant and post horn medial meniscus, subtle quadriceps and patellar tendinitis ,grade 1 chondromalacia patella. Finished 7 days of oral medication ,what is my prognosis .the scan was taken 14 days after.

Prognosis is good. Do not worry. There is slight meniscus and tendon inflammation. Chondromalacia patellae means undersurface of patella (knee cap) is inflamed. Just take anti inflammatory medicines, do ice fomentation (3 times per day). It will take 4-6 weeks for inflammation to subside.

Yesterday, while bending down to pick up something, I felt a sudden pain in my waist and immediately I understood the waist could be sprained. Keep ice which will reduce the inflammation and that will there by reduce the pain Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired that can also be reason to have frequent pain in the whole body especially in the waist. Once the oxygen levels in the blood comes down it automatically leads to improper functioning of the joints and muscles. It is also due to vacuum created in the joints as once the body lacks oxygen automatically the body becomes arid and that is one reason to get frequent pain the body ie. More prone to get pain the waist. The hip muscles become tired thereby straining in a day with any physical activity might lead to waist / hip pain. And also wear MCR chappals which will help you to prevent the weight falling on the hip while standing.

May be osteo arthritis. Let her try reduce wt. As strain of carrying body wt will come on leg and knee joints.* walking regularly at slow pace without unduly straining helps as it improves blood circulation around knee and eases the joint. *you can use mustard oil for massage which is good in winter season for relieving pain. Eucalyptus oil is also good homoeopathy has a good treatment for this without adverse effects. Take bryonia 200---twice daily morning and evening and give feedback after 7 days.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Causticum 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2. Rhus tox 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines.

Your problem is due to age factor so do ex for knee. Roll bath towel keep it under knee press him hold 5 to 10 sec repeat 20 times ulternate bend and straight. Hot pack use with ointment avoid cross leg prolonged standing walking etc.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times

Quadriceps strengthening exercises- Quad Clenches: Lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, Hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short Arcs: Lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight Leg Raise: Lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.
