Hello Dr. It's been 3 years of marriage n once I had miscarriage a few months before. After that I'm not able to conceive. What is the best time to conceive for a baby. I have thyroid but my last TSH test is 0.66 n it is normal. My weight is 82 kg n my age is 23 yrs. I'm having lil effect of PCOS also. kindly take varandi kshsyam, 3 tsf in half a glass of warm water before meals, twice a dat. Take shatavari choorna, 1 tsf in a glass of warm milk, twice a day, 1 hr after meals. Take chandraprabha vati , 2 tabs, after meals twice a day, after meals. Avoid cold water, curd, spicy food, fast food, late night meals in your routine. Cut down intake of sugar and salt in your diet. Do regular brisk walking, streches to keep your weight under check. Make sure you sleep 7 to 8 hrs at night regularly at night. Avoid excess mental or physical stress. Continue the regime for 2 months.

If you have an oily face you should chose a sunscreen that is water based. I think you chose a sunscreen that was cream based. I would suggest you to buy water based sunscreen - sunprotek by salve pharma.

Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one cup of water. If you use freshly ground black pepper, then just add one-quarter teaspoon. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. Do this daily for at least three months.

Few things related to headache so that we can plan the treatment accordingly - if pain is associated with blurred or decreased vision than check your eye sight for refractive error - if the pain is associated with cold and fever than we have to rule out sinusitis as the cause and if the pain is pulsatile in nature and with a throbbing pain usually with an aura than we have to rule out migrane as the cause - if the pain is associated with neck problems than we have to rule out cervical spondylosis as the cause - if the pain is associated with either low or high bp or due to hyperacidity than we have to treat the cause after examination.

You have to understand that pimples & pimples marks are basically infections in your skin pores (glands) in which sweat is forming. If you want complete cure of pimples you have to be infection free, as skin have very little blood supply, so take time to remove infections. please upload its photo.

get your body analysis done. what is your metabolism rate and muscles mass?. to start with you can start with walk and high protein meal during the day. take seasonal fruits and vegetables. include milk n dairy products in your diet. take meal at every two hourly.

Dear u need to loose 10 kgs...Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 4.Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. 5 Habits You Need to Ditch to Avoid Wrinkles!

It is  that most wrinkles are caused by the sun and only a small part is caused by the skin aging. Getting wrinkles is also affected by the habits we have. Habits indeed play a vital role in the same.

Sun protection is the most important thing one must to if you want to fight wrinkles. The UV rays are responsible for the breakage of the structure of the skin. The basic structure of the skin is broken layer by layer starting from collagen, elastin and the epidermis thereby giving rise to wrinkles. Some people have are prone to UV damage genetically and it is because of the ethnicity and the skin pigments. 

A given ethnic skin might vary how the structural damage occurs when UV exposure is given. The wrinkles from the sun and those by aging can be easily distinguished. The skin in the under surface of the arm which is mostly sun protected is different from the skin in the upper arm. Also, skin of the breast is different from the V of the chest which is exposed to the sun.

Here are 5 wrinkle forming habits you need to ditch:

  1. Not using sunscreen: One cannot escape the sun and the only way to do it and enjoy the sun is to wear sunscreen. It should be applied daily especially on the face where the skin is thin and delicate.
  2. Squinting: Squinting in the sun is a bad idea and this usually happens when you are not wearing glasses. Next time before stepping out in the sun make sure to wear the glasses as they protect the eyes and will not cause furrow between the brow and the crow's feet.
  3. Not moisturizing enough: If a good moisturizer is not used then it leads to crinkles in the skin which are wrinkles deep under the skin. Crinkles can be reversed if a moisturizer is used followed with exfoliation of the dead cells. Start moisturizing as all skin types from dry to oily need it.
  4. Smoking: This is bad not only for health, but also for the skin. Tobacco and other chemicals in cigarettes can lead to damage of the skin's fiber and elastin. Smoking also restricts the blood flow, thereby making it difficult for the oxygen and nutrients to stay in the skin.
  5. Pursing the lips: Regular sipping drinks through straws, cigarettes and sour expressions can all lead to wrinkling around mouth. Even though it is a gradual process, it is going to leave a mark. Say bye to pursing of the lips to get rid of unnecessary wrinkling. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a dermatologist.

Risks and Treatment of Dry Skin

Dry skin is a condition caused by the lack of moisture in skin. Fine lines and wrinkles are just some of the conditions, which may be caused due to dry skin. Dry skin can also be very uncomfortable. The condition is mostly caused by environmental factors such as exposure to harsh weather conditions or getting soaked in hot water.

People at risk:

  1. Age: People who are older than 40 years of age tend to be more at risk of dry skin than people who are younger than 40 years.
  2. Climate: As mentioned earlier, weather conditions play a pivotal role in causing dry skin. Therefore, people who live in areas where the climate is either very hot or very cold tend to get dry skin more often than people who live in temperate climates. Low humidity is another factor which causes dry skin.
  3. Profession: Some professions, such as nursing or hairstyling requires frequent usage of hot water all through the day, which can also lead to dry skin.
  4. Swimming: Swimming is one of the major causes of dry skin. This is especially true in pools, which have chlorine. This is because chlorine increases the itchiness on your skin.

Treatments:

  1. Lifestyle changes: Usually, lifestyle changes such as avoiding long, hot showers and putting moisturizers are good enough to make sure that dry skin goes away.
  2. Lactic acid: Creams with lactic acid and urea can be prescribed by your doctor, if the dryness of your skin does not go away with moisturizers. These creams are usually over-the-counter medications.
  3. Prescription creams: Prescription creams are given, only when conditions such as dermatitis, psoriasis or ichthyosis are present.
  4. Wet dressing: Wet dressing is given only when dermatitis has set in, as it mostly help in preventing the infection.
  5. Oiling: Oiling your body, especially with fish or flaxseed oil, ensures that your body does not succumb to dry skin.
  6. Hand sanitizer: Normal hand sanitizers tend to make your hands dry. Thus, dermatologists recommend hydrating hand sanitizers that allow your hands to maintain their moisture. Therefore, whenever you are using a hand sanitizer, use a hydrating one.

Hi, you should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water with half lemon in the morning. Take sprouts, fruits and vegetables. Eat salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.

I am taking thyrox 50 and my TSH is 3.88. II have heard that in Allopathy you have to take the medicine for life long but in homeopathy its not the case. I want to switch over to homeopathy. Lybrate-user, hypothyroidism is a condition occurring due to deficiency of hormone thyroxine produced by thyroid gland. Thyroxine is an essential hormone required for development and functioning of brain plus takes part in almost every single important metabolic reaction. Therefore, thyroxine has o be supplemented literally every day. Hence, treatment is for life time. Other than that there is no option. Unfortunately no substitute are available. So called cure claimed are really questionable. If you still want to try that medicine, choice is yours. Thanks.

To have dried soyabeen dal and grined it & make powder. To have 1 glass full cream milk and mix 1 teaspoon powder in it. You can use this in milk shake also. This is very helpful to gaining weight.
