I am 38 years old male person and have a 18 mm stone in my left kidney. It is not pain regular. But cool (winter) days it' s painfull. So suggest me what should I do?

That suggests you are having obstruction. Start taking 2-3 litres of water daily, cap urimax 0. 4mg daily. If ultrasound shows obstruction get the stone removed.

Urea, In general, around 7 to 20 mg/dL (2.5 to 7.1 mmol/L) is considered normal. But normal ranges may vary, depending on the reference range used by the lab, and your age. Ask your doctor to explain your results. Urea nitrogen levels tend to increase with age. Results of the blood urea nitrogen test are measured in milligrams per deciliter (mg/dL) and in millimoles per liter (mmol/L) internationally. In general, around 7 to 20 mg/dL (2.5 to 7.1 mmol/L) is considered normal.

I appreciate your concern. The test reports you have mentioned are satisfactory. I advise you to get Complete hemogram, KFT,LFT, Lipid profile and Urine-RE, ME done. And also USG-whole abdomen as a screening set of investigations. And I also advise you not to take any drugs like pain killers, acidity drugs etc.
